We have had Massey’s Service for about 6 months now and are extremely pleased. I would like to give a shout out to 3 of your employees, Chris Lillis, Christopher Rock and Will. Chris Lillis installed a new timer for our irrigation system and Will takes care of our maintenance. Will found that a few of the sprinklers heads weren’t working properly and weren’t giving the lawn the proper coverage. Between Will and Chris, we now have everything working perfectly. Chris Rock is our guy for fertilizing the plants and bushes, keeping them looking good!! Hang onto these guys because they really know what they’re doing. We are very happy that we switched to Massey and will recommend you guys to everyone.

They treated our lawn while we were on vacation. Left a note saying it should be watered. Saw the note when we got home a week later...and the big brown patches. We changed lawn care providers, who assured us they will confirm b4 treating the lawn.

Tammy Reed represents Massey Services in the best possible manner. She arrived at my home on on time and went straight to work. After she did the assessment of the lawn and measured the house, she went into detail of areas that needed attention (Ph balance,etc.). She further went to test my sprinkler system of which she found 3 bad sprinkler heads and a suspected bad solenoid. She flagged the discrepancies for me. Very professional, friendly and detail oriented. Thank you.

Everyone from the Peggy in the office to the tech Will in the field take the time to not just listen to my concerns but address any issues I have. My husband and I have used them for years and will continue to recommend them to all our friends.

Bobby Phillips took his time to listen to my concerns about our service. We have been using Massey for years and recently the service and quality wasnt up to what weve been accustomed to. Bobby went above and beyond to help me. He came out to my house to speak with me in person and took his time to walk around and see the areas of concern we had around the yard. He didnt have to be as attentive as he was. He could have just sent a sales person or technician, but he took the time to personally come out. I cant remember the last time a General Manager cared that much about a customer. Thank you Bobby for caring, taking your time and being a genuine human being. Businesses dont seem to care any more, but Bobby and Massey are the exception to this.

Not worth the money. Had Massey services for lawn care (weed control) and irrigation for about a year and a half. They were never able to get rid of the small weed patches that would grow in the front yard as promised. (monthly service with shrubbery). I never noticed a difference unless I pulled the weeds by hand. Never an improvement on the front lawn. Purchased grass plugs for some random front areas from them upon hiring them. Never received the grass plugs, inquired a few times with the office and technician but I never able to get an answer on installation. The irrigation service was fine, quarterly checks and replacement of sprinkler heads.

Steven came and did the annual core aeration. Steven very friendly, polite and dedicated to the purpose of the visit, carefully aerated all four corners of my property. Im happy to commend Steven for his good work.

Hiring Massey GreenUp Lawn Services is, seriously, the biggest waste of money I have ever made. If you want terrible quality sod Installed with no oversight, accountability or communication, then feel free to pay Massey thousands of dollars to make your lawn worse than it was beforehand. If not, do yourself a favor and call TruGreen.
These folks were friendly but did not deliver as promised. I paid for a specific fertilizer my entire yard. I got the from and aide but not the back. I also paid for aration and they ultimately did complete the work but I had to call.a couple of times. At this point I have a back yard waiting for fertilizer and I will have to call for the 4rh or fifth time to get the entire job completed. They took the full payment our of my account two weeks ago. I do believe there is any purposeful disrespectful actions but I should not have to work so much to get what I pay for, take this review for what it is, my viewpoint on my this experience with this Massey
