Olivia and Adam did a fantastic job cleaning up the leaves in my front yard. They listened to my concerns and took care to make sure the area in front of the house safe for pedestrians since there are no sidewalks. The following day Justin came out to clean the gutters and treat the roof for moss. He worked quickly and removed all of the debris that came out of the gutters plus the huge pile of leaves from the back yard. Graham Landscaping has been my go to for many years.

Kevin and James just finished removing a huge amount of blackberry bushes from our backyard- 20 sq. yards worth -and did a fantastic job. They were extremely thorough and got rid of everything. Our landscape maintenance had gotten away from me this summer and we were looking for someone to come in and do a one-time cleanup! After a few disappointing companies failed to show up to even give us a quote, the team at Graham came out quickly and did a through no-judgement walk through and discussed options. Justin and Kevin showed up exactly on time and did one last quick walkthrough with me before beginning work. I have to admit I thought there was NO WAY the two of them were going to finish the job in one day, but they were gone and the yard was spotless by the end of the day! Kevin even made sure our dog was secure before opening gates- thoughtful touches like that were appreciated. The work they did would have consumed multiple of my precious weekends and many, many, many trips to the dump. By the end of the day there was zero trace of them even being there- they were so clean and respectful of our property. I highly recommend their services and although I hope to never let the property get away from me like that again it is great knowing that they can save me from myself again in the future! :)

Graham Landscape recently completed a project for us that included a lawn replacement, an area of pavers, some planter boxes made of laid stone blocks, a set of stone steps, a gravel path with stone block edging, and a decorative rain catchment basin with underground drain. From the initial planning with Shaun (who listened carefully, took precise measurements, and presented a detailed plan which he then revised flexibly in consultation with us) to execution and cleanup supervised by the project manager Jake (a paragon of knowledge, experience, patience, and precise craftsmanship), we are extremely impressed with their professionalism and high standards at every stage, and are absolutely delighted with the results. The entire experience with Graham Landscape was excellent from start to finish. They show up on time and maintain good communication. The company, the process, the individuals, and their work are all top-notch. (Edited to add) We were so happy with Graham Landscape s work on our first project that we had them do a second project at the other end of our house. This included additional gravel paths, and a paver patio with a curved retaining wall and a grated footing drain. Ross, Cornelio and Chuck cut and laid the pavers and blocks with impressive precision and solidity. Again overseen by omnicompetent project manager Jake, this second project (like the first) turned out even better than we had envisioned. Their work is consistently outstanding. (Edited a year later to add) Graham Landscape just completed a third project for us (July 2024), and as with the two projects they did last year (summer 2023), I am thoroughly impressed with their high standards and attention to detail. This most recent project included constructing a concrete block stairway with metal handrail, a sloped gravel walkway/ramp held in place by heavy-duty plastic grid material, an expanded paver patio (matching the pattern of the existing patio), and a complex sloped area under and near the deck where they installed additional gravel and retention grid to solve our problems with weeds and erosion. The project involved excavating a significant amount of soil using an excavator and front-loader which Marcelo operated with incredible precision, redistributing the excavated soil and regrading the entire adjacent slope to improve the mowability, appearance, and safety of the extended surroundings (an unexpected benefit!). Trevor s careful measurements, calculations, and adjustments ensured that the stairs and handrail came out with perfect alignment despite the challenging way in which the new construction had to integrate with our complex slopes and with the existing concrete slab and patio. With many iterations of adding, leveling, and compacting the gravel, and then tapping and nudging the blocks and grid material into perfect alignment, Mario, Pedro, and Justin made the block stairway and the ramp so tight, accurate, and firm that it feels like it will last for decades. Everything is a pleasure to look at and feels rock-solid to walk on. Graham Landscape is a model of high professional standards, and it is obvious that each crew member also cares personally about doing an excellent job. Fine workmanship in every detail, and superb results all around. I am very very happy.

I was pleased from the beginning to end with the pea gravel patio project I did with Graham Landscape. Rich Sixel, designer, did a fantastic job of listening to what I wanted. He suggested changes that didnt inflate the price but improved the outcome. He kept track of the job while it was being installed. Trevor and Marcello did a terrific job installing the patio. They worked with an eye for a quality job. They identified a trip hazard and suggested a change that made it a safer, and more aesthetically pleasing. The finished product looks fantastic. I will definitely use Graham Landscape Design in the future.

