Ramon and his crew did a fantastic job trimming my monster live oak and removing another tree.. Their work was professional, and there was no mess in my yard. I will be contacting Castle to install sod, too. Great job!

Third time using Ramon and his crew, for tree trimming before, this time tree removal of three trees in my back yard next to my pool amd trimming of front yard tree. He was recommended by a neighbor, come to find out most neighbors use him. Great job protecting other trees and my pool from getting dirty, immaculate job cleaning afterwards.

Terrible and rude. He is not accurate about prices. I was quoted $1200 and then slapped with a $1900 bill with no communication. He said he was trying to save me money lol, no idea what that meant. I also received very rude and unprofessional messages from him. He tried to say I only cared about money and not the safety of his workers (which is why he charged me more apparently for Christmas lights). I told him, he could have just told me before hand he was worried about the safety of his guys and I would have canceled the job as I care more about someone's life. It was more like he was greedy and wanted more money and risked his own guys safety to get the job done especially since he didn't communicate the higher price nor the safety issue. He told me all this after he finished the job and left. He didn't even ring the doorbell and talk to me while he was there. Ridiculous scalper, I highly would NOT recommend these guys for anything just because of that. I used him for landscaping too and he did fine there... Although all the flowers he planted did die. Just don't waste your time. I'd rather pay double or triple for the same service to get a better person and better quality. Oh did I mention he left the hot glue stuck all over my house and it's just blobs of ugly yellow all around my home now?
