TML Mowing Company in Evergreen Park

I used their mowing and trim services for two years. I loved the look of my lawn every Friday when I returned from work. They are pleasant and responsive people to work with. I'm only ending my service due to an out of state move. Use TML, you will not be disappointed!

I needed to hire a lawn care service on an emergency basis last year when I had to spend the summer out of town. Called Tom, and his team took care of us immediately. When I returned in the fall, I almost didn't recognize my lawn - it looked so good. We continued with TML for this year and couldn't be happier. They come reliably every week - mowing, edging and cleaning up afterward. They do a regular application to the lawn that keeps away the weeds. Very happy with the service on all levels. I highly recommend TML if you are looking for a lawn care service.

My rating is Zero. It seemed I could not post without choosing at least 1 star. I've never used this service. But last wk while cutting my neighbors grass, TML came over in my yard and cut 2-1/2 ft into my yard. Very noticeable. As long as my neighbors have been using this service this has NEVER occurred. As a result the area where they cut is turning brown. Today I addressed TML employee and he said he cut to the gate. Untrue. My neighbors gate and walkway CLEARLY divides our yards. Without even an apology, he walks away shrugging his shoulders. I then called TML and got the voicemail. I am waiting on a callback and response. Unprofessional and Unacceptable behavior!!

I have never before written a bad review about any company or service, but the lack of professionalism by TML is extremely disappointing. We are a condo building that has been using TML since last year and recently received a renewal notice to continue services this season. The notice stated that if we wanted to continue services that we need not reply and services would continue without interruption, but if we wanted to cancel services that we would need to contact TML. As we were sufficiently happy with the services we did nothing, just as the notice stated and expected the services to continue. We had our property manager contact TML today as they have not been out in some time ( we thought it was due to the rainy weather), but were surprised to find out that TML cancelled our contract without notification because they had "not heard from us." We received no courtesy notice or follow up to their renewal notice and our services were discontinued. TML then informed our property manager that they were already booked for the season and that we were the only building in our area that they had previously serviced so they probably would have considered cancelling our service had we notified them to renew anyway ( again despite their renewal notice stating that we didn't need to notify them to renew). TML could have notified us earlier in the season so that we could have avoided having to scramble for a lawn care company so late in the season. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend this company to anybody based merely on their lack of professionalism and lack of professional courtesy.

We have worked with TML for about 12 years at our apartment buildings. They are very dependable. They show up and do great work. I haven't had to think about lawn care since we were introduced to TML. Very satisfied. We highly recommend TML.

Overcharged for the work performed for grass that started to look dead. Prices to cut bushes was per bush per hour for a home! Ridiculous! Thinking those with good reviews are acquaintances!

TML took my lawn from crab grass infested to beautiful and weed free! Tom knows how to apply treatments in an environmentally safe way, and is very mindful of that, which I so appreciate. He is there to give advice, and also helped me cure my crab apple tree from a fungus. I am so happy I gave him a call! You should too!

TML Mowing does excellent work. They offer a prepaid discount with fair pricing. Went with them for the 2017 mowing season and had no problems, always quick response via text.
