Hired for snow removal for winter 2022-2023 in Horace, ND. They Used a plow truck to clean driveway which ended up narrowing the driveway significantly after a couple bad storms. Asked them to widen the driveway multiple times and it never got done. Had to call a couple times asking if they were even coming out. The last two storms, they didn’t even show up. I messaged them and they didn’t respond, but shows that it was read. Would not recommend or hire again.

Hired then fired for snow removal. A variety of late evening crews came with a pickup snow plow and pushed snow on the lawn, tore up the grass in several places, no sidewalks done unless over a foot deep. Requested to have mailbox area cleaned, never done. Fired & requested refund. No response. Not professional.

Mike’s company is really fast and efficient with snow removal. They do a great job and always come back after the city has plowed us back in. 5 stars.

Mike has always been a straight up front honest guy. I've no doubt his work is any different. Would recommend these guys to anyone in the area.

I reached out when I was in a bind. We were out of town during a blizzard and we were not an existing customer. We needed our driveway cleared so we wouldn't have a lot of work to do right when we for home. They responded right away and had no problems adding me to the lineup for snow removal.

I have been using O'Connell for my snow removal needs this winter of 2021-2022, and would have been lost without their services. I am a widow with a young child, who doesn't own a snowblower, and had used a different service in the past with unsatisfactory results, which prompted me to seek a new company. O'Connell came recommended to me, and now it is my time to recommend them! The level of professionalism, competency, and efficiency demonstrated by O'Connell is top notch. Kate has always been highly responsive, and answers any questions I may have expertly. I no longer have to worry about being snowed in/stuck in my house; the quality of the snow removal services is stellar (as per my service, they also remove the snow from my sidewalks and steps - which is extremely difficult for me with just a shovel...for which I am thankful no longer having to struggle with!), and I will 10/10 be utilizing their snow services moving forward, and in the winter seasons to come.

we hired O'Connel Lawn Care to mow our lawn this summer, and to shovel the sidewalks this winter. They mowed 3 or 4 times, never sent us a bill (condo association so need bill to remit payment). I have tried contacting them several times, get message "mailbox is full, can't leave message". I don't know if they went out of business or have just decided to not work for us. Very disappointing. Wish they would have let us know before so I had time to find a new company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They were supposed to do hedge and shrub trimming for our home before we put it up for sale. When they were done it looked like someone took a chainsaw to my shrubs and killed two of them. It was a horrible job and would not recommend them for this service. I was not reimbursed for my bushes and paid full price for a horrible job.
