They must have great systems in place and they definitely have good employees. They do a walkthrough ahead of treatments to identify obstacles (and dog toys). Multiple payment plans and options. Very happy. Going on year #3. Highly recommend.

We have used Organic First for organic lawn care over the last year. During our first service of the 2019 season - one of the technicians took it upon himself to pee in our landscaping & drainage rocks along the foundation of our home. It is in an area we are regularly in. There are also woods along the back which would have been a slightly less alarming choice. The man first checked in our garage for cars & then simply went behind our garage in broad daylight on a busy street (where there are regularly children passing by) and in the landscaping relieved himself. I contacted the company regarding it and was simply told "that this type of thing sometimes happen so he was just written up". I find it alarming that they weren't concerned about this type of behavior taking place directly on someones lawn, landscaping or home - especially when they were hired to help care for our yard.

Jay and his team have worked wonders on my lawn. I bought a foreclosed property that was neglected for years.
