This company is a God send. I had flooding every year where the water in the backyard would enter the basement and cause extreme damage. I had numerous experts come out and no one could tell me how to prevent the flooding until I met Eric. He was professional and assessed the issue. He knew exactly what was going on and had a resolution. I can honestly say that I have not seen any water since he completed the job over 5 years ago. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.
Severely overpriced, I know what materials and labor cost in this business as I worked in this industry for a long time! I estimate a 70%/80% or more mark up!!!!! Shop around there are better companies out there! I did!
Had a really good consultation session with Eric. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and really worked with me to come up with a cost effective plan for a drainage system that will remove water from my backyard. I wad really impressed with him and how much time he spent with me coming up with options for my backyard flooding issues.
My experience with Eric was by far the best. Everything with this company was a 10/10. His work spoke for itself and he gave me the best price with was fair compared to other companies. I was getting water in my basement and he resolve that by regrading the surrounding areas of my home. Thank you once again
Erin is a good person he really try's to work with you. He has fiance if you can't afford the job. He did work for me two years ago and very good with solving your water issues. He crew is great to work with.
We hired ROI Property Services to do a spring cleanup and numerous landscaping projects. The owner, Eric did an excellent job of helping us decide what needed to be done and following through with the services requested. The workers, Dino Thanos and Travis Campbell did a great job with the physical work. They are very polite and asked our opinion to make sure they were completing the project exactly as we wanted it to be done. I would highly recommend ROI Property Services.
I wish there was an option for zero stars. Terrible terrible company. ROI came out to do a few simple projects for a hefty price. I was left in a position that created more work for myself. In the interim, a staff member casually asked as I was leaving my house, if I was okay with a little rearranging of my patio. The result was not what was described. When I returned home, my patio stones were completely rearranged (it looked like a child did the work), my flower bed and rock garden were destroyed (they did not even attempt to put it back together in an orderly fashion), my patio furniture was left in the middle of my front lawn, my hostas were ripped out while rocks/dirt were thrown over them, and to even try to describe what was done to my front lawn would be despicable, to put it simply. When ROI was contacted about the awful workmanship, the company continued to say they would “come back out.” After 1 month passed, supposedly someone drove by only to find that the patio and garden were put back together (by me) so they left. They never attempted to ask how they could reconcile my mess of a lawn (that they were supposed to sod but didn’t) with weeds (NO new grass) growing in every inch that was touched. I wish I had more photo references on hand to depict what a few thousand dollars of work looked like. It was a MASSIVE headache dealing with ROI. Further communication was avoided. They concluded by blocking our numbers. Pathetic.
ROI property completed a backyard patio transformation. We started off with a very wide open vision. Eric helped us to design a patio for us with a series of questions and sample work that allowed us to scope out the project much better. All in all project came out very nice, see completed picture (some areas are not pictured that were completed by the company). Brian and Victor are two very dedicated superstar employees of ROI. These gentlemen put in countless hours throughout the project focused on careful execution. Only minor complaint is the project took several more weeks to complete than originally discussed. But hey our biggest goal was to have it done right so we encourage the team to take the time needed.

We called ROI and ask for an estimate for Spring cleanup. Eric (company owner) was out the next day. He is giving us several quotes so we can determine how much we want done beyond the simple yard cleanup. Eric is very professional and we look forward to working with his company.

Eric and his team came out, quoted me for installing a drain line from the sump discharge to the sewer in the front (about 70 feet), and then installed it all within 5 days. They were professional and went the extra mile to make the experience helpful and meaningful. They canceled our appointment 20 mins after it was supposed to begin with no apology. Just an explanation that something came up. I had rearranged work and childcare for this.
I hired R.O.I. Property Services to do several projects. Among them was to over seed the main section of my lawn which I normally do myself every Spring. I assumed they knew what they were doing but when I saw an enormous amount of top soil covering the entire lawn I felt uneasy. Figuring they would return and roll and rake it out which they did not do. I was assured the good grass would come back though and the seed would fill in where needed. After 5 weeks of consistent watering no seeds sprouted and instead the lawn now consisted of dirt and weeds. The worst type of weeds. Eric came out and saw the damage himself and assured me he would take care of it. After several weeks had passed I had not heard from him. I was left with a ruined lawn and the other wok the company did was terrible. He then avoided my calls and eventually blocked them. Is this the kind of company you want to hire?

