Super pleased with the great service and lawn care by Family Lawn Services! Kel and his team of lawn care professionals had a big cleanup job. We removed trees and therefore there were twigs, sticks and branches along with the need to mow and manicure our yard. They did a wonderful job getting our yard back to a beautiful state. A friend referred me to this Family Lawn Service Company. She spoke very highly of them. With her recommendation I called to schedule an appointment within two days they came out to assess my needs and concerns and quoted me a price. The following week they were at my home at 8:30 before my schedule appointment. They were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable in their field of expertise. After a few hours of work, I looked out of my window and I was amazed at how my lawn, hedges, flower beds and a very nice job edging my property. I was so impressed that I signed a contract to have my yard maintained on regular basis. If you want satisfaction, quality work at a price you can afford then I strongly suggest you give these people a call, they are one of the best I've seen. I give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s.
I've been using family lawn service for my properties and personal residence for the past 3 years. The crew is very polite and knowledgeable as they were educating not only myself but my kids as well on lawn care and the proper use of different equipment. My kids look forward to seeing them come service our lawns. Would definitely recommend to anyone they do great work with my commercial properties too.

I highly recommend this company. Called for an estimate, got one the same day. Showed up when he said he would, did what we agreed he would do. Cleaned up afterward. Reviewed the work with me to be sure it was done as I wanted it done. Estimate was reasonable and exactly what the final cost was. I am going to use them for the ongoing yard care this year. Excellence job! They are professional, reasonably priced, responsive, and fast. My yard looks like new after they cleaned it up, mulched, weeded, and planted some new bushes out front for some added curb appeal. Timely, Very professional, and excellent Customer Service. I am a first time homeowner and was in need of someone to take care of my lawn and weed removal. I called for him to come out and give me an estimate. Not only was he on time but he came an hour early. He told me he would get back with me on Sunday of that week to set up an appointment and he did just that! He came out the very next day to take care of my yard and did an Amazing job!!! This post was done a year ago. Im editing my post because I contacted Kelly lawn service in April to let him know that the boarders he put up around the rock were coming out the ground do to it not being properly installed (all of the boarders). I reached out on March 30,2022 to let the owner know about the work he did, no answer so I left a message with his personal assistant. I never received a call back, I then reached out to the owner again on April 1, 2022 , he contacted me back via phone call , he advised to me that he would come out the next day, which was a Saturday to fix the problem, he also advised me to text him appt Saturday so that he could check his schedule. I did that. On April 2, he was supposed to come out, I then followed up via text , his response Hey good morning. Sorry for the inconvenience. When I got back to the office today I was already scheduled this morning for a project. It will have to be late this evening when I finish up I never heard back from the owner. I edited my post because I felt that it s not right to not come see about the yard. I paid money for the job to be done right. I try to support black owned businesses whenever I can. This left a bad taste in my mouth. Below is my original response. I was a happy customer and I do feel that since it had not been a year , Kelly lawn service should have came out to fix the issue. Original post below was posted August2021 I would like to say thank you Family lawn service for making my yard look great. They removed mulch and put down rocks. After they removed the mulch they took their time removing all the unwanted weeds. Kell was very professional, even though the supplier didn t have the color rocks I wanted, he communicated with me via phone and text me pictures of different rock options. The rocks that I got was a good match with my house. I appreciate the fact that they took their time . Thanks again!! 5
After seeing the work done on a neighbors lawn, I was very impressed. I spoke with Kell, from Family Lawn Care, who gave me a free estimate for service for my lawn. Kell and his crew showed up on time and did what was needed for the yard. I am very satisfied with the work that was done. Will definitely call again for other projects and will refer to friends. After searching for a quality lawn care group for a while, I found Family Lawn Care. I looked through the website, reviews, and photos and determined they were great at what they do. I called Kell to schedule an estimate and we agreed on a price the same day. Within less than 48 hours of finding the company, they have transformed the front view of my house by trimming the overgrown hedges and removing various small bushes. They also removed a dead flower bed from the backyard and will be returning to cut down a small peach tree. This company is very efficient, responsive, and provides great service for the value.

I decided to do business with this company and in the beginning there was was some miscommunication which made me a disgruntled customer but I can honestly say as soon as they were made aware of that it was handled ASAP! The employee Kel came by and made things right and I am glad to say Im happy he did. I look forward to doing business with him to tend to my lawn every 2 weeks and also Im doing a whole makeover for my front yard. I have a difficult lawn that is mostly downhill, plus I asked Mr Lovett to cut down a part of the lawn that was overgrown which my previous lawn service always avoided. Lovett did an excellent job in spite of those challenges! I will be using the services soon...
Kell was very responsive from the beginning. He called me and scheduled a visit/estimate the next day and was able to get the job done the very next week. He was prompt and courteous with his communication, which was very much appreciated. His team were able to clean up both the front and back yard and did a phenomenal job in just 1 day. It was beautiful! I am very pleased and will be using his services again!

My yard needed to be cleaned up and and desperate need of some curb appeal. They suggested ideas and I went with it and even had cedar mulch laid down to keep in place instead of the regular mulch that floats away and added plants . Just Beautiful! Very affordable as well.
