The actual work and the guys that come out to do the work have been great however, the ladies that answer the phone and the operations of the company need some improvements. The ladies that answer the phone are very rude. Their scheduling process is very inconvenient. They don t try to work with you to schedule a service when it works for you. For set up they will only call and tell you when they can be there and if that doesn t work for you, they will tell you that they will call you back in a couple weeks with another date that may or may not work for you. I called to have some sprinklers moved as I was instructed to do by the tech that came to do our set up once the foundation for a shed would be down. The lady told me she s not able to do any scheduling and that someone is probably aware of it and will be calling me to schedule a time. I tried to tell her that I needed to call to inform them that the foundation of the shed would be done so that we could schedule moving the sprinklers. She finally begrudgingly agreed to let someone know that I wanted to schedule the service. So now I have to hope she actually informed someone and wait, who knows how long, for them to call me and tell me a date and time that may or may not work for me.

Since our initial installation a few years ago, Aqua Lawn has consistently delivered top-notch service, including our recent spring startup. Weve had positive experiences with every technician weve encountered, but Brandons service was particularly exceptional. He not only made a special effort to introduce himself to our puppy, ensuring the little one wasnt frightened by a new person in the backyard, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain the condition of our sprinkler system and adjust each head to guarantee optimal performance.

Brandon started up our sprinklers and delivered excpetional customer service. He took the time to share how to adjust the mister sprinkler heads, the more in-depth schedules one can run on the control box, and was friendly.

Aqua Lawn started up my sprinkler system today. The technician was very courteous and did a thorough job starting up my system. He checked every sprinkler head and made adjustments when needed. He also went over some recommendations for when to run the sprinklers and made some adjustments on run times for some of the zones. Thanks for your thorough job.

The first year I also had an excellent technician and I suspect he told me everything and my mind did not absorb it all so Brandons refresher was wonderful. He is a respectful gentleman, as well. Aqua Lawn has serviced our sprinkler system every year and we couldnt be happier. They just came this morning to start up our system for the season. I am so pleased we used Aqua Lawn as our irrigatio provider. Aqua Lawn installed our irrigation system in late September of last year so we didnt use it much before cold weather set in. This year they came out and did the Spring start up and apparently I didnt listen well enough when getting operational instructions! Needed more help as I had to make some changes due to landscape work. Called today and they were very busy but put me on a waiting list in case something opened up earlier. Got a call a few hours later that they could come today. Their serviceman took plenty of time to explain everything and help me reset timer. Great service and very responsive.

Had a leaky valve and had punctured a line with some edging. Brandon got us all fixed up fast. He even adjusted the spray pattern on the nozzles. Highly recommended!

Aqua Lawn has been great. Set up our underground sprinklers, they work great. Any time I have called, I have had quick and friendly response. It should be noted that one call was to help me correct my own error and the other was to help with added drip lines that were not installed by them. On both occasions had great service and fixed the problems quickly. Highly recommend!

Cant express how please I am with Aqua Lawn and their service installing our sprinkler system. Work was well done and the customer support has been great. We had an issue with our rain sensor and the were able to address it immediately, and then scheduled a tech to follow up within a week to resolve the issue. Their team went through training me on how to use the wifi system and were extremely knowledgeable. True professionals!

First, I would like to say the Aqua Lawn team, from the top down, is a pleasure to do business with. 18 July 2023, Brandon arrived at my residence 15 minutes early; he was there to fix a sprinkler hose that my fence contractor hit during installation. Brandon was extremely informative and provided all the answers I needed. His work was timely and efficient. I couldn t ask for a better experience. I will continue to use Aqua Lawn for all applicable services.

If I could give 10 stars I would. From sales to install with Logan, to set up with Chris! We had some slight issues with our rain sensor but they were on top of the issue and continued troubleshooting even after we thought the issue was resolved. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in their area of service.

I needed assistance in getting better coverage with our system and Brandon did an excellent, professional job. He taught me how to adjust the heads and he reset my watering system and showed me how to use the seasonal adjust option. Brandon called that he was running ahead of schedule and he is fun to work with.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They installed my irrigation system last summer. They were responsive to all my emails, professional and easy to work with. This week I reached out to them and they responded within 24 hours. They had a tech over the following day!

Needed to have my sprinklers serviced after buying a new house and the system not running for at least a year. Super easy to set up the appointment when I called in, but the real star of the show was the tech, Brandon. Brandon was very knowledgeable and repaired a couple of line leaks and spray heads. He took the time to walk the property with me to aim and program the system, as well as helped me understand how to make changes myself if I chose to. I wouldnt call anyone other than Aqua Lawn for future service or install.

They installed our sprinkler system for a new build. They took time to explain everything in detail and planned their sprinkler head placements for future yard additions such as curbing, trees, etc. The service after the install has been fantastic as well.They are responsive on the phone and follow up with you of what the plan is to get a tech on site. We needed our sprinkler system turned back on for the season. We missed our initial appointment as we were still travelling home. Monday morning promptly at 8 am (the window was between 8 & 9) two wonderful young men showed up and activated and tested our system. They were polite, efficient and showed great patience with our exuberant Golden Retriever!! Customer Service is alive and well at Aqua Lawn!

