I have been using Broccolo for many years now. They always provide professional, thorough and high quality services, whether its lawn/tree/landscape installation or landscape maintenance. Its nice to have a partner, not just a vendor.

I spoke with Mason this morning as he was fertilizing my neighbors lawn before he started mine. He was very polite and respectful personally and professionally! Looking forward to having him around again!

Technician Jovi Lewin has serviced my lawn the last few times. He is friendly and courteous and performs the job efficiently. Most importantly he services the entirety of my lot. I have had past experiences where techs for other companies would make a couple of passes and assume they covered the whole lawn.

Rodregus does a great job taking care of my lawn. He is very careful and explains what he has done. I enjoy his visits.

I purchased plants for my wildflower garden in the spring. They were healthy fresh. They bloomed and grew wonderfully. At end of season I picked up some left over perennials and they established quickly. Im excited to see how they do this coming summer. Its a lovely place to just visit. Helpful knowledgeable staff. Cant wait for Spring!

Weve worked with Broccolo several times now over the past few years on everything from lawn drainage, to landscaping and planting, to spring maintenance, to plantings, to building a new stone walkway for us. They are incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, and great to work with. And their crews always do such high quality work that looks beautiful for our houseand property. We are pretty new at owning a home and we truly appreciate all of Broccolos hard work and expert guidance- you guys are wonderful!!

I stopped in to Broccolo Tree and Lawn Care with a snippet of a bush we had that was infested with something unknown to us. Jessica worked diligently to help me to figure out not only what it was, but how to treat it naturally, and before I even got home she called me to let me know she had continued researching it after I left and had an even easier plan to save the bush and get rid of the bugs that had infested it. Within minutes of getting home, they were completely gone. What was awesome is that she didnt make a sale from me or have any need to go above and beyond like she did. We will definitely be using this establishment next year for our tree and landscape needs!

My lawn finally looks the way it should - a year after terminating their services and doing what they should have been doing all along. I hate to write a negative review but it should be instructive for the community, and for this business, that they need to do better. For ten years I used their services. Weeds were always rampant, and took over. Sometimes, the drought was used as the excuse. Other times, a rainy season was used as the excuse. I stopped the services last summer, bought a bag of good fertilizer and took care of the crabgrass that took over, with a post-emergent broadleaf spray. A year later, even in the midst of the drought we are having (July 2022), my lawn is hands down one of the best on the street: lush, and weed free! And I saved myself over a thousand dollars a year in the process. The facts are in the results. People hire fertilizer companies not to just put down a cookie cutter remedy, going through the motions, but take a few minutes to analyze the problem, and apply a formula to facilitate an improvement applicable to the customers needs. Broccolo would reliably invoice like clockwork and make sure you paid them in a timely manner. So they do have the operational capacity to manage the details. I am of course OK with that, but on the other side of the coin, I require you to provide a service that is not laden with excuses, and poor quality time and time again. Provide the same Type A attention to detail in your work, that you do with your billing - that is, not just when it suits you. Everyone, do your homework before choosing a service provider for lawn care/fertilization; in todays economy, we all should demand -- and receive -- better. Im sure they are a friendly, and even helpful business. For example, never been to the garden center but I have heard good things. However: much work needs to be done to improve the value, effectiveness, and accountability of the fertilizer service they provide.

Very disappointed. Insufficient communication. Several dead perennials had to be replaced. Much slime mold has appeared in their mulch.

They were great to work with, both at the project planning stage and at implementation. My project had unusual challenges: wed just installed geothermal so there was still subsiding going on as the former trench settled. Their crew chief was diligent and creative to ensure that the patio and wall they installed would not sag. I really trust them to do sound work.

They came to help get my yard back in shape for spring. They weeded, edged and applied a ton of mulch. They also pruned some of our overgrown hydrangeas and other shrubs and bushes in the front and did a fantastic job. I am very happy with how it looks, they were on time and just did a great job! I would highly recommend them if you are looking to have landscaping services done.

After 3 summers of contracting with Broccolo the weeds have spread more. And more... The service is necessary horrible. Unbelievable. Staff do the minimum and the response is backed by management and owners... Says alot... Hot air service.

