I contacted McFadyen Lawn services because my fairly large yard needing some TLC. They were very fast to respond and came out as scheduled to take care of my lawn cutting and edging. There was no need for me to be home, they came out while I was at work and took care of everything and I came home to a freshly serviced front and back yard! Very good job done!
I contacted several lawn care services in Fayetteville & McFadyen was the first to return my call. He came out within the hour and gave me a very reasonable estimate. We were in need of a "spring clean up" in our back yard and we were very pleased with their work. Everything we asked for (and then some) was completed when and how they promised. For over 6 months David McFadyen and his crew have been amazing me. They are always in and out so quick and the yard is perfect. It's as if he has a magic wand! Hired this company to fix up my yard. Took them 2 1/2 weeks before they showed up. What we agreed upon was no what I received in services. Their customer service is lacking as they take serval days to return calls or provide a response to your questions. If all you want is your lawn cut minus the grass picked up as they failed to pick mine up, and your bushes trimmed badly then this is your company. They only completed half the work we agreed upon. They returned twice and they still didnt finish or start the remaining work. This company was a waste of time, effort and money. I would stay clear of them.
This professional gentleman made me feel like I was his only customer. I asked him to pretty much stop what he was doing and repair my sprinklers. And he did just that. Next day it was fixed. A++++. Would recommend to anyone.

Ive used McFadyen Lawn Care for several years. In this area there is a lot of competition, not to mention high prices. McFadyen lawn care offers excellent lawn service, with prices lower than the competition. They are prompt, and they come when they say they will. They take the time to do the little things to make the customer happy. For example, taking care of my lawn while I was out of town, I didnt have to remind them, and the neighbors told me that they were there every week - as promised. They ensured that the lawn was well groomed, sidewalks and drives were/are blown clear of all debris, edging is precise and they even take the time to pick up sticks and pinecones. I am very impressed with this family owned business and have no desire to give my business to one of those larger companies, that do not offer the personalized service that McFadyens does. Thank you.
