We signed up with Koehn for snow service over 3” because my husband is a store general manager and has to be able to get out to open the store no matter what. It’s the first deep snow of the year, my husband spoke to Matt the night before letting him know what time he needed to get out. No one showed up so we are canceling our contract. Very unreliable thus unprofessional. Not recommended if you need to count on someone for something.

Simply trying to get in contact was horrible. After weeks, finally got a phone call that they could come do the quote that day and they'd be there by 1 pm. Never showed up, and wouldn't answer the phone either, still haven't heard back a week later. They never even did the quote.

I’ve used Koehn’s Lawn Care for years. Every spring I can count of them coming to do spring yard clean up. They pick up and haul away all of the limbs from winter. I can count on the lawn service to occur every week and usually on the same day. Only the weather seems to interfere with their schedule. They mow, weed eat, and blow off the deck, sidewalk, and driveway. In the fall, I don’t worry about the leaves from my many trees. They mulch the leaves and make sure the lawn is in good shape for winter. If I want additional services such as fertilizing and seeding, Matt is easy to reach by phone or text and is very responsive.

I scheduled this spring cleanup with the owner and he had workers at our house promptly as promised. The guys walked around the yard with me to discuss what was needed and they completed the work exactly as I requested.

I've used Koehn's Lawn Care for full-summer service & for intermittent service for many years. They do great work - I've never once had a complaint. Matt & all his employees have always been quite courteous & very conscientious in their work. You won't go wrong in hiring them for any & all of your lawn care needs!