I had some yard irrigation work done by Graham Landscape Design & Maintenance and I couldnt be happier with the results. Conan, Jon, and Pedro were very fast, professional, and had a great attention to detail that left me quite satisfied. If I ever need additional work done, theyll be the first ones I call!

My recent sod replacement project went very well and produced the result I was hoping for. The people who get the credit for the good planning and end result are Laura, Kevin and Justin. I would not hesitate to hire them for future projects.

**Update 8/22** After speaking with an individual from their leadership team, I was informed that the individual who I had orgingally met with was no longer with the company and had left under less than favorable terms. They put me in touch with one of their senior designers, Shaun, who was able to meet with me almost immediately. We spoke about design again and came up with a plan. Back to being excited. Once we signed the papers, work began less than a week later. I could not be more happy with how things turned out in the end! What started out as a poor experience was quickly remedied. They really went above and beyond to make sure things were set right. With that, I can without a doubt say, highly recommended! Shout out to Dwyatt & Mario for doing a killer job! ------------------------------origina post------------------------------------------- Met with Joel on Tuesday, June 25th for an initial job assessment on an unfinished back yard. We spent about an hour discussing ideas, going over options and taking various measurements. I left the meeting feeling optimistic and excited. Was told we would have a project bid delivered by the end of the week. Havent heard from anyone since (it is now July 16th). I have tried calling twice since then, leaving my name and number as instructed, and no return calls, emails, nothing. Based on other reviews here and their website portfolio, there is no question they do quality work, which makes their lack of any follow-up whatsoever, that much more disappointing. This is a cautionary tale and maybe an isolated event but buyer beware.

Graham Landscape Design is much more than the name implies. Last year we had them install a new irrigation system with excellent results. Today they completed the first phase of the installation of a major new deck, concrete ramp, rails, and cable deck surround. This involved a fair amount of design, demolition, concrete work, and building. It was a complicated project This was not by any means our first project over the last 25 years or so. But it was by far the best. Everyone was polite and professional; truly concerned about creating a superior job. A shout out in particular to master carpenter Cornelio, assisted by Jakaurey and early on, Pedro. Cornelio is a perfectionist and it absolutely shows in the final product. We are very pleased with the result. Project manager Jason was on-site daily to make things were running smoothly. We absolutely recommend Graham Landscaping for your next exterior project.

We have been using Graham since we moved into our home several years ago. They stop by every couple of weeks and keep our lawn in ship shape and often take on other tasks. Sometimes they see something that needs doing and they just do it and sometimes they check in to make sure were on board before they do something. They have never disappointed. When we had house sitters during an extensive travel period a couple of years ago, I told the sitters to just say yes if Graham ever knocked on the door and suggested a task, because we trusted them to do the right thing. All this is great, but what we have noticed is that we seem to have a particular team of guys working with us quite consistently over the past year, Tyler and Jim, who were assigned to us by our project manager, Angela. Rain or shine, cold or hot, they get to it, stay focused and identify little extras from time to time. I often feel guilty because they work so hard and I feel so lazy. I love the way the yard looks when they leave and even in the growing season - during the two weeks between visits - the yard still holds together. Great company and crew. I highly recommend them for skill, responsiveness and professionalism. Edit May 2024 All the above is still true. Weve been very happy with Graham since we started with them many years ago. They even kept us going through COVID when keeping staff might have been a challenge. They never missed a day. We still are lucky enough to have Tyler on our regular crew which Frank has now joined, and they both continue to provide exceptional and responsive service. We have biweekly maintenance and irrigation services with this company. Before we hired them for maintenance, we had them landscape the backyard. They did such a good job with the bones of the yard, that we are still getting compliments on it. I recommend Graham Landscaping.

This is my third season with Graham Landscape, my second season with Nick and James. Ive been very happy with the quality of work Nick and James have supplied. Theyre friendly and knowledgeable offering suggestions towards the goals were trying to achieve. For instance, we have a bamboo problem so Nick is going to check out the options for getting rid of it. The best indicator of how good a company is can be seen in the quality of the people they hire and Nick and James are the best.

