They were to repair my weed eater, they didnt even order the parts till it was there 2 weeks. And they are quite expensive. Everything was fixed right.

So, in need of a stronger weed trimer, I went shopping for info. First the web, you-tube and friends. All points pointed to STIHL or Husky. I have a Husky for my lawn and its perfect, no complaints but I needed a stronger unit for some brush and field work. So, I went to Western Chain Saw to learn more. I met John at the counter and told him I was just there for info. not to buy. John then spent the next half hour with me answering every question I had, even the dumb ones without any pressure for a sale but giving info so I could make a better choice. I was back a week later ready to purchase my new Stihl weed eater. John once again set me up with all the info I needed to know about the care and feeding of this new tool. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with John and I highly recommend Western Chain Saw as the first place to shop. I Needed a carburetor for my lawn mower, unfortunately for me I took pictures of the incorrect model number. I was very impressed John still knew the correct carburetor for my model by other pictures I had taken of the mower, without having to look it up on the computer. This saved me a trip back to the store after finding the correct model number on mower at the house. In todays big box environment it is rare to find someone that even knows what or where an item is in the store, let alone the correct part without a computer. Highly recommend any parts/service. Very courteous. Thanks John!

I went into the store today because i needed a new chainsaw blade and to know how to operate the chainsaw and what fluids went where...the gentlemen who helped me was so kind he not only put the new blade on for me but he showed me what fluids i needed and where to put them and he also showed me how to start it and how to operate it safely which was very helpful because i have never operated a chainsaw before and was quite nervous...even the customers in the store were so kind and helpful giving me advice..just wanted to give them a review and say thank you for all the help and safety tips i greatly appreciate it!!! If you are looking for any kind of help with your chainsaw i highly recommend western chainsaw!!!

Wish their hours were better. Theyd make a lot more money if they opened on a Saturday. They started their winter hours before the end of summer, even. Lame.

I bought a small blower there recently, and when I had a problem with it they treated me the same as if I had bought an expensive chainsaw. Customer service there is excellent. I highly recommend and this shop.

Personal service, very helpful and informative. Maybe a bit more than chain stores but they know the product that they have and take the time to find out what your needs are. More interested in what will work for you than selling something, just to make a sale.
