Have been a customer for several years, always been happy with the services, and the day before call so I can make sure all dog toys are off the grass.

Shady company. Claimed they mailed a letter to renew my service, and I didnt respond, so they automatically renewed for the year without proving a message or email. Then they show up and leave a bill. My contract from last year says it wouldnt be renewed for a year, which hasnt happened yet. Service wasnt up to expectations last summer so I hired a different company for this year.

In the fall of 2023, Natural Way Lawn performed aeration services on my property and, unfortunately, caused damage with their machinery. I promptly contacted the company, and they sent someone to assess the situation while I was not at home. The area manager left a note at my door, stating he observed no damage. When they reached out for payment, I insisted that I would not settle the bill until the damages were adequately addressed. They agreed to have the area manager follow up, but he failed to resolve the issue. I have photographic and video evidence of the damage, including footage of an employee colliding with my fence. Despite this, my attempts to address the situation were met with multiple calls from the company, not to rectify the damage but to demand payment for the service. They even left several threatening voicemails, stating they would send my account to collections, contradicting their agreement to withhold payment until the matter was resolved. Eventually, I paid the invoice to cease the collection calls, but this marks the second instance of property damage by their team in two years. I am now taking steps through various channels to highlight this neglect and seek a resolution. I insist on having my property restored to its original condition, prior to any damage caused by their services. I have submitted a formal complaint with the BBB and will update if we can come to a resolution.

I have used this lawn care for several years with a decent experience. This year my lawn has several weed patches and looks terrible. I called to inform them and they did regular treatment. Weeks later lawn still looks terrible. Dandelions and wheat grass. Had to cancel rather then continue to throw away money. They made no offer to come look at and resolve.

This was our first year with natural way. I looked at several companies and talk to many of our neighbors. Natural way delivered a fantastic service on time very clean and our lawn has never looked so good. I want to thank the natural way team for a fantastic, best looking one on the block!

Natural Way replaced my former lawn care company. They repeatedly over-fertilized my lawn to the point that the grass was burned out. I contacted them and they were totally unwilling to do anything about it. I had to rake out the dead spots, and reseed the area of my lawn. It was a lot of work, and in my opinion totally unnecessary. My neighbor across the street recommended that I try his service, (Natural Way). His lawn on close inspection had no weeds and no bare spots and was in fact greener than mine. I switched, and am so happy that I did. They call me before they come for each application, and my lawn has never looked better. Above was my review from last year. Their service has only gotten better, and my Lawn loves it. One of the best in the neighborhood. Because of that I am noticing their signs on more and more lawns, so the neighbors must like it too.

Ive been using Natural Way for the past couple years and have been impressed with how my lawn looks. I had an issue with crab grass and they were able to eliminate it from my yard. I do like that the products are natural vs. chemicals as well as my young nephews and pets spend time playing on the lawn.

We have been in our current home for 4 years when we move into it the lawn (what there was of it) was primarily weeds and in very poor condition. We had used Natural Way at our previous home and we pleased with the consistent results year over year, so naturally we contacted Natural Way shortly after moving in, our lawn ism practically weed free and very lush.

Fertilizer is expensive these days. Natural Way is no exception but their are good. You get what you pay for. They arrive when they say they do. They spend a lot of time on my property and do a thorough job. Will not hesitate to go with them again.

Natural Way has been our lawn care fertilizer service for over 15 yrs. They always provide prompt service including extra attention to issues we are having with bugs. Our lawn always looks good throughout the summer. I strongly reccommend them and will continue using them.

Once Natural Way started coming the lawn was greener and weeds started to go away. Living on the water, and the lawn gets water from the lake, Natural Way is a better solution than other fertilizer companies.

Been using natural way for about two years. Their price seems fair and I have never had a problem. I have even seen them go out of their way to pick up kids and dogs toys out of the yard before applying treatment.

Every application is preceded with a phone call to alert you. Our technician Chris was great. He always blew any excess off of the drive and sidewalk. The service is a little expensive, but they provide a very high level of service.

I was referred to Natural Way by our Landscape/Gardner. I spoke with Preston/Natural Way in length about our concerns with our lawn as it had not been tended to very well the spring/summer prior to 2023. Preston did a great job coming up with a plan to treat all areas of concern. There was much improvement this season (it was in bad shape) and I expect next season we will see our lawn looking as beautiful as it had in the past. This company is easy to do business with. Online payments have been easy and they are very receptive to questions with quick response time. Highly recommend!

Ive been a Natural Way customer for years and they have always been reliable, timely, and professional. When I have called with questions or issues they have handled them right away which has even included sending people to the house. My lawn and trees look way better than when I tried to do all the feeding and treatments myself!

Poor service very bad job

Natural Way has been great this year. First year customer, and I can tell the difference in our lawn. Thank you for always being prompt, calling with service dates and providing great service.

We have been using Natural Way for several years. They always let us know in advance when they are coming. If for some reason the weeds don t die they will come out and spray again at no charge. I think we have only had to do this once.

We have been very pleased with the professionalism and communication. The results have been great too so far. We know it takes a couple seasons to really see the effects of the services so we are excited!

Never called me back

Their products seem to be effective. My lawn was mostly weeds when we bought the house last summer. Several treatments last year killed off most of the weeds. The lawn looks very healthy this spring. The only reason I didnt give five stars is due to lack of concise information on type and timing of when they will apply a treatment and the information that is left after the treatment is not very helpful - very technical, just the technical names and amounts of product that was applied.

I wasn t satisfied with our precious weed control company. I saw a neighbor s yard that looked great and they used Natural Way. Natural Way had our lawn looking wonderful last season. We are going with them again.

Products eem to be working efficiently.

