They did a great job for us. We had them remove about a dozen small trees and trim a high row of bushes. They were incredibly responsive, gave a fair estimate, and did excellent work. Recommended.

We have used R&S every year and thats for a reason - they are reliable, experienced, helpful, care about their job....all while being reasonably priced. My husband wont even let me attempt to get estimates from other companies because he only trusts R&S.

Tree removal service was performed by RS Tree & Landscaping Svc Inc., Fairfax VA on 05/07/2024. We had three oak trees removed from our backyard with two stump grindings. One of the trees was over 6 feet in diameter and 40 feet high. The quoted price by Dave and Roberto was very reasonable and highly competitive comparing with other competing quotes. Logistic and process of work was clearly explained and conveyed beforehand. The service crew was great. They arrived early. The service was performed excellently. Everything was cleaned afterward. The crew was friendly and very accommodating to customer s needs. This is a family run business with excellent management staff. All are local graduates from Northern VA HS and VA colleges (i.e., GMU, VCU, JMU). They are professional and very quick to response to all inquiries. They also went out of their way to help us moved a large shed in our backyard with minimal fees. They are GREAT!!! Glad to have utilized their services.

This is truly a high-quality family run business that cares about the concerns of its customers. They took down a giant tree next to and overhanging my house. They used my neighbors property to access the tree. The ground was wet. They safely brought down the tree without any damage to my house, shrubs or neighbors lawn. They cleaned up everything afterwards. Plus, their prices are very reasonable. Roberto, the owner, makes sure everything is done right. I highly recommend them.

This company is by far the best. The first project was major pruning of 3 large trees. The price was fair and the workers were very professional and did a great job. Today they came back for a second project. They widened a very long garden bed and mulched the entire bed. I had a damaged wood border that I hoped they would move it but forgot to ask. This was removed as well. I am just delighted. I have another project which I will schedule with them and review as well. Office staff is very professional and worked with me to get these two projects done early. They are the very best.

RS tree service did an excellent job on carefully trimming two large trees. They kepted us well informed as they carefully trimmed so that we would be totally pleased with the outcome. We have never received such outstanding service from any other company in 20 years that we have lived in our home. You should call them first before hiring anyone. I have used Roberto and his crew three times in the last four years and have been very happy with the quality of the work that they do and his pricing has been fair. They arrive on time. One dead tree we had removed was 100 years old and very tall and they were very skilled at getting it down in pieces without damaging other trees or our shed.

Had tree fall on house from neighbors, and they showed up the next day and cleared it up from roof, deck, yard, and around fence. Crew was freindly, and the people I talked to were very understanding, police, and professional. If I am in the situation where I need another tree that fell on our house cut up, shreded, and or hauled away, would call agian. Neihbors also took down the rest of the tree that was left standing in their yard, and RS Tree and Landscaping did that very quickly (There was a gap due to rain / storms), but overall impressed.

We needed landscaping and a few new trees (large trees). Roberto was easy to work with and gave us a good price. The RS Tree & Landscaping (RS) crew was professional and worked well together. They did a great job. RS did our front landscaping, planted 3 15+ft. cherry trees, rebuilt some landscaping steps, re-laid stepping stones, and built a 12x18ft patio in our yard. If you think that everything goes perfect all the time, that is not the case most often. We did have one thing go awry. There were some privately installed wires (we had underground wiring done by an electrician years ago) that were accidently severed. Roberto had the issue repaired quickly and to our complete satisfaction. When you find a company that stands behind their work - you found a winner.

RS Tree crew were very professional and super nice guys. They showed up on time and did an amazing job in our backyard. They were extra careful with more delicate plants and really cared to make our backyard look nice. The way I found out about them was through one of my friends recommendation. They also did a great job removing a lot of trees from his backyard. Im very happy with the work they did and my wife cant stop raving about how fantastic our backyard looks. 1000% recommended!

The crew arrived early for the job. We walked the area to discuss what should be done. They completed everything for a large job in one day. The crew even dug up my Hydrangeas so they wouldnt get trampled. At the end of the day, they replanted the Hydrangeas. Excellent job. I am very satisfied with their work.

Great job trimming back branches and tree removal around my house! Some removal looked tricky so close to my house but they removed it with ease.

I have used them 3 times in the last two years to cut down dead oak trees that were approx. 100 ft. tall. They also pruned dead branches from several other large trees. The climbers skillfully dropped the trees in pieces without damaging the surrounding landscape. They consistently beat the prices of everyone else I contacted. They always have left my property cleaner than when they arrive, I highly recommend them.

We live in Great Falls and needed 10 large trees that were either dead or dying removed. We also needed 8 trees trimmed. RS s large team worked for several days to remove the trees and all of the branches many of them were close to fences and new landscaping. They were extremely careful to remove the trees in pieces and did not damage anything. Most of their work was done without machinery, so we had no issues with tire tracks in our grass. Additionally they removed stumps and made sure that the saw dust was spread out to prevent damage to our grass and other landscaping. Best of all their prices were incredibly affordable and their final invoice was exactly what was quoted. We can not recommend them high enough for any size job.

Excellent service! We called R.S. Tree & Landscaping to have the large trees behind our house pruned. Roberto Sr. stopped by the next day to provide us a quote which was very reasonable for the amount of work we needed done. His crew came by 2 days later to cut several dead limbs and prune the branches above our roof. The crew did a great job and left the back yard spotless. Roberto Jr. came by after they wrapped up to inspect and do a final walkthrough. Well definitely be returning customers when future tree maintenance arises.

RS Tree & Landscaping did a phenomenal job removing a very large dying maple tree which was leaning ominously toward my house. Their price was approximately half of the next lowest bid and a quarter of the highest. They offer discounts on Valpak and Money Mailer and honored the discount. They arrived on time and went right to work. Within two hours the tree was down and the yard was as clean as it had been before they came. I really cant say enough good things about this company. I recommend them highly and have already referred them to my son and one of my neighbors. I hope I get the opportunity to refer them to others.

On the day of service, the crew arrived on time, verified exactly what we wanted done and got right to work. They did everything we asked for and were busy working from area to area of our yard all day. They kept us updated on what they would do next and cleaned up everything. They went above and beyond - our yard was also cluttered with pine cones and I am grateful that they took the extra time and effort to clean them up, along with the limbs they trimmed in our backyard. Excellent company for any type of tree and landscaping service. Roberto, the owner is very pleasant and nice to work with. The team did an awesome job removing two huge trees in my front lawn and trimming large branches in my back yard. I was so impressed with their work along with a very reasonable cost that I told my neighbors about them. At least four other houses in my street in kings park west has also used them for similar work. Also, the owner is local near Robinson High School so it was great supporting our local businesses.

Roberto and his crew came and completed the job and half a day. The top dressed my lawn and installed 2 French drains and leveled the lawn as I had issues of standing water killing my grass and creating fungi issues on the grass. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the job. Very reasonably priced.
