A big shout out to Andy's Lawn and Landscape, especially Hime and his team. Our backyard was professionally landscaped in 2017 but over the years the shrubs and plants were overgrown and crowding each other. Also our stone drain had been destroyed when our fence was replaced. And the grass had disappeared over the years. The team first transplanted some of the shrubs and the mulched. Next the new sod was added. We are very pleased with the new look.
My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of landscaping design, implementation, professionalism, and value extended by Andy and his experienced, dedicated crew. Rarely do you find spectacular customer service and a sincere desire to please, but we did with Andy's Lawn and Landscape. Super nice folks. Five stars+ !
The best of the best. Crews are experienced, well trained and take great care to perform all services to the highest standard. One small example: our wood chip paths and mulch beds (which are a mess to keep tidy) are always perfectly groomed during our weekly service. Andy, himself, is a treasure—so nice, so knowledgeable and accommodating. Office staff is likewise terrific, and responds immediately to special requests.
I've been using Andy's for decades for lawn care, spring/fall clean ups and occasional landscape extras. They are reliable, tidy, and the crews are extremely pleasant and courteous. The office staff is always responsive and gracious. All in all, just a pleasure to work with.
It would be impossible to be more satisfied with a company of any kind we have worked with over the past 20 years. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are 100. My family recently moved from Arlington and Andy and his crew are among the things we will miss the most. Highly competent, dependable, hard-working, nice people.
We've been using Andy's for years and wouldn't dream of looking elsewhere. All of the crews take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. Weekly lawn cuts look great. Seasonal work is always money well spent. Their admin staff has always been very prompt with any questions we have. I personally love how I just tell them each year what I want and everything from there on out is automatic. My yard looks fantastic all year long!
We've gone through landscapers and lawn care specialists for 6 or 7 years now and were trying desperately to get on Andy's schedule, but they were book solid. That is until last season (2018), we managed to talk them into providing care for our property because they had a client literally next door, so we got lucky. We are ecstatic with the service. Previous maintenance people would promise every 7-10 days and not stick to that consistently. Andy's schedulers work like clock work and every Tuesday, they were there taking care of our lawn, professionally. Quality is 4-5 stars as well. We have a tough yard to maintain (lack of sunlight, water runoff, etc). However, Andy's people were really able to make the place look presentable. Finally, cost. We are paying about the same price for the consistent weekly high quality service that we were for the inconsistent mediocre quality of the "7-10 folks". At the end of the day, we hired them back for a second season (first time we've done this) and we'd recommend them to family. If you can get onto their schedule, we highly recommend it.

Perhaps different from most, Andys maintains the grounds of the Walker Chapel UMC Historic Cemetery and recently prepared the ground and installed sod around our new columbaria. The full team was most friendly, helpful and professional. The sod was incredibly high quality, installed perfectly, and all work done in a timely manner within the budget estimate (which was the best of five estimates received). We are new customers of Andys. The crew just finished our yard and I am completely amazed as it has NEVER looked so nice. The crew was friendly and worked so hard the entire time that they were here, both yesterday and today. Every nook and corner of our yard received attention--every leaf removed and every weed pulled. We were pleased with the service and the process of booking the appointment was super fast. Highly recommend!

Andy did an amazing job for us. We needed our backyard leveled and the end result was better than we imagined. They worked fast and were very professional. Andy took extra care to make sure some specific requests were met and done perfectly. Would not hesitate to use them again for any project big or small.

Andy and his landscape team have done an incredible job for us for years. They are caring, hard working, professional, responsible, trustworthy and just wonderful people. They go out of their way to make sure everything is done really well. Andys crews have built retaining walls, leveled our steep yard and made our outdoor living space a real pleasure to look at and spend time in.

Andys does a superb job at landscaping, but fall short on tracking their workers. They are rather costly for their service, but the end product is usually worth it, and I never had a problem when work was accurately billed. Where they fail is keeping track of their work teams performing hourly billed services. I know they work hard to track their teams, but after watching a team of two for the better part of a day perform a spring cleanup service, and then got billed for three workers for that time, is where I draw the line. I checked the team numerous times throughout the afternoon wondering what was taking them so long. I was warned by the prior tenant who lived in the house and he ended up canceling their work as well for the same reasons. When I called to address the issue, they were less than receptive to hearing my complaint or taking any measure to address. In response to Ands response. I counted the workers numerous times over a five hour period. Only two workers working. I did call to work things out but apparently you were not willing. Dishonest to say otherwise. A great deal of work was done and done well, but I cannot tolerate paying for and endless stream of work hours not being performed. My yards are relatively small. It is easy to see who is working the in front and back. Keep in mind you should be billing for work being performed, not for how long your truck sits in my front yard.
I hired Andys Lawn and Landscape three years ago when we moved into our house to do a major clean up of a very overgrown yard. We were thrilled with their work. They uncovered two dogwood trees and a buried stone paver path that we didnt even know we had! This summer I contracted with Andys again for regular yard maintenance. My yard has never looked better! Andy himself is a pleasure to work with, his office staff is responsive and polite and his work crews are friendly and hard-working. I have recommended Andys Lawn and Landscape to many friends and relatives for various services and all of them have been very happy.
We started using Andy s services in 2001, and have stayed with him ever since. We get lots of compliments on our yard and lawn. The workers are diligent and thorough, and always leave the yard looking well cared for. You can choose the services you want, which includes everything from mowing, trimming, and edging, to fertilizing, weeding, mulching, seasonal yard cleanup, and more. Communication is easy, and problems are addressed quickly. I highly recommend this company.
Andys was absolutely wonderful. Our backyard was horribly overgrown and they came in and completed the work in 1 day on an incredibly hot day. We have a backyard again! The price was extremely fair. We will be using Andys in the future
We have used Andy s Lawn service for at least 18 years and have had a very positive experience. We have used him to landscape and build patios for two houses and have been very happy with the outcome of both. Iinitially we contracted with a landscape architect that did not understand how we use our yard as a family with kids and dogs. Andy came up with much more cost effective and family friendly landscape plan that met all of our needs. I also like that he has the same crew working for him year after year. They are all very friendly and polite and make sure to lock the gates when they leave. An overall solid local business.
