Augusta Lawn Care did fantastic work taking care of my lawn! Consistent, timely and respectful. If you’re looking for a company whose words match actions and has superior customer service, Colby and his team are it.
I hired them to treat my lawn and they applied some sort of chemical which ended up killing a tree in my front yard. When I contacted them about this they said they needed to take a sample and send it for testing before they'd do anything about the dead tree. Fair enough, I get it. But they never showed up as far as I could tell. When I called them they alleged someone had collected the sample and it was sent off (although I sure didn't see them). I called then no less than 6 more times over a span of 6 months, each time they claimed the sample was still out for testing (5 months, really?) except for the last, when they claimed they lost any record of me having been a customer (I offered to send them copies of their own invoices, which they declined) and told me I was out of luck. Making a mistake on the job is understandable, but lying about it over and over, and finally just refusing to fix the damaged that they caused to my property when I hired them is pathetic. Horrible way to do business, if you work with them you better hope they don't mess anything up because they'll lie and won't lift a finger to fix it.
This was the first time Augusta mowed our lawn and they did a great job! Fast, efficient & we were pleasantly surprised that they removed weeds in the driveway cracks,too. 😊
I would highly recommend these gentlemen for any of your yard work. They can do it all and do a very thorough job. They also make sure to clean up well. They have done two yard projects for me and I am impressed.
This is the best lawn care I’ve experienced in a long, long time. The yard looks wonderful. There were extra details that were done. When they blew off the porch they moved things around and totally cleaned it!! The edging was fantastic. They even got the weeds out of the cracks in the driveway. I had a very over grown and neglected section of my backyard. We just moved into the property and before us, the house sat vacant for over a year. I have a lot of pine trees in my backyard and the yard had been completely taken over from pine straw. Thankfully they were able to get it all picked up and I can finally see the ground again. This was the first time utilizing Augusta lawn for a landscaping job making me two beds I couldn t handle because of the heat. The heat wasn t enough to stop Colby from getting the job done for us. One thing i really appreciate from a landscaping company is taking their time, caring for every little thing including and excellent clean up. Augusta has also been handling my weekly lawncare and i am extremely happy with the job and communication Colby has had with me. Keep up the great work!!!
Just when I thought everyone had forgotten what customer service was, Augusta Lawn Care came into my life! I have never worked with such a competent group of people who actually listened and cared about providing customer service. The crew shows up when they say they will. They do excellent work. They know the landscaping business and are so flexible to work with. I highly recommend them to you.
