And I cant say enough good things about the dependable, accommodating and friendly office staff. Natures Turf knows the meaning of service and they value their customers. Natures Turf has been servicing our yard for over 7 years. Mostrecently we HD an infestation of fall army worms. We called and Natures had someone out the next day to eliminate the problem. We would highly recommend Natures Turff.

We like having Nature s Turf weed and fertilize our grass. We ve seen good results after a few applications.

I had an urgent issue with my lawn and they responded so quickly. I spoke to them at 4:30pm and the following morning they were there at 7:30am to address the issue. Absolutely fantastic service!

1:24 PM (1 minute ago) to info I am extremely disappointed in the service I was (not) given today. I sent in an email about my concerns about my lawn. I was greeted by Ruth who said she needed pictures which I provided on my lunch hour. To my surprise she insisted nothing was wrong with my lawn. All i wanted was a technician to come out and survey the problem, but this was denied. I offered to pay if we needed another treatment. I was not looking for anything free. She continued to want to insinuate that it might be the way the landscaper may be cutting the grass, who by the way recommended Natures Turf. I will inform him of your insinuation. I may add he was the one that said I should contact Natures turf about the lawn, and had the concerns to start with. He has been cutting my lawn for two years and my neighbors and they do not have a problem. Their lawn looks green and lush. I realize I started mid season and was not expecting the lawn top be perfect, what I did expect was some customer service (possibly a technician to take a closer look). As she became more combative I decided to cancel my service. Congratulations, Im 62 years old and never have I ever responded to a company about bad service, I just forget about it and move on, but this time I will be posting about Ms Ruth and her lack of service. As a two time former business owner, I can tell you that word of mouth is quite damaging

They typically spend less than 5-10 minutes on my half acre property for which I pay them a pretty significant penny. Ive had continued issues with weeds that Ive had to call them back out to address multiple times. Were not talking poa or other difficult species. Chickweed and dandelion are still everywhere and it is like pulling teeth to try to get it addressed. I have used them a year and a half and I think Ill be moving on this season.

Real review from a real customer!! This company is truly amazing. The service is great and the staff is very friendly. Theresa is a sweetheart and helped me set up my account. I chose them over the large commercial companies because they truly are honest and will not sell you unnecessary services you do not need. I highly recommend them!!!

Nature s Turf takes time to make our lawn look the best it s ever been! Usually my husband takes care of our yard which usually looks like a golf course, but with Natures Turf it looks just as good, if not better. The cost for Nature s Turf is cheaper than having my husband treat our yard. They call in advance when they are scheduled to treat the lawn. There team is always quick and efficient! Highly recommend Nature s turf!! We have been using them for 7 years now. Off and on through those years we have had to call them back because of the weeds from our neighbors yard coming over and trying to take over. Every time I have ever called to ask why we have weeds still, the owner would walk me through what is going on and send out a tech to help fix the issue. Issue fixed every time!! Had a beautiful lawn. After spring and adding the extra booster I have several bald spots everywhere. Even after their texh said I had the best yard they treat as far as aerating, detaching etc. But now here I am with several bad spots in my one and a half year old bermuda lawn . I was told its probably because of the harsh winter last year.

The company reps are nice and responsive. But the chemicals did NOTHING for my grass. My lawn looked the worst in my neighborhood although I received Services before my grass grew in for the season. Ppl who never had their lawn treated, their lawn looked better than mine. Although I received curtousy extra sprays it still looked hor-ri-ble!!!!!! I hired another company and now in only a month my lawn is beginning to look like it should. It is not perfect but it looks like I actually pay money to have it treated.

I changed from another lawn service that did not improve my lawn. When using Nature Turf my lawn has been looking great even without a full year. My lawn has 1% or less of weeds just b/c from the neighbors. The service person that comes out will speak with you to let you know about what he is using and give you advice same advice that they type in the info for your lawn. Thank you Nature Turf

I didnt know lawn care service could be this good!! I am thoroughly enjoying Natures Turf, their services and their commitment to great customer service. My lawn looks alive and plush - much better than it did when I moved to my new home two years ago. While talking with one of the servicemen, I mentioned my terrible problem with mosquitoes. Later that afternoon, I received a call from NTs home office following up on my earlier conversation and telling me about their mosquito control service. I loved the idea and am pleased to say, I can now go out and sit in my yard without having to first apply repellant. Natures turf is customer oriented and it is an added plus that they are a local, family owned business! Natures Turf is a keeper!

The company has been treating my yard for weed control for a couple of years now; they do a great job of communicating when they will come out, coming out when expected, and most importantly, controlling weed growth in my yard and helping my grass grow well.

After having Zoysia sod laid along with my next door neighbor last year I used Nature s Turf to maintain my yard. As my perfectly sodded yard began to wither and die soon after the treatments I contacted the company who then sent a representative out. I was told my grass had a fungus but it should recover.Nature s Turf continued to treat my lawn and although I do not have full sun in my backyard my Bermuda grass (which has been thriving for two years)is now dead as well. My next door neighbors grass is healthy ( no treatment) but I referred this company to a neighbor 4 doors down who had also planted Zoysia sod. Needless to say her grass is also dead and she was told the exact same thing about a fungus. As of this writing Nature s turf has agreed to continue to treat my yard for weeds. What would be the purpose of this with no grass. I live in a townhouse and my next door neighbors grass connects directly to mine. The sod was laid the same day for both of us by the same landscaping company. I am extremely disappointed with their response to my concerns and very sorry I referred them.