I am a person who very rarely leaves reviews or complains about service, but this was a very frustrating experience from start to finish and I feel compelled to say something in the form of an online review. Work was completed in more than double the time it was estimated, prompting several emails/phone calls from me to inquire, as opposed to a proactive call from Broccolo explaining the delay. When work was finally completed, it was not to our level of satisfaction and did not fulfill the contract. Work was incomplete and a lot of debris was left behind for us to clean. When I contacted the business afterwards with the hopes of having it resolved to our satisfaction before writing a public review here, the response was a polite acknowledgement of them not completing the work to our satisfaction. Very disappointed, and cannot in good faith recommend Broccolo. Editing review to add that Diane from Broccolo stopped by the house to speak to me after this review was posted, which I appreciated. She also offered a $50.00 refund on the work, which was also appreciated.

Neighon both sides use actions providers and their lawns are much nice with few weeks.

I have been using Broccolo for at least 10 years and they are always very professional and my lawn looks great! Tripp Rodregus is my specialist and he is very polite, professional and always lets me know what he has done and the status of my lawn.

Never recommend them to anyone. They said that they came for the lawn treatment, but I never saw any of those tiny yellow flags to say that the lawn treatment was done. Used Highpoint Lawn care for years with no issues and they are super responsive.

The sales person arrived at my house before the time that I said I couldnt because I had a meeting, interrupted my meeting, looked like he was doing me a favor to look at the possible job and didnt wear a mask. Never received an estimate, most likely because contrary to what they said on the phone, according to him they dont remove wood decks.

I have been using Broccolo for two years figuring it would take a while to get the lawn looking good. Last year the grub treatment didn t work and I had bare patches everywhere. This year the crabgrass prevention didn t work and I have more crabgrass than fescue, especially in the sunny areas. I have to get it all reseeded in hope of a better result next year. Andrew Freeman is a very good representative and I enjoy working with him but the overall results are very disappointing. I have been spending too much time pulling weeds that shouldn t be there.

Reached out to Broccolo dating back to early Aug (8/2-8/3). Spoke to and exchanged emails with Susan and aligned that I would sign up for the 5 treatment process (2 this season and the other 3 next year). Was told someone would be out in a week or so. 8/25 rolls around and I send her an email just stating in so many words I dont see where the treatment has been done at this stage I will just pass and revisit this next year. Received no response to that email. On 9/1, I got a call from a nice fella who stated we will be out tomorrow for your first treatment. I explained to him I passed on the service with my last correspondence. He apologized for the miscommunication and I thought to myself well if he is ready to rock, then heck lets go with it. So we agreed I would do the service. Never showed on 9/2 or 9/3. I am a pretty patient guy, but the lack of accurate and timely communication is really penetrating the customer experience.

I have had others, Do my cleanup to open and close season. The last two years using Broccolo Tree & Lawn Care has been a eye opening experience. They not only did better job but they did it so much faster. Makes me wonder if the others were just trying to up hourly rate. I highly recommend Broccolo for all your home and garden needs. Look at all the 1 star reviews on here for this lawn season. Seriously, just look. Does anybody email or call customers back at Broccolo? Pretty unsatisfied with my lawn and feel correspondence is lackluster. You have to do better. *One day later* -Why are there so many 5 star reviews just 1 day after my 1 star review? Not to mention many of these 5 star reviews are coming from clients with only 1 or 2 Google reviews overall. Very suspicious. Could Broccolo be drowning out negative reviews by adding positive ones, all while boosting their overall rating? LOL if this is true. Sad, but I have to laugh.

Called to schedule appointment for mulch refresh. Appointment was made for a week later. Nobody showed up to provide estimate. When I called I was told I have no idea what happened, please give it two more days and if nobody comes out give me a call back . It has now been 3 days and nobody has shown up once again! This company has no concept of customer service, and we will never call them for anything.

We had our landscaping entirely redone by Broccolo. The sales team was good, however the execution and follow through was poor. Getting the company to address issues that arose (delayed installation, plants covered under warranty) required repeat follow up over a series of months.

I ve had Broccolo do work in my yard for 3years. They have added new plantings as well as cleaned up beds on all four sides of the house. When new plantings don t survive, the happily replace them. They are very reliable.

