If your association is in need of landscaping, DO NOT contact this company. They are very rude, especially Eric.

Our HOA uses these guys. Come thru random times during the week, with old gas-powered leaf blowers, edgers, and mowers. Hard to work from home and conference with this noise, esp. when several people w/ blowers all arrive at once. I even saw a few of them not wearing any hearing protection, with sound levels approaching a 757 taking off. Wish our HOA would insist on battery-powered equipment like some HOAs and towns do, but theyd prob. charge us more and wed have objections to that.

I edited this review since as an HOA board member, who pushed for their current contract, they improved enough that I would vote to renew their contract.

They helped maintain my landscaping at my home. Also, they are maintaining the landscaping in my townhouse community. The community has never looked as good.

Blade Runners had been providing their services to the community I live in and they always leave the property looking green and clean! Their workers are efficient and do a really good job!

We had an old hedge taken out on our lawn. The communication was great, their team showed up on time, did a good job, and I felt like the price was fair. They also do the lawn maintenance for our neighborhood, and they always keep it looking really nice.

Blade Runners did a great job on our property. They arrived on time and were efficient. They listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to exceed my expectations.

They were responsive and professional by email. Although there was a slight oversight, they resolved the matter quickly (within 24 hours) and did a very good job for us. They sent enough guys to do our small job and was very thorough during the project, as well as cleaning up afterwards.

Our HOA has a contract with them. My yard is marked DO NOT TOUCH as I have created my own native garden. They have failed on multiple occasions to follow this and have damaged plants. Today, I found them trimming my front tree. I told them to stop and they moved to another side and went to trim it again and I told them to again stop. I called and left a message for the owner and when he called me back his excuse was that my yard wasnt marked for no tree trimming. What else does DO NOT TOUCH mean?? I subsequently learned later from the HOA manager that tree trimming services isnt even in our contract so they shouldnt have been trimming ANY trees in the neighborhood much less mine! The project manager also lied to the HOA manager telling her he had tried contacting me several times regarding the last incidence when they trimmed vines on my fence. I work from home and no notices were left at my house nor did I have any missed calls from him. The company cant get their act together and provide the proper services to the neighborhood and follow the guidelines they set in place.

DO NOT RECCOMMEND FOR AERATION & SEEDING. Like with most reviewers, Blade Runners is the contracted landscape company with my cluster. I signed up for their aeration & seeding service, and it was not professional. First, they would not give me a scheduled time, so who knew when to prep for the service (such as cutting grass short and removing all clippings). They only came after I complained and requested a refund because it had become so late in the grass-growing season. Of course, it is awkward that they wont do one-off mowings to prep (even though they are my weekly landscaper). Despite being a major landscape company, the aerator they used was equivalent to the lowest-end machine you can rent from Home Depot for $40/day. Not heavy enough to pull decent cores out - 2 tops - compared to commercial machines that have pulled 6 on my lawn. Staff used a hand-spreader for seed (commercial machines deposit seed directly into the cores in addition to spreading on the surface). Pick another company if you are considering them for this service.

They can not speak a single english word. The workers are rude and dont listen. I wouldnt recommend anyone to them. If there was zero star rating I would have given them.

We hired Bladerunners to take care of our landscaping, and couldn t be happier. The office staff is responsive, helpful, and professional, and our yard looks amazing! You can tell the whole company values customer service. I highly recommend them!

I called with an issue over an internet line that an employee cut. When my husband told the worker what happened, he didn t say anything and gave us a card that directed us to contact an account manager. A representative named Amy accepted no responsibility and instead blamed Verizon. I tried to explain to her that I missed half a day of work due to the error and wanted to make them aware to prevent this in the future. I explained that crew members have broken other items in the past but that this time it caused a huge inconvenience which is why I was making them aware. Amy s response was rude, short, condescending and in her words told me she didn t know what I was trying gain and hung up on me. I only needed blade runners to say we will talk to our crew and tell them to be careful but instead was told in a raised voice that they have to do their job quick and then hung up on me.

These folks are quite thorough and do a good job in our communty.

They seem to lack skills in landscaping, tree and plant care. They pull out the plants, and keep the weeds.

Careless when it comes to the actual landscape. The wield their hedge clippers like a drunk man with a blind fold on. They lack the critical thinking skills needed to keep plants alive and prevent damage to personal property.

Hey, Blade Runner workers pulled out my heirloom flowers and trampled my garden, despite my townhouse being on the Do Not Touch list. Other area homeowners have shared similar horror tales. I hoped for a personal response(apology) but have heard nothing.

Without any notification, I come home to see that a tree that was planted in my yard few days ago, was removed and replaced with a completely different type. No one called to notify or tell me the reason. I had to email the next day and the response i got it was a mistake from the crew. What type of communication between management and crew. I was planning to use them again, but not anymore.

They damage property and dont tell the customer. They also did not cover the damage cost. Dishonest staff.

They do a great job at our townhouse community. If we have a concern, they address it right away. Separately, I hired them to cut down a tree on my property and they did a great job at a very reasonable price. I would hire them again.

The church I go to has had a contract with Blade Runners for years and just renewed it. Competitive pricing and reliability is what won it. We have a large property and BR have been good about accomodating special requirements related to our preschool - particulary chemicals and accomodating schedules. As the lead on B&G I deal with them so I can testify fairly on the service.

