I’ve been communicating with this company for some time, and am very impressed with their commitment to their customers, as well as their beautiful website and landscape designs. I always admire their work at my neighbor’s homes and in the community.

Today I received a Bill from 2018, I called and explained that this was taken care of in 2018 and I corresponded with Roger in 2019 with the same issue. I never heard from them again until today 2023, 5 years later, this is poor customer service and embarrassing for them to show little respect for a past customer and their poor business management. She told me she will continue sending bills. this just builds on a customers frustration. The funny thing is I am still a customer there, well, was a customer. .

Continue to be pleased with Austin & his company. They helped us with a large project in October of 2022, came out great. In 2023, they continue to stand by their products/ warranties. Enjoyed working with Roger and his crew. We did 2 projects in 2021 and we were pleased with the outcomes. They're also very reasonable about replacing plants within a year if they fail. We'll use them again on the next project.

I used this company to put in all new garden beds and a soaker hose. I have had some issues, but especially with the soaker hose and any time I call either no one answers or I have gotten the response “Our scheduling team” or “Our maintenance” team will reach out to you via phone or email. I was also asked to email pictures. I even called again and explained all of this to someone else and they said they were so sorry and would have someone get right back to me. I am still waiting for a response over a month later. So frustrating and unprofessional! Would not recommend.

A representative came out to our property to have a consultation with us. We walked around our property and pointed out areas that we wanted to have work done and talked through ideas. We followed up by sending the representative a PDF with inspiration images, as they requested. They were supposed to come back to us with a proposal but they never did. I emailed them to follow up and never got a response. Very unprofessional in my opinion. If they didn't have the bandwidth to take on the project, they should at least let us know.

I get smaller plants here and they are great. It’s the one thing that kept me busy during COVID-19. Love them for being open and having nice flowers for me to plant.

Austin Ganim Landscaping was the primary landscaper for the home my wife and I purchased at the end of 2018. We expected to continue to have them be our landscaping company as they had some featured pictures of the work done at our home and the prior owner said they were ok. They came out and gave us a quote for work to be done and told us they would reach out through email and phone calls to schedule the work to be done. 3 weeks later there had been no contact and spring is rapidly coming. I called to schedule the work myself April 20,2019. I was told the request would go to the group that schedules and they would get back to me the following morning. No calls, no emails. I called 30 min prior to them closing with the same response I got the last time, which was essentially the same response my wife got 3 weeks prior. I cannot review their work as they only came out to do yard cleanup at the end if 2018 and provide a quote in March 2019. Even if they said "We can get back to you xx day" and if they suck to it would be fine but they have not. They also could say "I'm sorry but we cannot schedule your appointment until xx date". Instead they have an answer service say they will send the request to the scheduling group and they did not return any communication. At this point this review is primarily based on their responsiveness and poor customer service.
