Pro Landscapers LLC in Fargo

I was very pleased 3 years ago with this companies, attentiveness, and service when I use them for multiple services which included hydroseeding a very large yard in North Fargo. This year, I was excited to use them again at a new home we purchased in the area. I initially reached out via email and phone in February To set up landscaping and lawn care. Over the subsequent four months, I received extremely sporadic, inconsistent responses. Saying Jacob would come out to the property and give me a quote the following week. Instead, two weeks would pass multiple times, I would call and leave voicemails, and none of them would be acknowledged or returned. Finally, last week, after months, I was told they had an issue with hiring their crew for the summer and there was nothing that they could do and they had not started on any of their work for the summer. They said I should call somewhere else. This would’ve been wonderful information weeks or even months prior. I was really worried about the delay in their responsiveness would’ve put me at the bottom of the list for ever other company for lawn care in town. But thank goodness that there were multiple other companies that responded immediately to lawn care need and were able to get the job done. I should have moved on from Pro Landscaping months ago it would have saved us a lot of frustration and time.

We were very impressed with Pro Landscapers! They landscaped around our new construction home and handled absolutely everything. Planning, renderings, curbing, patio, planting, & seeding. They even coordinated our fence and irrigation installation. Kaylyn was our project manager and she was absolutely fantastic to work with. We loved how seamless it was to have one company manage the entire project. Highly recommend.

We used Pro for our full yard landscaping when we built our home and have since used them for a fire pit patio and full pool landscape design. Chelsea is a homeowners dream to work with and like absolutely NO ONE ELSE in this industry. She is responsive, proactive and communicates expectations and timelines. She also holds subs accountable to be on the job site when they are supposed to be and keep to their timelines as well. Additionally, she's an amazing landscape designer...like magical. I gave her a vague idea of what I wanted and she came back with a rendering that was a perfect vision of what I had in my head. She made a few minor tweaks to fit this vision into our budget and now we have an absolutely incredible backyard oasis. You will be so glad you chose her and Pro Landscapers to do make your vision a reality!

My wife and I are very happy with Pro Landscapers as they designed and completed an upgrade to 3 sides of our house. This took only a couple days and it looks great. The knowledge and professionalism of each person was amazing, it starting with the design and continued with each step of the project. I can't thank them all enough.

Great experience! Chelsea was very helpful in designing our landscaping and the crew was hard-working and professional. We had one small issue that was promptly resolved, no questions asked. We get a lot of compliments on our landscaping and couldn't be happier with the results.

I just love them! Chelsea(designer) helped us to make our new home complete! We moved very busy time for all landscapers but she scheduled very soon that we expected. I called several companies for compare price and this is it! I highly recommend get irrigation system too. I was trying to save money so not to have sprinkler and watering many hours in yard..no life! And I call several places to compare irrigation system price..but I was just wasting time. Pro landscaping has the most reasonable price and their work is just great! Detail and caring. Thank you so much for your hard work.

We hired Pro Landscapers to install river rock and bullet edgers along the sides of our house, as well as repair some landscaping already done in our backyard. The estimate and scheduling process was very smooth, and the crew that did the work was quick and efficient-- they arrived at 8am and by 2pm they were finished. We are very happy with the final product, it looks great!
