U.S. Lawns - Ogden in Farr West

Great company, I have lived in a lot of different states in my life and the people here are the most polite, accountable and professional company I've came across. I highly recommend them.

Here at Country Hills Manor in Ogden, we have had U.S.Lawns as our grounds and snow plowing company for well over six years. They have worked out VERY well for us. We are a twelve acre property as well as being an OLDER complex. Barry and his crew have ALWAYS been great at taking care of this area. YES, there have been issues that had to be worked through but we got them resolved. We have had others that talked the talk but FELL COMPLETELY on their face. I am on the HOA board for our complex and in charge of the roads and grounds, so I see what goes on first hand. I have tasked Barry and his crew MANY times for NO notice extra work and have NEVER been disappointed he would always handle it. As for snow plowing our complex is very tricky, we have dead end drives and steep slops that ice over quickly, his crews are always there early and do a GREAT job. So my feelings for U.S. Lawns is that our complex will continue to use his services. We feel that the price we pay for the service we get is a fair balance. I heard someone working on my unkept shrubs and went to thank them. It was Luana Brown and Michelle, both community members of Sherwood Park. Launa had given US Lawns a 1 star review and manager Barry had just pulled up in his truck looking for Luana to confront her about the review. (Ironic timing as she was doing the work we pay him to do) Bottom line… I confirmed our contract with him takes care of trimming of shrubs, weeding of flower beds, mowing, and fertilizer. He states: “He is very proud of the work they have done here over the last 3 year!” I believe pictures are worth a thousand words. Please decide for yourself if you would like ‘proud’ Barry to care for your landscaping needs.

I use U.S. Lawns for my place of work and they are exceptional. Barry, Jordan and team are intelligent, hard-working, and helpful for large projects to simple weekly maintenance. I highly recommend any business looking for a landscaping company to give them a serious look.

I have lived here for 2 summers and us lawns takes care of the lawns in our community. I have never seen a worse lawn care service. They don't pick up anything off the lawns like pine cones sticks from all the trees or bark. They just run over everything with thier mowers and MULCH it all into the lawn and NEVER rake. The mowing is uneven and there are places the blade never touches the lawns. When they get done they blow everything in the gutters back up on the lawns. It looks aweful!! They were told a year ago and didn't change a thing........ Don't use us lawns if you want a nice lawn!!

I would not recommend US Lawns to anyone. They came in quick, mow as fast as they can leaving lawn uneven. They also leave tire marks where they turn corners tearing up the grass. When they trim bushes they leave the trimmings on the ground and do not clean up. Also, after they mow they blow the gutters with leaves and grass up onto the freshly mowed lawn!!!! WTH seriously. Very poor quality work.

Thanks to Whit, who has been caring for my place since last summer, I now have the nicest yard in the neighborhood. He is meticulous with mowing and trimming, making my place look professionally landscaped. I love the compliments I get from everyone who comes over. He keeps the grass at a good height so it doesn't burn, and it's filling-in nicely where it used to do poorly. Whit gives it a real manicure--he makes it look easy because he's so quick and efficient.

I see these guys managing the large property at 3000 Polk in Ogden/Saint Benedicts Manor/Mount Ogden Senior Housing. The property is an entire large city block. They have the automatic sprinklers set to run 7 days a week, in the desert. The lawn is squishy and muddy from over watering. There are mushrooms growing in the lawn, in the desert, in 90+ degree heat and full sun. There are broken irrigation pipes that have been constantly leaking water for many weeks. These guys come and mow and trim and yet they never adjust the watering schedule or fix the broken pipes. US Lawns wastes water. Period.
