Logic Lawn Care in Evanston

I had them aerate and seed one time last year. They changed their services and no longer offered the simple aeration and seed. I said fine - do not enroll me in your lawn care program, to which they agreed. Lo and behold next season I come home to their sign and evidence that they have fertilized the area. I tried calling but could not get through. Then they billed me. Replying to that email I stated that I had not authorized the service and that I should not be billed. They said fine and that they had made an error and had now removed me from their roster. Well here we are, and now I see I have yet another sign and evidence of another treatment. I called repeatedly and was unable to speak to anyone or leave a message( mailbox full). The contact form did not work. So staff if you are reading this - please take me off your roster, do not bill me and come pick up your sign. Thank you. Do not treat my lawn again.

Steve and Logic Lawn Care did a great job taking care of our lawn needs. It's hard to find trustworthy businesses that do great work and stand behind that work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and closest friends.

We have used Logic Lawn Care for the last two seasons for organic fertilization and natural weed control and are thrilled!! We had used a traditional big name company for years, but with children and a small dog I wasn't comfortable with the chemicals being put down. At the same time, I love spending time in my yard and didn't want weeds or an unhealthy looking lawn. Logic has given us a lawn that I know is safe for my family and looks beautiful!! They also did natural mosquito treatments last summer that were awesome! They are such an incredibly professional, friendly, and easy company to work with! I HIGHLY recommend them! I'm grateful to have an organic lawn care company in my area that is knowledgable, does their research, and cares about the environment. Steve is a great person. He really listens to what you want but makes suggestions so you have extra options just in case. There is no hard sell - just an honest & fair company that does the right thing and wants you happy. They did 3 small projects for me last year - the butterfly garden is definitely the prettiest. How many companies are willing to do small projects for you? That's a huge plus. Because of all of that, Steve is doing a few more projects for me this year.

Steve is THE best!!! We had a poor lawn and issues with water pooling in certain areas when it rained. He suggested a few water-absorbing shrubs, redirected our downspouts and mulched our beds with organic leaf mulch - all have helped our water issues tremendously. He also put down beautiful new sod and removed a row of bushes that weren't working in their location. Not only has he improved the look of our backyard, it functions better now as well. Steve gives 110% of himself -- he is a pleasure to deal with, has great ideas and works really hard. I am a lifelong customer.

I've been totally satisfied since then. I know that there's no jolt like you get from a shot of chemicals, but slow and steady wins the race. Year after year my lawn looks better and lusher and I feel better and better about its care. Their crew is great, timely and careful and respectful of my property, and Steve's periodic visits throughout the season, to evaluate conditions and results and sometimes to trying out new organic solutions, shows me he's keeping his commitment. If you don't already use Logic Lawn Care, switch immediately! We have been with them since they started several years ago, and I can say without hesitation that they have made a trememdous difference. The most important is that they are organic - a big plus for us. Healthy lawns, animals and people! Our lawn is now beautiful, and besides the improvement in the lawn, they have dramatically improved the health of bushes and other plant life. Steve and Betsy are responsive, creative, ethical, and really a joy to work with on the various projects we have done. We are part of a small townhouse-style condominium association and everyone is extremely pleased with the quality of service. They are better than the rest!!
