The manager Carlos and his team has provided my company with great service. It’s awesome to go to a supplier that goes out of their way to help you. One thing that has been really helpful is ordering irrigation supplies over the phone. The team at the store knows the other products and I can have crews go pick up their materials. I have been able to get all the equipment that I need for my crews serviced in timely fashion. I know it has been hard to get equipment these days but they have had what we needed and call us when our orders for new Exmark turf tracers have come in. The equipment service team has been very helpful and made themselves available to help me with any questions I have and take care of our equipment. Even though they are a big company, the staff at Everett give you a great experience and I think that’s why a lot of the big companies always order from Horizon. it’s really nice when business has a personal touch and Carlos does a good job of taking care of customers even when he’s servicing three people at the same time. Our company will continue to be a long time customer.

I'll give a zero star if i could, worse place to take equipment for repairs, bought 2 YBravo 25" lawnmowers from them one of the mowers broke 2 weeks after getting them, took it in for repairs and i was told there was a 2 weeks repair time, which i was fine with it but 2 weeks turn into 3 months and i called them to check on updates the so call manager was super rude over the phone and told me i just had to wait and hang up on me in two different occasions, when finally pick up the mower he made me wait for 15 minutes while he was on his cell phone talking to a friend, made a mistake of spending thousands of dollars there, not going back ever.

I called this place and spoke to Trevor, my 30 day old Allet mower was down and was in need of service ASAP, Trevor told me to drop off the mower. Dropped off the mower and spoke to Jim the mechanic. A few hours later Jim calls me and tells me that my Allet was ready for pick up. GREAT service frm these guys and highly recommended! I will be returning and will be recommending this place.

Worst service I have ever experienced. I called the store before comming down to make sure they had the blower I was looking for in stock.. They confirmed and told me a price but when I walked in the store to buy it they quoted me a different price. When I questioned it he said " I didn't know what to tell you" with a sarcastic chuckle. I won't be back. ,

Absolutely best place for a contractor to shop at . Dan that is the manager is the Man! It's been 7 years and we probably have purchased over 100,000 of products here. Maybe over 2500 low voltage led lighting fixtures alone. My order is always ready and anytime our equipment needs repairs they take care of it for us. Dan you run this shop like no other. Thanks .