I have used Graham Landscape Design and Maintenance for many years. They have installed sprinkler systems and winterized them for us. Today Thomas and Dante were here to turn on the system for the spring and summer. They did a great job, listening to my input and then turning on and testing the system. All was good when they were finished. I would highly recommend Graham Landscape.

This week Joel and Dwight completely revised the old berm along my street curb and the front of the house with everything that makes for successful planting and transplanting. They consulted with me at different stages, came up with their own design ideas for both plants and pavers, and cleaned up after themselves both the first night and the next day. It was like having two brothers come help out! Ive hired Graham in the past for a concrete replacement-paver install but this is the first time Ive ever experienced any of their landscape crew. They hired the right people. So happy with the job and the result!

We had Dante out to evaluate and reinstall part of our watering system for new trees we planted in the fall. He did a great job. Showed up on time, super friendly and helpful, dealt with the complexities of turning water on and testing new layout, etc. Overall the kind of experience you hope for with an organization like Graham which we have used regularly over the years for planting and irrigation.

Were mostly yard project DIYers. This time, however, we wanted the project coordinated by some professionals. Shaun and Thomas visited with us twice before the project started. What was most apparent was how much they listened to us. Justin also checked in every day that he and Dustin were working on the irrigation. The theme was always, tell us what you are thinking. Jason with the landscape crew was the same way. Juan and Pedro worked diligently on the backyard and with a smile. Im so grateful to have irrigation, and the new steps are my favorite part of the project. The result of this was a project done quickly and it really turned out well. The crew and managers adapted to our conversations and even set up the system and layout for future possibilities based on our spontaneous conversations. All around one of our best experiences with a team like this, and everybody seemed to enjoy their work. Thanks!

Over a three year period Graham Landscape has help to transform our front yard into a showplace of beauty that we have received many compliments about. As well as our backyard into as space for relaxation after work. We truly appreciate that the different aspects from irrigation to landscape have been easy to communicate with and work with.

They set up an estimate and had me take specific time off from work to get to meet them. Drive all across town , met gal and was told I would get an estimate by end of day. No such ouch! Still no estimate, which is fine. Not everyone has great customer service BUT don t ask me to meet you and waste both our time and provide nothing! Terrible business model but glad I found out now rather than have work done and learn of other shortcomings found in many poor reviews for this company. Good reviews are helpful BUT look at what s said in some of the poor reviews for an ongoing theme with these guys

Graham is always amazing! I had a crew of two come out today to do clean up. We moved into a new home where the landscaping was completely overgrown. They removed the weeds, sprayed, and cleaned up our entire front, back, and side yard. I couldnt be happier with the service provided today and it was well worth every penny. When reaching out, Laura was quick with a response and even did a walkthrough prior to us booking their services. We will definitely be using them again for future services.

I hired Graham to do some spring maintenance that I just havent had time for this year. Justin and Alex showed up on time and answered all the questions I had about the work for that day before getting started. Thomas and Richard came to my home yesterday to respond to my request for some advice on a new drip tube system we had Graham put in this Spring. In the course of our conversation, I asked them about replacing the MP Rotator sprinklers in four zones with Hunter sprinkler heads. I was having trouble with the MP Rotator filters clogging two or three times per season. They reviewed the areas in question, went back to their shop and contacted me the next morning to see if they could come out that day to do the work. They arrived promptly, make the changes in the system, adjusted all the zones for the new Hunter heads and finished up within a few hours. This was our first experience with any type of landscaper, and Graham s Landscaping was great! Justin, Dylan, and Phil did an awesome job on our yard. We have a really difficult yard with lots of slopes, and it needed a ton of work done. They cut trees, cleared out weeds, pulled out shrubs, power washed our driveway, the whole works! I was so impressed by how much they were able to accomplish in two days, because it would have taken us months to do it ourselves. They were very professional and communicative the entire time. I had Graham Landscape and Design do a complete make-over of my property and they did an unbelievably fantastic job! They installed irrigation around the whole property, both sprinkler and drip. They planted a large area of lawn. They built several retaining walls, a path through the trees, a water feature, raised planting beds, the works! Mike led the team. He listened to what I wanted, offered expert advice on all aspects of design, and collaborated through the whole process. Justin and Dillon were friendly and happy workers. They answered all my questions above and beyond the work plan and job description. They cleaned the property front , back and side, removed old leaves, dead shrubs, removed holly plants, blackberry bushes, planted new shrubs and small trees. They laid weed mat fabric around the new plantings. They also laid round rock and gravel. On walkways. I feel like I am giving faint praise for hard work. I ll miss seeing them when the job is done.

