Great job. Hard working. Came to my home right on time. My job was a fall cleanup from summer growth. They did more than I asked. My wife inspected their work after they departed. She was pleased. If it passed my wife inspection you need to know they were good.

Catalino and his crew are excellent. Great communication, they listen to your needs and wants, they don’t over sell you on things you don’t want or need. Fast, efficient and detailed! Mr. Cruz At Top Garden is probably one of the nicest people you ever meet. On top of his wonderful personality is great landscaping. He is also fairly priced and quick. I highly recommend Top Garden .

This company works for our HOA, and this is the high quality work they do! Every strip in the neighborhood looks like this. On camera I observed one guy that came through with a push mower and scalped the grass, and about 40 feet behind him was the next guy on a stand up riding mower and he just flew over the other half of the strip. It almost looked like they were having fun ruining peoples grass. Maybe they were in a hurry this day, but that’s no excuse! So, the end result is a side strip that is half scalped and the other half doesn’t even look cut. It looks horrible! I’d also just dropped fertilizer about an hour prior and the grass wasn’t supposed to be mowed for 24 hours… You can see by looking at the picture that I take good care of my grass, and these guys came through and f’ed it up. They ultimately made the whole neighborhood look worse (all side strips were cut like this)… Apparently they don’t care about the quality of work they do. I even told these guys when they started (a month or so ago) that they didn’t have to cut my strips because I take care of them, and that I’d prefer it if they didn’t mow them. This is what you get when the HOA board goes cheap. This company should be fired. When reviewing board meeting minutes I also discovered that this company was illegally dumping their trash and yard waste in our protected wetland area which is a huge no no. I don’t recommend this company for any job. Go elsewhere. Lastly - I noticed that one of the positive reviews was written by one of our HOA board members, and this was months ago in early winter before Top Garden Services had ever done any work in our neighborhood.

I wanted some large bushes removed from the front of my house. I called several local landscapers, they were the first ones to reach out AND respond quickly. They fit me in the next day and got the job done. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been using top garden services( Catalina Cruz) on my rental property in Lynnwood for close to three years now, it has been an amazing experience with him.
