Greenlawn Landscaping Maintenance Co in Farmington Hills

These guys mow my condos and every time they come they plaster our cars with grass and rocks. We have asked them multiple times to use their Shute guards but they do not. I will be asking the board to not renew their contract.

Irresponsible drivers tailgating me on a 45 with a 20,000 , 40,000 pound dump truck 5 ft away from my small 2 door car

I don’t know how there lawn cuts are but the driver in the truck almost hit 3 ppl so that’s why for my review

Greenlawn service did a good job, for what they did. I had a side area, but they all seem to miss that area.

The company is very through,completing many snow removal tasks in a timely fashion,even during the storm.They have well skilled landscape techniques,an very learned workers, who above a beyond many other companies.,I've delt with the past.

Greenlawn has terrible snow removal and lawn mowing service. In the Maples Greens HOA they typically show up about a day after the snow storm has stopped. Residents are forced to shovel the snow by themselves so they can get out of their driveway. Their lawn mowing service is terrible also. They never show up. We are into the second week of May and they have not cut the lawn for the first time this year yet. Other HOA in the neighbor have had their lawn cut three times this season already. Avoid Greenlawn they are a terrible company with terrible service.

HOA pays a lot for unsatisfactory service. Arrive late in the day on snow and ice days. They push the snow up to end of the driveways and behind parked cars so residents can't get out, in our condo complex. Rarely plow our driveways or not at all, nor put any salt down on streets or driveways which is in our expensive contract. My suv did a 360° spin out in complex on a cold late afternoon (No salt). Inconsistent with doing a thorough job cutting the grass, miss plenty of spots. Don't resolve burnt grass patches. UNACCEPTABLE

Place sucks they charge way too much , they're poorly trained and they skimp the workers on their hours. Don't do business with greenlawn. They'll burn half your grass and not properly cut the rest.
