Tru green is trash. Once custom greenery sold out they never seemed to show up to fertilize the yard even though i paid for the year. Piece of shit company. Hopefully they will lose everyiens business and go under

Do not hire this company! They have killed most of my back yard, which is 3/4 acres. I have made several calls to them to have someone come out and tell me what is wrong with my yard and how they are going to repair it. I just get the run around. DO NOT HIRE!

Owners retired, have used them for over 30 years, always happy with their services. They sold out to Tru Green, but said they were partners with them in a letter I received. I just called them when a man came around my house when I was sitting outside reading with my dog (German Shepherd) and was spraying for insects on the perimeter of my home. He is lucky that I have a good dog who didn't attack him but listened to my command. Then he proceeded to spray my potted plants, doorwall, near the pool with insecticide. This is crazy. Custom Greenery, I wish you would have told me that services would be different. Service used to be small cannister filled with insect repellant, small nozzle, just wetting the perimeter. This was an assault on my home, I called and cancelled my contract and will wait to see if I get a refund.. I want to support small business but am not happy with the way this was handled.

I received an offer from Custom Greenery for fertilizer application for my lawn for $171. This was a better deal than I was receiving from my current provider. I canceled my provider. I sent a check for $171 to Custom Greenery accepting their offer. In response Custom Greenery sent back my check and wrote on the previously provided offer "front only" - implying they would only do part of my lawn for the amount. If I want my whole lawn to receive the application they want $571.50. This is an outrageous bait and switch. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

We've used them for a couple of years now and I have no complaints. They always call a day before they show up and will work with your schedule. I use a few of the services they offer and all are top notch. Would highly recommend.
