I agree with Stephanie's review. I had Grant do work several years ago. It was a very good job. I needed additional work done last year (2019). He came out and gave us an estimate, which we accepted. He said that he was busy and it would be two to three months. That was fine, we were not in a hurry; we were getting our home ready to sell. That was nine months ago. I called him at least three times and each time he said we were on the list to be done. The last time I called I told him we were getting ready to sell and asked if he could do the work in the next two weeks. I also asked that if he couldn't, to please call and let me know. He said that he would give us "priority." That was three weeks ago and I have not heard back. It's very disappointing that he didn't have the courtesy to let me know that he couldn't do the work. I cannot recommend him.

We hired Grant on two different projects. The first one was in 2015 where they built us a retaining wall. Then just recently they built us a covered back deck. Grant came up with a great design and our back deck turned out perfect. He gave us everything we asked for and more. Everyone at River Run Landscape was respectful and friendly. I highly recommend River Run Landscape Co.

Grant and his team do fantastic work. Very reliable and reasonable.

We recently dealt with Grant on landscaping work at our home. It seems that he is too busy for his own good. We were very patient and felt he would do a good job. We persisted through unreturned phone calls, not showing up for estimates and delayed text responses, which should have told us something. Once the work was completed (early July) we contacted him to meet with us as the work was not done as we asked. He has yet to respond or address the issue. We received a bill totaling $300 more than estimate and the work was not fully completed. We detailed our concerns and sent that with payment in hopes he would finally contact us to resolve the issue but instead he cashed our check for payment and has yet to contact us. Be very wary if using his services. Very disheartening experience.
