I needed snow removal Very over priced!! Then the people sent out didn t know how to plow snow. Left leaving snow piled in front of my garage door so l can t get out. Have had to call another company. Don t ever contact these people!!!

Right Cut mowed my grass last year and has started this season off with no issues so far. I have them do normal grass cutting and edging. I work nights and Im usually asleep when the guys mow so I will text Alexander with any questions or requests and he is always very responsive and willing to accommodate, Ive never had a bad interaction with him or his company.

My previous landscaper quit without notice and after trying to reach numerous landscaping companies Right Cut was the only one who responded. They appraised my needs and were able to fit me in so I would have my grass cut quickly as it was very overgrown. They did an excellent job and have communicated all costs and services to be done accurately.

First, The owner has bad customer service and likes to communicate with a customer through text messaging. As a person new to having a lawn, he charged me $900 to put down mulch by inexperienced mulch guys and did not hard edge without explaining it. He says one thing and his guys do another like leaving leaves. He gives no care about the customer satisfaction with his service.

I looked on the Internet and found this company and was greatly surprised by Alex texting me immediately and wanted to come out and give me an estimate we set up a time he was exactly on time very prompt very personable and professional his crew made time to complete my job even as it was turning dark they completed the job to my great expectations will definitely be using them every year !!!!

I dont normally write reviews of this nature, but I simply have to in this case. This company literally did the worst imaginable job like 4 weeks in a row and after several attempts to correct the service. Perhaps others that gave a positive review had different crew that knew what they were doing, but the kid cutting my lawn had the mower at full throttle, missed multiple LARGE spots multiple times and spewed large amounts of grass all over cars and literally everything else. They then cut my lawn like down the the roots at what was the lowest setting imaginable, leaving massive clumps of grass EVERYWHERE and causing them to be forced to go over it again. Fine...itll grow back, but what use to be a luscious, healthy, green lawn, has now turned into a brown wasteland with several hundreds of brown grass clumps and a layer of dead grass on top of awkwardly low cut grass thanks to Right Cut. I would not have written a review if Alexander did not try to blame his crews lousy job fertilizer use. Eg using fertilizer does not cause the lawn mower go go 40mph through my lawn carelessly, cause the mower to cut down the grass literally to the dirt, and miss dozens of very large spots, or provide lousy customer service. NOT HAPPY, told them services are no longer needed and would not recommend them to anyone. The pictures below are up close of what they left my lawn like.

Although I was not able to utilize this company s physical services at this time, Mr. Elsen gave me some great yard fencing ideas and landscaping options. And Mr. Elsen was the first of two companies that called me back out of ten phone calls. The other eight companies did not call me back. While talking with Mr. Elsen, he was professional and communicative. I will utilize his services in the future.

We had been struggling to find someone to cut an overgrown lawn with grass about 4ft tall. We reached out to Alex who was able to come out the same day and cut. It was a great experience and we highly recommend.

These two young men dont just work hard they take passion in what they do. Alexander sounds professional and mature on the phone but I found him to be young and inexperienced especially so in the area of courtesy. He is 21 years old and, hopefully, he will learn by the negative consequences of his rudeness. He does not use a push mower, so beware there will be tracks in your lawn especially in low places and he left some corners that were not mowed. I let him go in favor of someone who does have a push mower and does not charge additional fees to the quoted price I also do not like him having my money (charged) before he does the job. He says he didnt do any work but that is not true. He cut my lawn a week ago for the first and last time. Add this to the list of red flags.

Very responsive when contacted. Quick and efficient. Still new to owning a lawn and having a service for it, but they seem on par so far. Cut could maybe be a bit shorter to match a little more with the neighbors but otherwise they do exactly what is agreed.

Highly recommend the guys @ Right Cut. We moved to a new area and much larger yard. They ve been a huge help since we ve gotten settled and have done an awesome job keeping my yard clean and cut.

Very unprofessional and will nickel and dime you, charge your credit card and then take off!!! Would not recommend at all!! Anyone want have have a difficult time getting a bid to trim all the bushes and maintain for an agreed to price then everything that is not done is not included and extra!! BE CAREFUL!!

I know when hell be there, whats being completed ,and I dont have to worry about my yard anymore bc I know its being taken care of. Always timely. Always lets us know when certain things need to be done elsewhere in the yard since I am not seeing all areas as I am not mowing anymore. They can do those extras for a price or I can get out there and get them done myself. Overall just a good guy to work with.

Original Review: Right Cut was able to come quickly & clean up my overgrown yard after I experienced numerous no shows by other companies. I was so thankful when Alexander arranged for my yard to be mowed ASAP and then did a great job for a reasonable price!! They exceeded my expectations and I will be sticking with them for my future lawn care needs! I highly recommend!!

They always do a nice job with my lawn and text me pictures letting me know its finished. Alexander also has great communication and always lets me know about any change in schedule, and is very professional and friendly.

Right Cut has cut my lawn several times and always does a great job. After some rain, I asked if they could come by ahead of the scheduled time...and they were there the next day.

These guys do fantastic work and are super dependable!! They are passionate about their work, give reasonable prices and are very hard working!! I use them for mowing services, trimming bushes, yard clean up, and recently had them put in a pavers walkway in my front yard. I really can t say enough about them! So glad my wife and I chose them over a big commercial landscaping service company!

Although we ultimately were unable to utilize this companies services, the owner was extremely professional and kind.