Tech Cory took the time to explain the system since I had moved into my new home after the last sprinkler season. Never having a lawn sprinkler system before, and a recent widow, I was full of questions and he was more than patient with me. Hes a gem and an asset to your company.

They did an excellent, timely job of installing our sprinkler system last year. I hired them to get the system ready for Summer and Winter and when getting it ready for Summer one of our sprinklers wouldnt pop up. They installed a new one quickly and without causing any problems to our yard. I would highly recommend them over and over again.

Wow! I had the best experience today with Corey. He stopped by to turn our water system on and not only did he turn on the system, he took time to look at the lawn and make some recommendations regarding run times in certain parts of the lawn that didnt look so good and his recommendations wont use more water, he just used some minutes from areas of the yard that wouldnt be impacted by a little less water. He knows his stuff. He also took time to make sure the system was working. I appreciate his passion for providing great service and really appreciated his approach to his job. Corey, well done.

Update. June 2022. Had some relatively major work that need to be done on a connection. Aqua Lawn had the repair done in a little more than an hour. Just wanted to make note that Aqua Lawn has the repair side of the house down flat as well. Fall 2021. Aqua lawn installed irrigation at my home five years ago and continues to maintain/winterize it. Their bid was very competitive and the work top notch. Ive had no problems with it. Just had the system winterized this morning. Might have taken twenty minutes. The guy completing the work was very professional. Couldnt be happier. Highly recommend for new installs and system maintenance.

I am amazed by the customer service at Aqua Lawn. Chris Kennedy showed up at my house this morning on-time. His original purpose was to get the system up-and-running for the summer, but our fence contractors spliced some water lines and the electrical line. He immediately got to work fixing it. He even had to run for parts but was back within an hour and the entire job was finished in time for my fencing contractors to complete the fence. Then he spent the next 20 minutes making sure that my system turned on and was running properly. I would highly recommend Aqua Lawn. They are professional, knowledgeable, and Chris was very kind.

Aqua lawns is with out a doubt the best lawn and Landscape company in the FM area. They are on time, great quality, and their service is hands down the best. I had my sprinklers turned on today and had one sprinkler last year break, this was fixed while they were turning on my sprinklers this year. I have used Aqua Lawns for the last 7 years and have been impressed each year more and more. I would strongly encourage everyone to speak with Aqua Lawn, you will never go back.

Our senior mother had some sod and sprinklers installed. AquaLawn was so helpful and we loved the Hydrawise system so we can monitor the watering even though we live out of state. The gentlemen working at Aqua Lawn were so good to our Mom and helpful. Logan and Chris T. were the two we had contact with. I highly recommend AquaLawn and their Hydrawise system. Maintenance guy here, I called they sent this guy out. He was nice, I told him I stopped counting how many heads were broken, he figured out what needed to be done and fixed a broken pipe. All in the same day. I never get to see the bill but I know the owner gets his moneys worth when he pays for services. Just saying he diagnosed everything and fixed everything very quickly and he had good costumer service skills.

Kyle came to fix a zone leak which prevented it from operating. He also adjusted the spray direction and water volume for various heads to make them more efficient. Kyle was courteous, pleasant, and friendly while doing a great job making sure to have everything operating correctly. It was a positive experience and my concerns and questions were all taken care of. Thanks much, Kyle!

The folks at Aqua Lawn always do a great job. For starters, they are always on time or early which is HUGE in my book. Second, they are professional and knowledgeable and dont mind people like me tagging along so we can understand our sprinkler systems better and the adjustments that are being made. Always great work that is done efficiently and right the first time. Highly recommend and I wouldnt use another company in the FM area.

I checked with 4 sprinkler installers and Aqualawn was the best priced for a 8000 sqft residential system. The owner, Joe, was real good about expalining the options, the system and why he uses the compenets he does. The install was timely becase I booked early and had my yard preped/graded. I had an issue with a valve when the grass was just getting growing and they were out the next day to get my system back running and working again. I now have a filled in yard from seed that will stay green all sumer, I would definately work with them agagin.

What a Professional organization! had the job wrapped up within a day or two, with multiple check ups to ensure that the system was preforming to my satisfaction. not just your run of the mill irrigation company, they set you up with the proper equipment from the start instead of playing trial and error with lesser products. Aqua Lawn did a great job working with me to put a new sprinkler system in. The price was great, the work was even better and every spring and fall I can trust they will do a great job starting up and closing the sprinklers down for the year. My lawn mowing company accidentally clipped a sprinkler head, within 24 hours it was fixed. Service and workmanship are second to none and would recommend to everyone.

I was very impressed with how quickly our yard was completed and how careful they were with our existing lawn. Ive seen existing yards take years to recover after having a sprinkler system put in and ours was perfect in a month. They were also cheaper than the the 2 other quotes we received.