Conscientious, efficient and courteous service.

Blade Runners was helpful from the first call to the office. We had someone out the next day and have been very pleased with the work done. We have only used the lawn mowing services but it has worked out well. They come every 7-10 days.

Love everyone at Blade Runners. Warm and professional. They take great care of our neighborhood, and they did a terrific job installing French drains in our backyard. They went the extra mile of clearing weeds and brush after, no charge ~ our yard looked amazing.

Blade runners removed three trees in my backyard. They finished the job quickly without damaging anything. Great business and will definitely use them again!

I ve had a very good experience with Blade Runners for both the regular Association/Cluster lawn service/leaf pickup and for Spring season mulching and beds cleanup.

We needed 2 large bushes removed from our property. I received a response within 24 hours of my email request. The price was very reasonable and the landscapers did an excellent job pulling the bushes out and cleaning the area afterwards. Will definitely consider Blade Runners for future needs.

Blade Runners is fantastic. They did a great job with my Spring clean up and landscaping. Theyve done a number of other projects over the years as well including tree trimming. They are professional, easy to work with and do a great job. They are my go to for everything yard related and definitely recommend them.

Ive called their office and left a message about poor work in my condo area.(Sherbrooke 1) the owner or manager never got back to me. They came yesterday to do landscaping work and didnt blow the cut grass from my porch as they always do for 2 years now, and the sidewalks still have grass all over them.

They just did a great job plowing my street

I wanted to add to my review, have been very happy with their work at my HOA for many years. It always upsets me when I read these reviews on line, during the most recent blizzard and it was the largest blizard in the area and the fourth biggest blizzard to hit the East Coast in the past 60 years Blade Runners did what I thought was a good job. Was it perfect, no but hell the county couldnt even clear their roads. Where did these people think they were going to go? Over all very happy with the service I was happy with the communication they provided my community and to me and overall I will continue to use them in my association is long as I am involved on the Board of Directors. Thanks again blade runner for all your help we look forward to working with you for many more years **Updated - 8.5.19 - We continue to work with Blade Runners for years. Very Happy and will continue, have already renewed our contract for 5 more years.

Updated 08-20-2019 - just wanted to say how happy I was with our recent interaction with our account manager. He took time out of his evening to attend a recent Board meeting to help answer questions and go over options for our contract renewal. It was much appreciated, especially for the newer members and residents! I have used Blade Runners for many years for our HOA, I used to be on the board but now just a resident and work on the landscape committee. We have had the same account manager for many years and they respond quickly, answer questions, and offer suggestions. Id be happy to recommend them to others that need a good HOA grounds maintenance/ landscape maintenance company.

Thanks for plowing our street last evening. I guess we dont matter because we arent a business or a rich community. Thanks for letting your phone go straight to voicemail - what great customer service. The business I work at uses blade runners and they have always provided excellent service for snow removal. However, the plowing service they provide for communities is terrible and the customer service related to plowing snow is horrible. It would be nice if you all could get it together on the business side of things and get our little community back on our feet so we can get back to work and make money so we can feed our families. You are Blade Runners, it would be nice to see you run a plow blade across the roads in our community.

Highly recommend Blade Runners. I had bought a house on a busy road and the front yard was horrible. There was barely any grass, not many flowers etc. I called a few companies and found Blade Runners could come out and take a few pictures and give an estimate. They gave me some ideas on what could be done with the front yard and different price ranges. I choose them since their design ideas seemed so perfect for my house. I never could of thought up their landscaping designs by myself! Price was decent too. Thank You so much for making my front yard look like it the front cover to a magazine!

Wow!! Blade Runners pulled double duty this week.......snow one day and back to spring clean-up, flowers and mulching the next. I visited my mothers condo development and the place looks great.........looking like spring even if it doesnt feel like spring!! Great Job.

Blade Runners Inc. has successfully completed several projects at our home over the years. In all cases we have been quite satisfied with their work. For several months we had a problem with improper rain water run-off, which was causing flooding in our basement. Blade Runners installed two underground drain pipes from our downspouts, brought in good quality topsoil and graded and seeded the area so that the water would be diverted from our home. Thanks to your excellent work we have avoided the band-aid solution of a sump pump with battery backup.

I have had Blade Runners perform numerous jobs. They have done simple work such as mulching and mowing to very complex retaining walls and drainage systems. All work was excellent and have never been dissatisfied. In life, it is all about communication and they communicate very well. Rarely, if there was something that was not right, they came back and made it right. They have been in business for a long time (over 20 years..? ) You stay around that long by performing quality service at fair prices. Simple as that....

Eric Storck is an honest and fair businessman. If you have an issue he will address it. He knows his business and his competition and will work with you to get the results you need at a reasonable price.

Blade Runners provides grounds maintenance and snow removal services for a large percentage of our clients. They unfailingly do a good job and are intimately familiar with the nuances of providing such services for community associations. I would recommend Erics operation without reservation.

Blade Runners email alert communications in preparation of upcoming storms and events has been a valuable tool for the Board of Directors. They have always strived to provide the best service in a prompt manner.
