Go elsewhere. My lawn always had weeds. When they fertilized my lawn mid-summer it left streaks of burnt/dead/yellow grass from over application. After their "field manager' came out, he simply stated to water it for a few weeks and let them know. It stayed dead. They offered to aerate and overseed in the fall. Had to repair all the dead grass myself. In the fall they aerated and Devastated my lawn. I have chewed up and over turned lawn all over that uprooted and is now dead. Field manager again came and "pushed down" a few divots but said to simply water. What a joke. Never again. Their crews have no idea what they are doing. Go elsewhere. We will. Lots of competition out there

I have to say that I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience from TruGreen. They provided me with a written quote for the services they would perform, but only performed half of those services but still charged me full price. TruGreen informed me they did not apply a weed killer due to the fact that at that time, my lawn had a disease that had spoke with them ahead of time to try and take care of. They gave me no heads up that they would not be applying a weed killer, and after many attempts to reason with them over adjusting my bill to reflect the work that was actually performed, they refused. Furthermore, the manager refused to even speak with me and left it up to the receptionist to deliver his news. I would not recommend TruGreen to anyone due to the fact that they will not even stand behind a simple quote. Save your money and do it yourself, or go somewhere else.

They did a decent job, and asked them to call when on their way so I could make sure they knew what I didn't want sprayed, but I was in a mtg and couldn't respond. Some spray did harm a couple small plants but seemed to get most of the weeds sprayed.

We used the fertilizer services for several years. Each year it got progressively poorer in the service department. Last year the first fertilizer application was poorly applied. We had a strip[ed lawn for weeks. Called to complain and was told they would check into this and do something to help out. They need to train their service technicians. I would not recommend this business.

I have had no issues with the lawn applications, but we’ve had nothing but issues related to the aeration service. We first prepaid for a spring aeration for the 2021 season, but it didn’t occur prior to our sprinklers getting aerated so we postponed it to the following year (we received an account credit). I again prepaid for an aeration for the 2022 season, but the same issue occurred even though I called the office to let them know approximately when our sprinklers were going to be winterized. I voiced my frustrations in a survey, and I discussed the issue with a very helpful employee who assured me that our aeration would occur in the spring of 2023. As a result, I was going to give TrueGreen another chance. However, I recently received our invoice, and I noticed that our credit amount was less than what we paid for the aeration. I then looked at our account credit for the prior year, and it was also less than what we paid for the aeration. The person I spoke with regarding this issue stated that I never prepaid for the services because I never checked a box, so I was getting charged the full price for the lawn applications. This is quite frankly ridiculous as a paid the entire “prepaid amount” before the expiration date, and there was no box for me to check as I made the payments online or over the phone. Further, the company obviously knew that we prepaid for an aeration as we were on the schedule for it without us calling to schedule it. Thus, I feel as though we are getting financially penalized for services not being performed as promised.

If I could give Trugreen 0 stars I would!! Avoid at all cost! I started to complain about there service back in July after the 2nd time my yard was supposedly sprayed however I have them on camera of them not technically spraying my whole yard. I was promised by the “owner” and who also told me he owns 1800GOTJUNK that he would respray our yard if our yard did not improve in a couple weeks time… it did not so I called the “owner back and told him how unhappy I was with there service and that our whole yard is full of weeds and looks just terrible and how embarrassing it is. He promised me he would be out and have it resprayed on August 8th or 9th. Those days came and went and no one showed up not surprised one bit. Got ahold of the guy again and once again expressed my frustration with his company and came to the agreement that he would refund my money. Let it go for another week and still no refund contact him again for what seems like the 100th time and he tells me I am going to need to contact the office because he is just the field manager and is unable to help me.. so here we are now the first of September and still no refund. Do yourself a favor and don’t get robbed of a couple hundred dollars like myself and hire a company that sprays more than water and gives you the run around

I discovered that by the time I purchased and spread fertilizer and weed control, for just a bit more dollars I could save time, energy, and thought by having TruGreen handle it for the year. They text to let me know when to expect them and know which application I need. Receipts and followup are emailed as reports. I'm delegating this to the professionals! Thank you for being my go to.

A number of years ago we had an issue with creeping charlie that we could not control anymore. TruGreen came in and it took a while but they got it under control and our yard has looked great since. Yards to north and south of us both are heavily infested with this and TruGreen keeps it out of our yard. We also have flowers in front and back yard including vegetable garden and they are always careful around these. We had core aeration this year and thought it was a good value. We have been very happy with their service and pricing.