I have worked with Andrew Freeman on multiple projects, both large and small. Initially Andrew helped in selecting bushes and materials for my yard to use for Ikebana, Japanese flower arranging that I do and teach. I wanted bushes and plant materials for their growth pattern, length of stems, leaf size and color. Andrew assessed my yard for growing conditions then met up with me at the store to take me around and show me what would grow well at my location and meet my specifications. He is the most knowledgeable person on plant materials that I have met. I had other areas where I wanted plantings for privacy that were much bigger projects. The largest involved reclaiming a large long neglected area that needed additional soil, grading, week control and planting for a privacy screen. That project is in process now and Andrew and the crew are very dependable, care about their work and it shows.

Consistently poor experience. Most recently, they showed up to do a lawn treatment. They put out their yellow flags and put a bill on my door that they spot treated for weeds. I happened to be home. The Tech did not put down ANY product on the lawn. No footprints on the grass, and no wheel marks from any spreader. I dont even have any weeds in my lawn so I have NO CLUE what he was spot treating. This is my 4th poor experience with them

Terrible service! I would not recommend Broccolo to anyone! I had several issues with this company. Several times they said they were coming and they didnt show. I had a technician come out and service my front lawn and not the back. He left his paper saying he treated the whole lawn and a bill for the service. I had to call the company to have him return to treat the rest. Before signing my contract I specifically asked if spot treating weeds in between treatments would be covered and I was told they would be. I called several times and was told they wouldnt come in between and Id have to wait until my next application. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told the supervisor (Steve) would call me back. He didnt. I called again and spoke with customer service (Missy). She stated she was going to contact the general manager (Terry) and get everything sorted out. He didnt call. Instead the supervisor called me, the one who blew me off the first time. I decided Id give them a second chance after speaking with him. He said hed have a senior tech come out the following week to assess and treat my lawn. That conversation was on 8/14/18. Today is 9/11/18 and no one has been out to treat my lawn. My lawn looks terrible!! Its full of weeds and crab grass. I am not a happy customer!

The Broccolo team transformed a raw, rough patch of weeds and mulch at our lake house to an aesthetically pleasing, maintenance free hardscape that is the envy of the neighborhood. Plantings were removed or relocated to other areas of the property with the counsel and guidance of competent, responsive staff. In addition, trees and shrubs were trimmed and aftercare instructions provided. All work was performed on budget and on time. Thank you Broccolo!

I am very disappointed in Broccolo. When I hired them, they were coming in two weeks. How about 3 wks later and I had to call to get them here. My lawn was fertilized and weed treated. No results. I have called and asked to have a tech come out, no response - 4 calls still no response. I am canceling my contract immediately. Disgusted.

My experience with Broccolo has been wonderful. I walk my property and feel such joy as I see my plants waking up for a new season. I know the birds, the butterflies, the bees and the neighbors will all enjoy Broccolo s efforts with me. The beauty, the health, and the joy are all because of a great company. Broccolo is a talented, creative landscape company. Their work, and customer relations, has always been professional in my experience with them landscaping my property.

I ordered landscape materials for one of my flip houses. Broccolo came through with their inventory on hand and Jeanine did a great job of handling my orders, told me when and how delivery would occur and asked me to open a commercial account given my volume of business. First delivery happened as requested. Second delivery arrived short. I received less than 1/2 of my order as measured by my eye as well as the two men performing the work. My call to the company on a Saturday was met with a snide you dont know what youre talking about.... Im the manager and I loaded that myself Assuming that this man (Tom, I believe) was indeed the manager, some lessons in phone etiquette, customer service and basic respect as taught in grammar school are in order. This was a missed opportunity, the amount of materials in question was nominal but this chap chose to take the route of the customer is simply wrong and there is no further discussion. Ill go back to the shop where Ive done business....where the service has been impersonal but respectful.

I hired Broccolo a few years ago, after seeing the beautiful work they were doing at my neighbors house. It was the BEST decision I have made about caring for my home. My trees, bushes and landscaping now look great. Last year, Broccolo installed some new landscaping after I added a back porch to the house, and it is also beautiful.
