I HIGHLY recommend Terrazas for your landscape needs. They were honest, professional, and extremely hard working. Gerardo, Louis, and crew were able to complete our job in two days!! It was a complete redo on our front yard (including removing our old lawn and old maple tree roots-four trailer loads). We get sooooo many compliments on the work they did. You won't be sorry if you call them for a quote.
Gerardo and his crew have been helping me with various projects for about 5 years. Gerardo is amazing. He is pleasant, professional, delivers on his promises, is always on time and on bid. His work is detailed and perfect. I highly recommend Gerardo and Terrazas Maintenance Landscaping services. You will not be disappointed. I left for a town for a day and I kept thinking while gone that I didn't gush enough about how good Gerardo's company is. He always does what is requested. He always arrives on time or communicates if he needs to arrive earlier or later. In addition to his lovely work ethic that other reviews have mentioned, he is also just an extremely pleasant and kind man.
I hired Gerardo and his company to clean up the yard, but mainly to cut back the overgrown honeysuckle vines all along the back fence. I wanted the dead, brown vines removed from the top and sides of the fence so that we could repair and maintain the fence and so that the vines can start over fresh. I texted him to confirm that he will remove the dead vines on the top and sides of the fence and he texted back, “That is correct.” The result is very disappointing as seen on the photos. Also, Gerardo completely cut, to the ground, and without permission, a perfectly healthy plant that provided a privacy screen. Lastly, he estimated $880 for the job, which I believed at the time, was for at least 8 hours of work. He arrived at around 7:45 AM and called it quits at 11:30 AM. Beware of this guy and this company. Gerardo deceived me and I will never again do business with him or any company that he is a part of.
I have used this business for over 6 years now and couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and care of their work. Gerardo is professional and responsive. He takes pride in his excellent work. He and his crew have replaced my deck, fences, and have kept my yard in beautiful shape with their precision care. I highly recommend this company. You will be pleased you chose them!
Gerardo assessed the drainage needs of my yard and made a very neglected outdoor space look like a gem in just 10 hours of work. He gave me a bid within a day of coming to look at the yard and he was extremely responsive to email. Gerardo will not waste your time and his work ethic is incredible. I won’t call any other landscaper in town!
These guys did a beautiful job clearing an overgrown front yard and backyard, including cottonwood trees. They also de-mossed the roof and cleaned the gutters. Definitely will hire them again.
Ran into this special guy this morning. After driving under the speed limit he decides to brake check everyone and pull to the side of the road just to flip everyone off. This guy has an ego issue and you probably shouldnt use him. Glad he advertises on his truck. 10/10. Edit: hilarious that the owner would protect his fragile crew, I would expect nothing less. Your guy needs to not brake check people and pull halfway off the road while still potentially causing an accident. Time to re educate poor drivers.
This is the second time I have employed Gerardo. This time I needed downed branches removed that were left over from the ice storm, especially a significant amount of shattered bamboo. Gerardo and crew did a fantastic job. He communicates clearly and is very thorough and professional Andy in Eugene
