Grasshoppers Lawn Service has taken care of our townhome property for many years. They do a phenomenal job on the property. They are extremely efficient, conscientious and always go above and beyond our expectations. They also stay true to their estimates. Craig is very accessible and willing to help with practical maintenance solutions, even after the job is done. I'd like to give a HUGE shoutout to Grasshoppers for their customer service, as well as their impeccable work! My husband and I had to let our previous landscaping company go abruptly, and we were in a bind. He was deployed, and I was getting ready to go visit him for a lengthy time. I looked to NextDoor to find recommendations from neighbors. I found three companies with good reviews and reached out to them, giving them 48 hours to respond with a bid for the job. I asked if they had room to add a permanent client, and I was transparent with my request, stating that I needed to have a new company in place quickly, and that I was reaching out to three companies for an estimate. This was a slam dunk sale for one of the three companies. Grasshoppers came through and we hired them sight-unseen. The other two didn't even bother to respond. While we were out of town, we received a text from our neighbor complementing the crew that was working at our home. Our neighbor has never taken the time to mention this, and had no idea that this was a new company that we had just hired. We are very satisfied with Mr. Cagle and his employees and recommend them to our neighbors! As an owner of two small businesses myself, I am always impressed by a timely response and (rare) exceptional service. To top it all off, upon returning home, our lawn and landscaping looked better than it ever has!! Kudos to Grasshoppers; HIGHLY recommend!

I love this company. My usual lawn care guy became sick I searched through LetGo, & found Grasshoppers. Immediately, My yard is back to looking great. Quick response, super friendly, and reliable. My yard has had the best edging it has ever had. He left the driveway clean with no extra grass blown around. Just say I'm a Satisfied customer!!
