Outstanding! Let me say that I was extremely happy with the way our concrete curbing and landscaping project turned out. They did the curbing and installed new plants and mulch to help improve the look of our flower beds. Getting lots of compliments from the neighbors and it really enhanced the appearance of our yard. Very professional and work was completed as promised. You won't be disappointed with Rich Lawn Service.

Rich Lawn Services did an outstanding job laying new sod within portions of my yard today as well as add fresh mulch to my flower beds throughout. Very meticulous work I must say and cleaned up everything afterwards as well as took great precautions not to damage any low voltage wiring or sprinkler heads which. Rich's Lawn Service definitely didnt disappoint. They provided a very professional experience and most importantly they were damn good! Rich gave a quick estimate and even designed a look for my landscaping on the spot. They arrived early and knocked everything out in one day. Cleanup was immaculate and he even threw in a few additional services that he saw a need for. A+ service. I would definitely recommend.

Rich lawn services very professional and knowledgeable. I called Mr. Richardson to my home for a free consultation for curbing and landscaping design. He was able to capture my wife vision to create a beautiful landscape design for our outdoor living space. I was impressed with the process, and options of the curbing design my wife and I signed the contract. The project was completed on time and the experience was great. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone, we started off giving them business to handle our lawn care services and they totally went MIA without reason or explanation. Knowing that it is the summer months and most lawn care services are hard to get appointments they totally abandoned us. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

I called this company because they are listed on Riverdale next door. He told me he dies not come to Riverdale. Then take your business ad off a Riverdale area and people wont call you.
I had concrete edging done in Hampton (front & round island). I didnt realize how much it enhance my yard. Very professional, good quality work, & on time! The workers were very polite and repectful.They shown up, shown out & left my yard looking GOOD! I give them 5 stars. Job well done! Positive
Spoke with someone from this business over the phone who informed me that he would stop by my residence to give me a quote, he never showed. When I texted him about it, he never responded. Very unprofessional, but from reading some of the reviews, looks like I dodged a bullet.
Months ago, I got a quote and tried to call (and email) to schedule for some work to be done around my house. However, I never received a response. My husband tried to email them as well, and they still didnt respond. I tried to be supportive since it was a local business, but I had to call some other companies to get some new quotes.
I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The finish product is nothing less than AMAZING. I would definitely recommend their service.

The owner was very professional in handling a minor issue that arose while his staff was out performing services on a home. Rich Lawn services put in river rocks in June with the fabric that grass shouldn t be growing through, he also stated he was going to take up grass before he put in the fabric and rocks, he did not, curbing he installed is breaking apart. I have called and texted with no response. He became angry with me drove over my lawn I now have Truck tracks in my Lawn. The grass is taking over in my flower bed
Set up appointment to have tree large trimmed down. They never showed. Both my husband and I left messages to see what the problem was and no one returned our call.
Rich Lawn services have been the main source of maintenance for my yards since 2014 and they are just AMAZING!! Clean, precise and timely work done for a reasonable price! I will continue to use them over and over along with recommend them to all of my friends and family!!!
