ProGrass Landscape Care & Design in Eugene

These guys were working at one of the local hospitals, and instead of picking up the leaves like every other reputable company, they just blew their entire piles into the street, where they do not get picked up. Great work 👍. To top it off, the person who answered the phone at their office was aggressive, unhelpful, and outright denied it happened. Based on other reviews, this seems to be the norm, not the exception. I wouldn't use them.

Had the unpleasant experience of coming in contact with one of their workers. Minding my own business and the came up with a leaf blower. He then proceeded to blow debris on me. I asked him if he could wait until I moved. He told me "I'm busy, I'm going to do it now". Then turned the leaf blower on me. Worthless and disrespectful employees. 0/10 Don't recommend.

I use pro grass for fertilizing my grass every couple of months. My grass was dying pretty good and not growing very much, so I called pro grass. They laid fertilizer and a power to kill bugs and within 5 days my grass was green again and had been needing to be mowed every 4 days because of how healthy and fast its growing now!

These people have came to my house each week for two months and don't edge clean up their mess and ate here and gone in 15 mins. Terrible customer service not to mention the rude manager here in Eugene. Do not recommend at all. Terrible company very unprofessional. You people should be ashamed and embarrassed of your work and company.

Subscribed to their lawn service last week, yesterday they came out. They ran a riding lawnmower around the outside edges of my lawn, didn't trim, didn't pick up the huge clumps of cut grass, didn't edge. Pretty much cut just enough grass and left enough debris behind to know they were there. Very VERY disappointing.
