I have a yard with a host of mature juniper and piñon pines. Over the 25 years Ive been here Ive used the extension services to get piñon seedlings to fill out my yard. My piñons are heart of my heart trees. When I contacted Cody last fall to take a look at my trees (now everywhere from 2-15 tall) he came to my place, took a close look at all my trees, knew from his first visit exactly what my seedling trees needed to guarantee they would continue to thrive. (They had an especially tough time during the beetle infestation.) We agreed to chat again in the spring when it would be time to bolster my trees for the coming summer. Cody was just now at my house (with his precious dog Dennis) to treat all my seedlings with a magic potion (ask Cody) to nurture the roots of the trees before the summer arrives in earnest. Before leaving he said I ought to send him some pics as the season wears on. He told me to call him if I had any questions. He said I should let him know in 4-8 weeks how the trees are doing because they may need one more shot of the magic potion. I RECOMMEND CODY AND CLEAR CREEK LANDSCAPING to anyone who is looking for personal, professional, knowledgeable, sincere, top-tier quality attention for all your landscape needs. CODY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING! HE IS THE BEST!

Cody did a great job with our yard maintenance last Fall. He billed us $500 which seemed a bit steep but promised to come back and do spring cleanup as part of the fee. He then indicated in the spring that he suffered a chain saw injury to his hand which would take him out for the season. I then discovered he had a big project at a private golf course and was amazed he was able to complete this project with such a serious injury. He did promise us $100 back which I indicated would be fine via check. That never happened along with the spring cleanup. He also tried to upsale us..all we wanted was a clean up and trim. If you schedule a clean up and trim with this company...just know if a big project comes up you may be canceled or delayed.

Cody and his team did an excellent job. Complete restoration job on both our front and backyard landscaping. Excellent quality. Responsive. Great value. Very pleased with their work. Would highly recommend.

This review is long overdue but had trouble with my google account. Our project was a small patio adjoining our pool and we couldn t be happier! Cody is very responsive and made sure to keep in touch with us until we could be scheduled during the busiest part of the season. The project was completed timely and it looks fantastic. Drainage is spot on (very important next to a pool) pattern is beautiful and his suggestions for other parts of our landscape were very appreciated. Such a pleasure to work with! I called Clear Creek Landscape to get an estimate on a property we were selling that had been empty for six months. Cody came out right away and gave us a great estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable about what was necessary to get the yard back into pristine condition! Very professional and honest young man!

My experience with Clear Creek was a good one, definitely would recommend them.

Did not show up for appointment For estimate . Or call to say he wasnt coming. When I called him he insisted that I send him pictures. Then he proceeded to give me a guessment. When I ask him what he please come look at the job he told me he could judge it by the photos. The next morning I told him thank you for your time but that I had found someone else who would give me an estimate not a guestimate. He message me back and told me that I was being rude. Rude was when he failed to show up for the appointment he had scheduled with me. And he didnt even bother to call. Not only was it rude its just bad business.

Cody landscaped the front yard in two of my homes. I cannot say enough good comments about him and his work. He is professional, reliable, and an excellent communicator. The work is outstanding. He pays attention to details and will make suggestions. He is cognizant about budgets and tailors projects to the customer needs. The yards turned out much better than I imaged! He is creative and detail oriented. The best contractor I have ever worked with. He is truly a gem and so is the quality of his work.

Would not recommend. I called on a Monday, talked to a guy about what I needed, which was a yard clean up. He told me hed come on Friday to look at what I needed done, and that they could probably even get it done on Saturday. So I told him that sounded good. Fri I couldnt make it but I talked to him on the phone. He told me what he was going to do, spray the weeds, pull out the dead bushes etc. He told me hed call back and give me a quote. Never heard from him, Monday rolls around I called him, no answer. I left a voice mail asking about the quote and if they were still going to do my yard. He never called back and I never heard back from him. This was 2 weeks ago. I wouldnt trust this company.

Clear Creek Landscaping was the best thing to happen to my yard! When I called them I had a new pool and a backyard full of uneven dirt, roots and a literal mess. Cody came and gave me honest advice, my husband and I felt confident in hiring them because they were very knowledgeable and professional. I pretty much gave them a budget and freedom in design, and they did not disappoint. I asked for over communication, and Cody communicated with me every day. They showed up to work every weekday by 8:00 and left at 4:00. My backyard has been completely transformed, I can t wait for summer to enjoy it! I would recommend Clear Creek Construction for all of your landscaping needs!

Once the work was done Cody became non responsive. He did $10k of work on my rental property. I need a receipt. He has been just ignoring my calls and texts. He also did $20k on another property. I will never use him or recommend him. I paid him $30k, and he is being so unprofessional.
