The Greener Blade Fertilization Co; LLC in Excelsior

Beware, do not give this company your credit card, they will charge you in the middle of winter for fertilization even though you were charged numerous times during the year. They charged me previously each time they were here. Then I call up and was told they sent me an email on this which I never received. She was rather rude about it. Their accounting is terrible and I believe it to be unethical to just charge a persons card to "clean up your books". I believe the error is on their end and they just take my money without authorization.

I’m taking my time to write a 5-star review because this company deserves it. I originally signed up with them for snow removal service because I was so happy they supported the Minnetonka school district and PTA organizations in the district. They are very reliable for snow removal service! I then decided to use them for fall cleanup, and I’m so happy I did. Mostly I’m happy because I don’t have to do it, but also because they have been very consistent in their leaf pick up. For years, I have struggled with people not showing up. Not this company! I am also very impressed with their email communication based on weather conditions and setting expectations for snow and leaf removal. I definitely recommend that company and feel they provide a great value!

I signed an agreement for "unlimited" snow plowing service for the winter. When we got snow in April, after they plowed, they charged "unlimited" customers extra $ above an beyond the contract. Not the right customer experience!

While something as simple as finding a snow removal company would not typically prove to be a challenge, we were shocked to learn otherwise. We had a family emergency and needed immediate assistance- Kris even called us back after hours, while her family was eating dinner, to make sure our needs were met (we had contacted over 20 companies). After our failed attempts of completing the online paperwork, she was patient and ended up doing everything over the phone for us...to make sure all of our needs were met and addressed. Because we don’t live in the area, we have felt helpless and unable to provide support for our family members. My family will never be able to truly express our heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to Greener Blade (and Kris) or explain how their services will be, quite literally, life-saving . This was an urgent and time sensitive matter that Kris handled swiftly and seamlessly. Thank you for caring. Thank you for helping. Most of all, thank you for being so kind and compassionate, in a time of need. If we lived closer, we would hug you :)

We purchased an older home with a lawn that hadn't been taken care of for years (perhaps a decade!). The weeds had taken over the entire front lawn, with a number of different weedy species. Over the last two years Nate did an unbelievable job rehabbing the lawn and getting rid of nuisance species. We wanted to hire local, and are very happy with our decision to work with The Greener Blade. Highly recommended.