I took care of my own fertilization and weed needs for years. A few years ago, I finally got tired of the timing of when to use what product and the performance it would give. I observed all the neighbors yards that hired this work out and Natures Turf yards always looked the best, so I gave them a call. I have been using them for 3 or 4 years now and the lawn is always thick, green, and free of weeds. No crabgrass ever and other stubborn weeds stay away.

Been using natures turf for about 2 years now and have been very happy with them. We had sod put down and tried going without treating the lawn and it became weeds, very frustrating. Natures turf came out and started their treatment plan and was able to bring back the sod and I actually wanted to mow the grass. We also do the fire ant treatment since we have little kids and it seems to work, I ll get some Mounds on the edge of our property but I think it s nearly impossible to not get any here in Georgia.

I highly recommend Natures Turf. Their communications are top notch. In advance, they let me know when they will next service my property and the service they will perform. Afterwards, they email me a detail of what was done and make suggestions for what I can do to maintain or improve the quality of my lawn and shrubs. Once, I had goose grass get in my yard ( not their fault). I called the office and they worked to address the problem immediately so that it didnt spread throughout my yard. My grass and scrubs look 1000% better since hiring Naturs Turf.

We just had our 3rd treatment with Natures Turf. Im not 100% satisfied but I know weed treatments take time so Ive been trying to be patient. There has been some progress. I work from home so Im there all day and typically hear everyone working outside. I noticed the sign yesterday evening but at no point did I hear them servicing the lawn so I checked our outdoor cameras. The guys were there less than 10 minutes and only serviced the front lawn. Ill call tomorrow but this not professional at all. Update: A little customer service goes a long way. I called the office and Brandy was very professional and very helpful. She promised a callback and very prompt with her response. She called back quickly with a treatment update.

I switched from Truegrren to Natures Turf almost 4 years ago. I have referred family members and other neighbors to Natures Turf. They are very professional, do not burn my grass and if i have any issue to address i just send a text and they immediately respond. Try them out you wont regret it.

Natures turf is the best! We ve used them for their weed, lawn and shrubbery services for 3 years now and recently added their mosquito abatement plan. They also give you tips in the report on what to look out for or how to prepare your lawn for the season ahead. I am so in luv with my yards ( front/ back). I started service in 2019. My backyard was in horrible shape after having several sink holes filled in.They aerated and reseeded it and I followed instructions on watering (Fescue Grass). This spring my grass is amazing with the exception of a few bald spots that will be seeded I will have grass thats the envy of my neighborhood.

Nature s Turf is fantastic! My lawn has never looked better and their customer service is excellent. An issue arose with my last fertilizer application, and they had a crew out to correct the issue within an hour of my call. Way better customer service than my last lawn service.

This company cheated me for several years over charging me for 1/3 more square footage than they were servicing. When I realized it and brought it to their attention because I had weeds that should have been gone based on the amount of years of me having their service. Heather just wanted to credit my account a measly $10.00 rather than go back and adjust my account to make it right. That is bait and switch and unethical and downright dishonest. Imagine I started with them since May 19, 2017 and expanded service to include trees and shrubs in 2019. I am so disappointed in this company. I regret even giving them a positive review after learning that I was overpaying all this time while they were not treating 1/3 of the area I was being billed for. Please review and check your contracts and make your you are not being over billed.

Since Bermuda grass was put down on Part of my yard I felt I needed someone to help me care for it. I did not want it and dont like it but Natures Turf has really been a great help with it. When I first hired them for the lawn, I had not thought of my shrubs, but they pointed out issues going on with a lot of them that I was not aware of and they had a solution. I have really enjoyed their service since I just cant manage everything myself. I really like the feedback I get after the technicians have been out as too how proceed with additional care.

Natures Turf has been very professional in the office and in the field. Our front lawn last year was full of weeds and the majority are gone (some were left in the bare spots). The rest will be gone as the grass fills in this coming year. Where the bermuda/zoysia was treated the grass looks great.

It can be a challenge with our hot/humid summers, but theyve always been responsive when Ive noticed a problem between treatments. They don t hound me for upgrades or try to give me more treatments that I need. He properly covers the yard and uses a gas blower to get fertilizer off the driveway and sidewalk. Now, many of my neighbors use Nature s Turf per my example, if only they all would have given me the referral !! Oh well, give them a try you won t look back!

This is my first experience with this company. I have tried Scotts and Trugreen in the past and I found both of these to be horrible, both in customer service and results from their products. Trugreen ended up killing my shrubs and Arborvitaes and they did nothing to remedy the problem. I immediately cancelled Trugreen. In todays times, it is hard to find companies that are honest and reliable. Even though today was the first application to my lawn, I found the staff at Natures Turf to be extremely professional and eager to do a great job. I do feel certain I will see great results soon with Natures Turf.
