The people that come to your house are kind and considerate. Those that do billing I can’t say the same for. Canceled my service today because even though I prepaid stuff got added on and I got bills. So if you’d like added charges and expensive rates sign up here.
I cancelled my service in March by email. I have called at least 6 times and they still came again in May. So frustrating!