I am very happy with the work I have had done by Graham Landscape Design. Besides having them fix my sprinklers twice which they did, I did two big projects. The first was removing the bark and replacing it with pea gravel that also involved building stone stairs and a long stone path. Chuck and Joel did a beautiful job so I decided to do 4 small garden beds in pea gravel. Austin and Dylan had to remove the bark, place fabric and then add pea gravel. Everything looks great!

Justin, Adam and Dillion did a wonderful job of cleaning, pruning, and pulling weeds, in my very large and steep yard. Ive got a variety of plants and shrubs so it wasnt helpful to know that Justin is very familiar with the vegetation. They worked hard, in the rain, and now the place looks fantastic! Im looking forward to the regular maintenance from this point forward.

Chuck, Tony and Dwyat are currently working on a compacted gravel base to receive a topcoat of decomposed granite in our back yard. We are building raised beds and a garden shed on this hardscape. The work is labor intensive because everything has to be hauled through a standard person-gate. Mechanized hauling equipment is being used, but the rest of it is hand work. Every aspect of this work is being done with best practices in mind for each phase of the work. These guys are hard working, trained extremely well and I would want them in my company if I had one. I chose Graham Landscape Design and Maintenance to grade/prepare our backyard for installation of decomposed granite over a gravel base, excavate two areas for landscape beds, and to create a base for a shed. Everyone involved has been very professional, and the crew assigned to this project (Chuck, Tony and Dwyat) are highly skilled and do fantastic work. This is my first experience with a significant landscape project, and I couldnt be happier with the results. I would not hesitate to call on them again. We have been using Graham Landscape for several years now to do quarterly cleanups at our property. Graham always does a good job and their prices are very reasonable. But today the crew (Adam, Philip, and Shawn) went above and beyond! They cleaned up leaves and deadheaded shrubs, removed blackberries, cut down a large dead tree branch, limed our grass and driveway, applied pre-emergent, and blew our patios and driveway . Weve not had Graham Landscape do major work for us, but have used them for annual backflow testing, spring startup and winterization of our irrigation system for several years. Their communication is great. They always give plenty of notice of when they will be servicing our neighborhood. The guys that come out are always professional and personable. If we have need of a bigger landscape project, Id have no hesitation in asking them to help.

I can t praise Fletcher s crew enough in words. If you re looking for integrity and class use this company. My yard was an absolute wreck before their superb, honest and affordable work. It is a joy to look at my garden now. They come regularly now and have diligently continued to improve all of my yard, back front and sides. I know that my house is protected from damage to the siding etc., because I can see what a superb job they are doing of clearing and trimming all around. They pay terrific attention to detail and just do beautiful, tender work. Fletcher is impressively responsive. No robot answer when you call either The people who answer the phone immediately when you call are incredibly nice and helpful. I urge you to use this company if you need help with your yard work.

I had my old sprinkler system tuned up and it runs much more efficiently now. Quality work and friendly service, highly recommend.

Ive used Graham two times about eight years apart, and have been generally satisfied with the results with two exceptions: even after a more recent clean up, their strategies have not kept weeds from returning. The landscape barrier used and thickness of mulch has been minimal. Eight or so years ago, they installed a paver patio and a bamboo barrier, which is still in pretty good shape ten years later; however, while the pavers never have gotten bamboo, Graham never did eradicate it, and I finally had to dig it out. Bottom line: Graham gets 3 stars for the pavers, the bamboo barrier, pruning, and a pretty good surface cleanup and mulching, but should have put in more effort with the bamboo.

Carl and Justin were very polite and did an excellent job clearing weeds, removing blackberries, and planting new shrubs. I would hire this company again.

We had a deck built in a hilly part of our yard, and the crew from Graham did a great job! We are very happy with the results. From the estimate with Shaun, when he clearly explained the time frame ( which was a ways out due to their busy schedule, to the building of the deck by Jarred and Trent, to the final inspection by project manager Ben, the project went well and exceeded our expectations for appearance and quality. Graham Landscape + Design has been a great fit for us! Our yard has been better maintained and better looking since we started working with them in the spring. The two guys that came out really knew their stuff. They new the names of every plant in our garden and provided tips for best health. They took great care weeding between our 125 grape vines and dozen fruit bearing trees. The yard looks great.

