Maldonado Landscaping NY Corp in Far Rockaway

I was referred to this company from two family members who use their services. They said they could come do a fall clean up for me. That’s all I needed. On 3 separate occasions I was given a day they would come, on all 3 days no one showed up. This was over a 2 weeks time span. Aside from having to call them multiple times to find out when they were coming-I was given the following excuses and gave the benefit of the doubt: rain delay, truck broke down, have too many regular jobs etc. if you couldn’t have done the work, why say to you could?! Made it seem like my house wasn’t important. Made it clear his “regulars” came first. His regulars are close friends, who I’m pretty sure won’t be using his services any longer after this incident. After jerking me around for weeks it became too late to find anyone else. I had no choice but to do it myself and thankfully the weather held out. The most unreliable, dishonest, unprofessional company I have dealt with in a long time. Be warned and find another company who actually makes you a priority and shows up.
