Poor customer service, incompetent staff. If you do have dogs, watch out as this service forgot to close the gate to our yard multiple times after several repeated requests. We have a puppy and specifically put a sign on the gate to close it. Yet they left the gate wide open at three different occasions. How difficult is it to close someone's gate? Stay away from them if you care about excellent customer service & safety
