When we moved into our house, our sod was yellow and felt like needles on your feet. I didnt think we had a shot at saving it when I called Ross at Matts Turf. He said give him a shot and in two years he could turn it around. 5 years later I cannot be more of a fan of Matts Turf. I get compliments on how full my yard looks (though I get full sun year round up front) and my grass is getting heartier and greener each spring. Cannot recommend this company enough. You call, you get a person and twice they came out same day for concerns I had (once for spots and once for bugs). Using any other service is a disservice to you and your lawn!

I was a new customer this year and had specific requests having a large pool and a new puppy. Requested fertilizer application to not be done in the rain so that runoff would not cause chemical imbalance in pool. Application was indeed done on a day of torrential rain and 2 days later, ammonia showed up in pool. It incurred large cost and extra work getting it under control again. I called to discuss with company and request cost adjustment and Jamie in office was argumentative and condescending and definitely not customer friendly. She suggested that we part ways and that I needed to find another company. I did indeed part ways and could not believe I was spoken to in such a manner simply for being unhappy about something I specifically requested in the first place. Apparently this company doesnt care about retaining customers and good customer service.
