I had another lawn service that I was happy with, but they quit operations in 2020. I am soo glad I went with Lawn M D.. They exceeded the performance of the previous company. They are friendly, professional, and pleasant to work with.

Charged over $2,700 for sod and installation. He decided mid-project that one area wouldn t be suitable for grass so covered it in pine straw resulting in one full pallet of sod going to waste. (plus extra cost for the pine straw). We watered it every day for the first two weeks as instructed. We had signed up for monthly maintenance and the annual lawn management program but after a full week of not returning my texts he said he had a broken mower and was behind in his schedule; said I should probably look elsewhere. When I politely pointed out that he could maybe rent a mower while his is being repaired he said (sic) I m not going to sit here and take business lectures from you cuz you are not hearing me IM BEHIND WE HAVE HAD RAIN OR MAIN MOWER IS DOWN. I can say it any other way sorry good day Also: I ve kept you updated as things have been going on now I m going to get started on my day I am sorry In reality he didn t reply to my texts, or keep me updated for over a week. Given that they have only been in business since December 20th 2019 maybe they SHOULD get some business education - starting with the importance of customer service, good communication, and not letting people down. So difficult to get anyone reliable and now my lawn looks like it is dying. Update. Lawn died. I called City of Mobile revenue department and this company is not licensed to operate in Mobile.