Eric and his team at ROI Property Services have done a great job on multiple services at our home. They installed a drain line from the sump pump discharge to a 50 gallon Flow Well (underground). They also quoted and installed a drain line from the sump pump discharge to the front of our home (approx 91 ft) also connecting two downspouts. Both projects were completed quickly. The team was professional, responsive, walked us through job and performed high-quality work. I recommend everyone to consider them for your exterior / interior services and I look forward to working with them in the future. Thank ROI Team!

Would NEVER recommend. Nearly doubled the initial quote and waited until they were done to let us know. It took them three months to finish a project they said when take a couple of days. My house had so much dust, I had to give up on cleaning because it would all come back the next day. They never answered phone calls, didn t drop the dirt in the correct areas or didn t drop it off when they stated they would. There was a handful of times they would come between 7-8am to take their equipment waking up my neighbors. They also made sure to ruin my neighbors lawn. I could go on.
ROI took care of everything - trimming bushes/trees, removing weeds from my extensive gardens and mulching. They were on time, did the job professionally. I could not be more pleased. Kudos to a good company

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The final invoice was 50% more than the initial quote - initial quote not estimate. There was little to no communication during the project. The project, which should have taken at most 3-4 weeks, took them four months to complete. We were never told when they were going to be at our house working, they would just show up with days of no shows in between. They left tools and equipment on our flower beds and killed two lilac trees. There was no final walkthrough. The final invoice had charges for extra materials that we never approved. The most aggravating part was that they automatically charged the card we used for the down payment without our authorization.

ROI is an excellent landscape company. They leveled the dips and low points in my backyard. They also seeded and fertilized the area. Eric was very friendly, on time and did the work in a few hours. He also made sure I was happy with the job when he finished it. The price for this project was very reasonable! They went above and beyond my expectations. I will hire them again for my next landscaping project.
ROI We are in love with our new yard! We chose ROI because last season we watched them swoop in and rescue our neighbor s who had extensive work done. The company they initially used did an awful job. The pavers were uneven and everybody on the block was talking about how sloppy it looked. ROI reworked it all in a few days time. I knew then they were who we wanted and at the beginning of this season I asked my neighbor for their contact info. Eric and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They listened and consulted with us every step of the way. The results are simply spectacular! We have already gotten so many compliments; it looks like a different property! I recommend them to anyone looking for quality results.
Had ROI over to regrade the lawn and fix up our walkway. The rep who came over did a great job; was helpful, thoughtful and informative. The only shortcomings in dealing with ROI is communication and scheduling. Like what they did. Thanks.

Working with ROI Landscaping was a pleasant experience from the initial interaction to the finished product. Wile my husband did most of the communication. They had wonderful customer service and the outcome far exceeded our expectations. Most importantly, our goals for the project were considered throughout and accomplished. If the We ever need landscaping again we will make sure to go the ROI landscaping & supply!
Extremely professional, showed up to the job on time and worked diligently. Me and my roommate were thoroughly impressed with the skill and effort put into our garden. Was willing to move our rosebush multiple times until we found a space where we liked it. All in all I would recommend them to my family and friends.
As someone who previously worked for a landscaping company I usually prefer to do my yard work myself. But recently I had a child, and yard work had become a little bit of a challenge. When a friend of mine recommended ROI I was ready for some help. They were amazing to work with. They showed up on time and the quality of their work was impressive. The customer service was very satisfying and they worked better then the people I used to work with at my previous job. Would highly recommend.
