We recently moved to NWA and our yard needed some character as it was pretty boring. Eric from Fay-Ark bid our project, we planted 8 large trees and had beds cut out & replaced with a slate pathway and pea gravel. It was a fairly big project and just moving to this area we really hoped we chose a reliable company to do our landscape project. We absolutely did! The crew was amazing thank you Lucas Peña, Jordan, Trace, Justin, Dalton, you worked so hard and made our boring yard look gorgeous! They also repaired our sprinkler system and installed a rain gauge so it won t sprinkle if it has recently rained. We are so happy and will recommend Eric and Fay-Ark to friends & neighbors!!

I have to say that this company surprised me with its high quality work and fantastic customer service. When it comes to my yard I am very picky. I love my flowers and have gardened since I was young with my father. My garden and my flowers mean a great deal to me. However, during and after COVID my parents were both extremely I ll and needed care. This took a great deal of time and I just could not keep up with my garden. Even my lawn got long due to my neglect. A lot of thought and love had gone into my lawn and flower beds and i was so sad to see it all deteriorating before my eyes. I contacted this company not expecting much except to try to repair my precious things as much as possible and start again. I fully expected that flowers would be mistaken for weeds and that things would not look the way I wanted. I did a very thorough inspection of the yard and all my little plants. What i found was amazing. Not only had all my shrubs, trees and flowers been cared for in the most detailed and heartfelt manner, but also they were cared for in only the way that I would have wanted. I was so pleasantly surprised and very joyful. It meant so much to me at a very difficult time to have my yard back. This is a professionally run business. They were on time, worked quickly, cleaned up the site and all the gardens look great.

Last winter, my business needed snow removal from our parking lot and I contacted Eric and within the hour they were out there plowing and shoveling our lot and sidewalks. They now do our monthly maintenance after previous landscapers let it go to the dump. They spruced it up and got irrigation system going again.

Eric and his crew are great workers. Our builder didn t do us in favors when he built our house when it came to keeping the rain water from coming down onto my MIL s front porch. During mild to heavy rains we always had a huge puddle on the sidewalk and the water would come up onto the front porch. We called Eric and he came out and gave us a quote, then when we mentioned another potential solution (Retaining wall) he gave us another quote within a day and came away much cheaper than the other company s quote. Upon signing the quote, Eric had his guys out within a week to start the project and they finished in three days! Eric was great to work with and was in constant communication with us! Wonderful service! We had them tear out a lot of our landscaping that had either died, wouldn t likely recover or just wasn t appealing. We wanted something that didn t require a lot of maintenance, still offered color and created a more balanced view. Also replaced mulch with river rock. They delivered perfectly. When I inquired about mowing Eric responded promptly and I have used the services of His company for about 4 months now. Care is always taken and I am always pleased. Eric is very responsible and is an extremely hard worker. My front flower beds and porch were an awful mess. It would have taken me 3 Saturdays to clean it all up and haul off yard waste. I called and he was able to come the same day and had my crepe myrtles and nandinas trimmed and leaves and sticks removed FAST! I didn t even ask him to trim my current plants but he did. Great job! I needed a gravel pad placed for parking vehicles next to my driveway. Eric was prompt in responding to my messages and questions. Unlike the others I sought bids from, he actually came to my house and looked the project over.