We are thrilled with our front yard landscaping project. We worked with Shaun to set this up going over what I was envisioning. The crew that came made my idea into reality. The crew, Jake, Chris and Chuck were amazing! Very professional and easy to talk with. They went over what I wanted and included us in every step of the way. In one area of the flower bed Jake had to make a decision on how the walkway would curve around a stone that will have a pot on it. He made a decision which was the best possible decision and I am thrilled with how this turned out. Jake, Chris and Chuck worked so well together and busted this out. The cuts on the stones were better than I expected and so clean and fit perfectly. I have already had numerous compliments from neighbors! So happy we went with Shaun for our front yard landscaping!!!

Once I looked at the finished project, I found a few things that needed fixing. I contacted Shaun and he sent Jake out to address my issues the same day. Jake reviewed and agreed to have all issues corrected the next day. Chris came out early the next morning and fixed all of my concerns with the utmost respect and courtesy. I recently hired Graham Landscaping to tune up a 17 year old irrigation system that was a combination of new and pre-existing systems cobbled together with many defects and issues. Their tech Justin spent over two days carefully upgrading sprinkler heads and deleting others that were redundant in order to create a unified and efficient irrigation system. He worked diligently to get things right and it was apparent that he truly enjoys what he does. Great experience!

Justin and Noah came to my house to remove an old, broken fence along a slope that was completely enveloped by ivy. It was tough work. They did a great job and I appreciated that they checked in with me along the way to make sure things were done as I wanted and that they were very thorough in cleaning up the debris afterwards. very happy with the work they did!

I have used this company for small jobs in the past, but this year my overgrown yard needed a full cleanup. Shaun showed up and walked through the project with me first. The workers from Graham (Keith, Justin Winters, and Justin Richardson) did a wonderful job! They are all very polite, and hard working people. They installed 3 trellises, planted 10 new shrubs, transplanted 3 existing shrubs to different locations, installed a drip line along the entire fence line for efficient watering of all of the new plants, and spread mulch. Poor communication and no follow-up

We love working with Graham landscape- Angela is very responsive to our needs and Cody S and Kieth L do a great job keeping our yard clean and beautiful.

After years of unsuccessfully fighting with my back yard (I wouldnt call what I was doing gardening!), I gave up. My yard was over-grown and out of control. Angela helped me envision a new plan and her calm, professional manner gave me hope that it could become a usable, pleasant space. Day 1 of the work, Cody and Keith had an obstacle to overcome getting a piece of equipment up into the yard. All three of them coordinated on the best approach and it was clear that they worked well as a team and were super capable and careful. Cody and Keith kept me informed and involved throughout the work, answering all of my questions, making sure that I was happy with the progress. They were cheerful and seemingly tireless. At the conclusion of the work, Angela came back to be sure I was happy and patiently answered more questions. The end result? What used to be an unusable eyesore that made me sad is now a huge, lovely, peaceful space to enjoy with room for the grandchildren to play! I am looking forward to phase 2 of the plan next spring.

Justin, irrigation technician, provided excellent service on my sprinklers for my front and backyard at a reasonable price. On his first visit he made an assessment on the structure and workings of my rainbird sprinklers. He provided a list of parts that he found online at a low price, sent me the link directly so that I could order the the parts he needed to fix and update some sprinklers. I am having other work done involving replacing a concrete walkway in which one sprinkler was leaking and Justin coordinated a time with the concrete worker so as not to delay my future concrete work. With Justin s diligent planning, I am able to use the sprinkler system to get my lawn looking nice before it becomes dormant and dry. Justin showed me how to use my system, as I haven t always lived at this residence and I had forgotten how to use it. He programmed it so it is easy for me to adjust. He also provided advice on the care and maintenance of my lawn and including reviewing some products I had planned on using for weed management. Justin also set me up with a plan to have Graham send a technician for regular spring set up and winter shut down at a discount. Finally, Justin made a nice flyer that he gave to me so that I could call and get estimates on other yard projects I have in mind. Their estimates are free. I had the privilege of meeting the owner, Jordan Graham, himself, when I inquired about patio work. I am very excited about getting my yard together and I don t have all the tools or all the know-how, but Justin has made it very simple and easy for me to plan my work. Thank you Justin. We were fortunate enough to have discovered Graham three years ago and had been spoiled by the then-assistant irrigation manager, Paul, who finally left the company for family reasons to move back closer to his aging family back east. We have now worked with Donald three times within the past year, including a new installation project this week in a new area of our yard. Donald is always smiling, communicative via phone and text, quite knowledgeable, and a diligent worker who never stops moving and getting things done. Our last contact with him had been when he went above and beyond and made a same-day stop at my elderly parents house to get their new Graham-installed system turned on for the season at the peak of the heat wave in mid-May to save their valuable extensive landscape plantings. As a gardener, I certainly appreciate his concern and expertise.

