Today was the first treatment with Mr. Turf. I was very pleased with the job done by the lawn tech Chad. He was thorough in applying the fertilizer. Looking forward to service like this every time and having a healthy lawn!
Horrible Experience. After using Mr. Turfs for a year I have seen very little positive results. I wouldn't recommend avoiding this company no matter what.

I’ve been using since early 2021 and I can say I have definitely seen the difference in my yard ! Also very reasonable on pricing compared to competitors. Highly recommend
I used Mr. Turf for almost 2 years, during that time I had to have them come out repeatedly to treat for weeds, whatever they were using did not work. Well they finally took care if the issue by killing my grass. My yard looks awful! They asked to come out and spray again to get the grass to regrow but wouldn't do it for free or at a discounted price. Their job is to know what will and will not work on weeds and it feels like they were just guessing at what to put on my lawn. The only asset they have is their customer service rep Caleb, he was always responsive and nice and was the only reason I kept giving them a chance to correct the issues. If you want a beautiful lawn DO NOT USE MR. TURF!
Another year we were weed free. We had great color and no weeds this summer and ready to put the lawn up for the winter. The people at Mr Turf have always done a great job for us.
I called about the cabbage looking weeds in my yard and explained that I wasn’t sure what they were but I knew that I wanted my grass to look better and healthier and Mr. Turf had been serving my property for a few months. They told me that Robbie would call me to come out. When he did he stated that the spots would turn BLACK he never said that my grass would die and my yard would look like this. Once I called back and spoke with Caleb we exchanged emails and he basically said it wasn’t their fault and I was told this would happen which was a lie. So then Robbie called me and stated that anyone with “common sense” would know that the grass would die. And screamed at me. DON’T use this company they have no respect for your property or you all they want is money. If I could give them a zero I would 😡😡😡😡
I get compliments on my lawn all the time. They do a very good job at a reasonable price. Chad is outstanding!

Zero stars. We dont expect perfection, but we do expect a hired company to be proactive and show interest in their customers when there is clearly a problem. After 3 seasons and starting on our fourth with this company, something is definitely wrong. We have a mostly dead lawn where we used to have grass. Only when we requested a conversation did someone look at the yard with us, and then we were given the following arguments on why it was not their responsibility: 1. You have a drainage problem (which we apparently have not had the last three years because we had grass in these areas that are now the Sahara Desert). 2. Youre not watering it on the appropriate schedule (we havent changed a thing with our watering routine). 3. You have black mold (aka landscaping fabric. He was seeing little pieces in the dirt and just assumed it was mold - nope.). 4. We cant control the weather (again, we understand that but no one elses yard around us that isnt being treated by you looks like ours). 5. You guys sprayed Round Up and it killed everything (thats a big NO - we did not spray anything in our yard because thats what weve been paying you to do for four years). 6. And my personal favorite, if you stand in your neighbors yard youll see that it looks just the same as yours. Uh, maybe if youre color blind and cant tell the difference between a baseball field of dirt and lush, green grass. Bottom line, they took zero responsibility, had zero suggestions, and just continued to (proudly?) post their sign in our yard and stick a bill on the mailbox, making sure their windows were closed when they drove off so the desert-like conditions in our yard didnt blow dirt into their trucks. We like to support local businesses, but cannot recommend this group unless youre looking for a way to avoid having to mow your lawn. We wont be doing much of that til we get this figured out with a more professional company.

They sent the silent reaper apparently. Supposedly, the guy came to the house to do the job, but never rang the doorbell to let is know he was there....both my husband and I were there! Never knew he came til they sent the bill. Did he really do the work?

We receive compliments on the appearance of our lawn from friends, family, and visitors. The technicians also applied fertilizer and iron to the lawn today.
This is at least my forth year of using Mr. Turf and I am beyond amazed at my lawn. Clearly the greenest yard of the neighborhood and its lead to jealous comments. And due to the word of mouth 5 of my next door neighbors are now using them. And I have used the other imitators with nowhere near the same results!! Plus my main issue was winter weeds and now I have darn near zero and my front yard is huge... appx 12,000 sq feet. So thanks again for the fantastic job!!! Your new moniker should be Mr. Beyond Fantastic Turf!!! If you want excellent results check them out, I assure you they aim to please and they do!!

Run...run as fast as you can from this company. Unless you like hearing four letter words thrown at you by a receptionist. having services you paid for not delivered, appointments not scheduled and not kept after they are made.
I just spent the last 45 minutes hand pulling weeds in my backyard and didn t come close to getting them all. Second time this year having issues with weeds all over my yard. If you want your yard covered in weeds then give these boys a call, but I wouldnt recommend.
Mr. Turf is one of the best lawn care service around. I have used a few lawn care service over the years and Mr. Turf is by far the best in customer service and lawn care needs in treating my lawn, weeds and great care in controlling mosquitos in the summer months. I highly recommend them to all.

This company has been treating my yard for 8 years now and my yard always looks absolutely beautiful and I never have any issues with weeds in my yard. We also have them spray for mosquitos, ect in the summer months and it works really well and I never have to worry about me or my family getting bit while we enjoy being outside!! The customer service the technicians provide with Mr. Turf is top notch and they are always very pleasant to speak to and work with. Any time I have to call into the office and speak with Robbie he is always very polite and very professional and willing to help ! I will continue to do business with Mr. Turf, as I am a very happy customer !!

We chose Mr.Turf for our mosquito treatments this year! We got started a little late, but it was no issue to them. We saw instant results in our treatment. We were able to walk outside without being swarmed and the kiddos were able to play outside again without being coated in bug-spray. We also have three dogs so the treatments helped for them also. Scott treated our yard each time and each time he was super punctual, friendly and very good at making sure every area was taken care of. With us having the dogs, he would call the day of to let me know how far out he was so that I could have the dogs taken care of. The treatments are well worth it and I look forward to using them again this upcoming season and seeing what else they can do for our yard! Robbie Rogers in the office was also great to work with as well.