Dont call these guys with your real phone number or hire them. They will constantly harass you with marketing phone calls if you do not hire them. If you do hire them and then fire them, they keep coming and applying fertilizer to your lawn and then threaten to sue you if you dont pay them. It is companies like these that give honest companies a bad name.

Do not use this service. No set scheduled fertilizering. My lawn has never looked worse. Everything cost extra. Questionable products

I called your company on a referral in Fall of 2020, and you guys signed me up for treatment when I was calling to CONSIDER scheduling. In the spring of 2021, you had someone sent out without my authorization. This was not made clear, and I argued to not pay it. Shame on me for giving you my address, I should have known better. I cancelled the rest of the season. I signed back up in the spring of 2022, that was definitely a mistake. For my second application this year earlier in the summer, I received a call letting me know that you would be applying fertilizer in the next 1-2 days. That didnt happen. I had to call and have you schedule it almost 2 weeks later. For my third application, applied on August 19th, even though I was home, I did not get a knock on the door and no sign was put in our yard indicating that the yard was fertilized. I got an automated call the day before, but with the prior application not occurring in a timely manner, I wasnt expecting it. Well, my dog ran away after being let out two hours after an application on the treated grass unbeknownst to me, it is the only time she has ever broken her invisible fence in the year that I have had it. I found her acting erratically several doors down. To be fair, I cant explicitly say it was the fertilizer, but at this point it doesnt matter. It was not until later this evening that I discovered the pamphlet on our door handle indicating the treatment happened this morning. I will no longer be using your services. Terrible communication, unreliable, and you use dishonest practices to sign up customers without explicitly saying so. I should have learned my lesson after last year.

This service is the best, only neighbors with Natural Way will have a lawn that looks as nice as mine. The deep green color is so impressive. I have not seen another lawn service produce the same effect.

Lawn has never looked better. Weeds and poor lawn growth were getting the best of me. Periodic big box applications just weren t getting results. In just one season, Natural Way has eliminated 99% of the weeds and helped previous brownish spots grow lush. Look forward to season 2!

Natural Way Lawn and Tree Service are very professional, on time and very polite. If you ask a question about the service, a thorough and polite explanation is given without hesitation. As well, and if asked or needed they will give suggestions to assure your lawn will be healthy and beautiful.

Workers are courteous and always avoided areas I asked without exception. need them back off-cycle - they were back quickly and always left a print out of any identified issues on the front door.

This is the first year we have used a lawn service for weed and pest control. I am happy with the results! For years we have had mounds and tunnel in our lawn from moles and this year there were no mounds and only one tunnel. We also had an abundance of crab grass and while it isn t entirely gone, it is greatly diminished. Hopefully, next year, our second year with this service, it will be completely gone.

They try to nickel and dime you for every little thing. Apparently there are special treatments for all kinds of weeds you might have in your yard and thats right......extra charges. They bring a machine onto your yard to fertilize and run over everything in their way, no heads up on when they may be coming to remove items from the yard nor do they have common sense to move any small items on the yard...just run them right over.

Natural Way has provided timely and reliable services on my magnolia tree. I had terrible scale which made the tree ugly. With repeated care, the tree now looks healthy all year round.

Their service does get rid of weeds but they use so much crabgrass prevention good luck reseeding bare areas or overseeding. I used them for two years and have followed all their guidelines regarding seeding and havent gotten anything to take. Yes my dandelions are gone, but I think Id rather have my fuller lawn back and deal with a couple weeds. Lawn looks patchy and brown in many areas now. At best its the same lawn I had two years ago. When you voice your concerns to your lawn tech he will always blame you, telling you you need an aeration or you didnt water properly (even though I water daily when it doesnt rain). My neighbors lawn looks amazing and he never waters, never aerates and does his own fertilizing. Finally came to my senses and cancelled this spring.

I am going on my third season and we have been very happy with service and results! They call a couple days ahead to let us know they will be out, so we can make sure our gate is unlocked and dogs inside. They leave notes as to what they have done and any instructions for us to follow up. If there are any issues with our lawn they will come back no charge to address them. They only reason I do not give them 5 stars is because their prices go up every year by A LOT.

We see the sign that says theyve been there but havent seen anyone (comes while at work?). The grass is fairly green and plush, however, still have weeds and a crapload of dandelions. Some dandelions are like trees - super huges with foot long roots. I still have to spend hours pulling them out, which is why i tried a lawn service so as to reduce the weeds. This is my 3rd year.

So far doing an awesome job....our lawn was a mess from a previous company, who did nothing to kill weeds or grubs. Skunks had torn up our lawn and it was looking awful. So far this season, Natural Way is bringing the lawn back to a better condition. Very informative and knowledgeable staff, that answers all your questions.

Do not hire this service. First, their service burned several big brown spots in my front yard. They are clearly burns from an accidental dropping of too much fertilizer in an area. When I looked at my bill to get their phone number to complain I realized they applied and charged me $111 for grub control that I NEVER ordered. They claimed that a PHONE CALL from a YEAR BEFORE where their rep explained to me their services counted as my consent. Rather than argue with them I terminated my service completely but asked how they planned to take care of my burned yard. The rep proceeded to tell me that they would need to send a manager out to my house to assess whether they thought the spots were their fault. I can guess pretty exactly what they would think so rather than taking any more of my time, I simply promised them to make sure others in my neighborhood were aware of their poor service, high costs and terrible customer care. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE: Expensive Irresponsible (burned my yard) Misleading Disinterested in customer satisfaction There are plenty of other services, I recommend going to someone else.

This is our first year using Natural Way Lawn & Tree Services and our lawn has never looked better! We signed up for auto pay and we have never gotten charged for charges we did not ask for. Their customer services has been very helpful as well. Would definately recommend this company to anyone that was looking for a good lawn service.
