I have used Perfect Touch Landscape for 7 years. They take great care of my yard and are very helpful. Everyone comments that my yard looks like a park! After storms they always come and clean up debris, without needing to call them. They will help with extra requests like planting a plant or extra projects. Prices are competitive with other landscaping agencies.
Our landscaping job consisted of removal of our current lawn and our poor-quality soil, and installation of an irrigation system prior to bringing in new soil and turf. Additionally, two berms were created which provide areas for decorative rocks, seasonal bulbs and decorative grasses, etc. Roy and his team brought in mature trees and plants which gave our lawn an immediately-established look. The guys showed up on time as promised, and we couldn't be happier. There are a couple minor items that we've already discussed and we fully expect those to be resolved when they winterize our new irrigation system.
I have used Perfect Touch for a few years now, and have always been impressed with the service. We always have the nicest lawn and landscaping in the area. The owner is very quick to rectify any issues and is very pleasant to deal with. With that, I have never had any regrets using this great service.
It had been 4 years since last getting our lawn thatched. Perfect Touch Landscaping worked hard and did a thorough job of the after care. Roy was so helpful in overcoming a regrowth issue that was due pre-existing conditions. I recommend them without reservation.
Perfect Touch has been providing lawn care for our home in Lynnwood for several years at this point. Their crew is professional, courteous, and flexible. We have a dog, and part of our agreement is to keep the lawn clean. We have occasionally lapsed in picking up after our pet. Their staff has always given us the chance to complete this task when they arrive rather than refuse service per our agreement. As for the level of care that they provide for landscaping, it is always top-notch. While writing this, I am stuck wishing I knew more about lawn care to highlight the specifics. They complete edging, trim bushes & flowers, remove debris such as leaves and mow the lawn (of course). Their services are accomplished quickly (usually under an hour) without disrupting our day. The short time frame lends itself to minimizing noise disruption for our neighbors. Their customer service is excellent as well. We have had no issues with billing or changing frequency in their services. I cannot recommend this company enough.
I can't say enough positive things about this company! I booked an appointment and wasn't expecting them for a week, but they were able to squeeze us in and get the job done early. Team was very professional and worked very efficiently so I feel like my money was very well spent. Our yard looks better than it ever has! The admin team was also a pleasure to work with while scheduling the appointment. Overall a great company that provides an exceptional service. Will definitely be using them again!
We hired this company to do a clean up of our yard after years of being unable to keep up with it ourselves. I came home after work on the day of the clean up and just seeing the difference in our home and yard from that morning put a huge smile on my face. Perfect Touch surpassed all my expectations. The next day when I came home I smiled-wide again as soon as I pulled in the driveway because I had forgotten how amazing our property looked. We were so ecstatic with the work that was done that we signed up for a maintenance plan so we don't have to bother to pretend like we would keep it up as well as Perfect Touch will. More time for us to do the things we love during the weekend - like just laying in the hammock with a book instead of getting out the mower. These guys did more in one day than I could have done in a year of weekends. I highly recommend Perfect Touch and couldn't be happier with our decision to hire them to handle our yard.
These guys do a really great job, I’d recommend them to anybody! They are efficient and put a lot of effort into their work, my property always looks amazing after they come! I was reluctant to get a landscaping service at first, but it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. My yard always looks great and I never have to worry about it. Highly recommend them!

As an HOA who recently lost thier long time contractor we had to get bids from a number of providers. Perfect touch did a full walk through, established the areas to be covered, and also were very aware of the requirements that an HOA has for the surrounding areas. The first service was the initial clean up, and the first month service, and was excellent. They went far beyond what i expected, ,and since the last service ended two months ago, they had extra work. It was done professionally, and the team was very responsive. i am pleased with our new service, and it is well worth the bid. i will note that we had the same service and rate for 12 years, and the new rate is only 10% higher.
We are very happy with the service provided by Perfect Touch Landscaping. After our initial discussion over the phone on the requirements, Alexander came over to meet with us and do a site visit. We went over the budget, what kind of plants we want to be planted, what colors etc. He noted all the details and came up with a design for our back and front yards. The design was perfect for what we were looking for. After signing the contract with him, Alex gave a time frame of when the work would be done. But to our surprise, the work was completed well ahead of schedule and in a very professional manner. Alex came over to supervise his men before the plantation was done and also followed up with us later on to see if the job was completed as per our satisfaction. It was a pleasure working with Alex and his team and we highly recommend Perfect Touch Landscaping to anyone who is looking for quality work and a great landscaper.
I would never recommend Alexander and Perfect Touch Landscape & Lawn to anyone!! He agreed that he could seed my yard for what I thought was a reasonable price during our first conversation. After he came out to do the actual estimate, I could tell that he didnt want to be upfront about what he felt the job would really cost, but I decided to go ahead and have him do the work anyway--big mistake. His team did not remove any of the crab grass weeds before spreading the grass seed, and now my yard is full of weeds. It looked fine at first, but only because everything was covered up with topsoil! I have basically ended up spending nearly $700 dollars for topsoil, since the rest of the work they did turned out to be basically useless!
This was my first time having Perfect Touch do a spring cleanup on my yard and I couldnt be happier!
horrible experience, it s been 5 weeks they been mowing my lawn and only mowing front and missing the back yard. i have called and i am not accommodated and will have to wait two more weeks according to them
I am so happy! I d let my 2 acre lawn get out of control over the last month and they came out same day to give me a very competitive bid, were extremely professional and did just a beautiful job... even weed-eated areas I hadn t mentioned. I will be a repeat customer!
I called and spoke with Alex who said to send an email. He didnt seem like he wanted to hear anything over the phone. I thought that was fine because he might be pressed for time or on a job or something. He said hes have his estimate guy come take a look when I emailed my property address and get back to me with a quote. I sent in a detailed email and waited. And waited. And waited. Almost three weeks have gone by and NOTHING! I would have been happy even if I simply got a response saying that my request was overcomplicated and we should meet to look at what Id like to do. As a new homeowner I was extremely excited to start maintaining my home. Now I just have another chore in finding someone to do some really small yard maintenance!
I have had Alexander and his crew perform a spring clean-up for the last two years and I have been very satisfied. I have found Perfect Touch to be very prompt and very professional. Alexander has also followed up with phone calls after the work was performed to see if I was completely satisfied an if any areas any areas were not taken care of. I would recommend his work and I will use his services in the future.

It has been hard to find a reliable landscaping company in Mill Creek for last couple of years. We get so much debris, that fall from all the Evergreen trees and no one would keep up with it, untill we hired Perfect Touch. They do a great job for affordable price. We may use them to relandscape our 30 year old grounds.
