I live in a home with a weedy, neglected lawn. In a few months, I have seen improvement since Brockmans began treating the lawn. It was a good choice.

Robert was efficient and hand sprayed weeds at edge of driveway. I was just finishing up lawn cutting and he made sure I was finished before he sprayed.

The work was not performed as instructed. The team took a weed eater to the weeds instead of hand-pulling as agreed and covered the top with mulch. They took out about 50% of the existing flowers we wanted to save. Within a week the weeds are coming back through the mulch. We asked for a border to be cut around the edge of the beds and then mulch, replacing the rock borders. In many places this was not done, and the mulch was just piled over the rock borders. Now the weeds are growing up around the rocks again. I won t be using this service again.

Brockman needed to come back with a smaller machine to aerate the fenced in portion of our yard. They returned as promised and completed the job well.

Kelly does a professional job every time. Just keep spot spraying those weeds by the rocks and youll be the rockstar!

Great service

Service technician was very helpful in that he explained why some weeds and crabgrass were still present after prior treatments. Hopefully the heavy rain which occurred soon after the treatment will continue to be effective. Time will tell!

The ground in the yard was wet and the mower destroyed grasses in the yard. Its better to apply chemicals when the yard is dry.

Service technician was very polite and did an excellent job promptly and was very courteous and professional. Hopefully, Brockman will now apply the crab grass control that was witheld initially since the rolling, aeration and overseeding had not yet taken place when Jeremy came to apply the initial fertilizer treatment. This may be the first review I ve ever written because I just don t have the time to complain but I have to say something. I reached out to them months ago requesting dethatching and overseeding. I paid an estimate fee to have them look at my very small lawn,l and had to put a credit card down for that, which I understand. Some places charge that, some don t. I was contacted by one of their representatives who said they d rather do a power rake and overseed instead of a dethatching and that the price was pretty much the same. It wasn t. The power rake was $200 more. Received an online contract for their service and there was an added service which had a section for yearly maintenance for another fee. The contract wouldn t let me sign unless I added the maintenance so I called them and they deleted that option, so I give them credit for that. Then I was told it would be mid-late April for the service. End of April came and no service so I called again and was told they usually come when they have other customers in the area and it shouldn t be more than another week or two. Mind you, I ve seen 2 Brockman Lawn service signs on lawns within 1 block of my house since so they ve been in the area. Called them today and was told they don t like to seed until the ground warms up. It will be June 1st tomorrow we dealt with the same thing from another company last year. Unreal. I ll just do it myself and save the $450. Maybe you all will have better luck and I hope you do.

Unfortunately we are very disappointed and my 80yr mother is very stressed about the horrible service you guys have provided. We thought we give you a chance in the beginning thinking it might get better. Im disgusted with the lack of professional service you provide. Your lawn guy has ripped the lawn up, left chunks of grass everywhere again and mowed into garden bed spreading the mulch all over the yard for a second time. This is unacceptable. My mom just moved into this new house and her lawn is the worst on the street far as service goes.

Professional lawn service company. Quick responses to various questions, initial quote and set up was easy and prices were competitive. They provide plenty of notice about services. This is our first year using them after a bad experience with another service and so far everything has been great and we can already tell the difference in customer care. Brian did a great job at our most recent service. I would definitely recommend them to neighbors and friends.

Whenever I have need to contact Brockman, it is always a friendly exchange. You receive the proper notification calls and are on time with applications.

Lawn care technician aerated front and back lawn in a professional manner. Technician aerated entire property between fence lines. Did not give five stars due to technician filled gas tank while aerator parked on lawn. Any over spill, from can, would have killed grass.

Jeremy always does a great job -my lawn looks amazing. What I appreciate most though is that when the signs are put in my yard after it has been treated, both the date and time are filled out on them. I never see signs filled out anywhere when walking my dog, so I never know if a lawn was just treated or treated days ago but the signs were not taken down. Might just seem like a small thing but it s hugely appreciated by me! Thanks!!

Great communication ... received text message notification letting me know that they were on the way. Received another when job was complete. Jeremy was not overly aggressive when applying treatment i.e. use of a ride on applicator which can really leave the lawn very un sightly if used to aggressively. He was very thorough with coverage, and put up appropriate signage when done. I realize time is money, but with relatively small lots like ours, I feel a walk behind applicator would be more appropriate.

I called for lawn rolling a month ago. I called multiple times and they just kept putting the service off. Never followed up with me. I finally called to cancel and they didnt seem to care or ask why I was so dissatisfied.

He was courteous and polite. Took great care in respecting sensitive areas on our property. Worked expediently with precision. He is a great communicator making shure i understood what he was doing And asked if I needed any changes .

My wife and I have been using Brockman s services for 3 years. When we moved into our home 3 years ago, our lawn looked rough, to say the least. It was overgrown with weeds and had patchy dirt spots all over the place. Since using Brockman our lawn has completely transformed. Our friends and family often comment on how good it looks, and I always say the same thing, I had nothing to do with this, it was all Brockman . They are always friendly and responsive in their communication as well. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a lawn treatment service.

Update 2024: They still completely disrespect neighbors properties. Coming onto my lawn with the heavy mower on wet days and tearing up the yard. Leaving clumps on the road in front of my house because they are too lazy to move the truck before loading the mower back onto it. Leaving clumps of wet cut grass on my yard despite pretending to blow it off. 2023: As the neighbor of a customer, I am continuously shocked at how little they care about property lines. Several times this year, the guys mowing have come 10ft over the line onto our yard and, with their careless and fast turns, have torn up our yard. One or two feet is understandable, but 10+ feet is not, especially when there are trees/shrubs/utility boxes to use as a basis to determine where the line is. Calling their office resulted in a professional response, but NOT a resolution to the problem. If they do this to NEIGHBORS yards, I cant imagine how much they tear up the CUSTOMERS yard.