Just want to say that I have been impressed with Tyler (yard maintenance crew). He came on to my route about a month ago. His first visit here, we chatted and discussed my expectations of the work that needed to accomplished. He has met and exceeded my expectations. Compliments to Mark Jackman the irrigation project manager and to Shaun Weisbach the construction project manager for getting these two very large projects to completion. Both men displayed technical skill and knowledge for their projects and in the management of their crews both showed care and understanding. And special thanks to Donald, who worked with knowledge and with care as he moved through the project and to Jason, who was eager to learn and willing to do what was needed. Both these men were constant and instrumental in the success of the irrigation project. Graham landscape refurbished a waterfall for me in the summer of 2018. In June of 2019, it wasn t working as it should. We talked, and they were on it immediately, working tirelessly and checking in numerous times throughout the summer, until I was thoroughly satisfied. Even though the remedy was time and labor intensive and I feared they might give up at any moment, they made it clear that they were on my side. I am now so pleased with the beautiful waterfall and patio Graham Landscape installed; I recommend them without hesitation!

zero stars. they do more harm than good. during an UNANNOUNCED visit from graham they sprayed my property with mulch, covering up dozens of plants, snapping apart two precious plants i have grown for over a year!! destroyed carrots, tomatoes, succulents , somehow they even managed to get dirt IN MY SHEETS , despite, as far as i know, not having access inside my home. the true insight to Grahams character was what they did next. nothing. no apology, no note, no compensation, no acknowledgment they had destroyed hours upon hours, hundreds of dollars , and my pride and joy garden. how despicable. i wonder how they would like their garden destroyed just before harvest. guess ill email the family and tell them thanksgiving brussels sprouts fresh from the garden wont be happening , courtesy of Grahams landscaping. if youre in the area, you can do better than giving your hard earned cash and business to grahams - DO. BETTER. no stars.

Will not communicate, employees regularly block traffic, destroy yards while they tramp around working . They appear to relish that they do their jobs while most people are away from their homes, leaving property, homes, and valuables vulnerable. No responsibility, no accountability. I ve heard the owner is reasonable. If only that extended to the crews doing the work.

Great experience with Dean, Mark, and the whole friendly crew. They did a professional job, were great to work with, and treated our 3 dogs well. We had them do a large and complex automated irrigation system. It is working great. Their follow-up has also been excellent

We hired Graham Landscaping to make our back yard a more pleasant place to be. Shaun Weisbach helped us make a plan we could afford and that would create a space we would enjoy. The crew we worked with were very professional and thorough in preparing the ground for irrigation and then sod, prepping the flower beds and doing fencing work. Mark did outstanding work on our fence, and Justin was a real pleasure to work with. It s nice working with people that care about the quality of their work.

We had a nothing, blah, depressing backyard with major privacy issues. The plan that Jordan and Graham Landscape Design & Maintenance came up with and executed more than exceeded what we had envisioned and hoped for. Everyone was very professional and neat and tidy. Our privacy screens are gorgeous! I love the plant choices. Ronnie and Brad went out of their way to pick out beautiful, unique rocks, stepping stones and the boards for our screens. And the rock river idea that I came up with at the last moment is amazing! Ronnie and Brad did a stellar job on it! Our new backyard is simply magical!

Justin replaced a cracked backflow pipe on our irrigation system today. While not the greatest news for us, Justin was very helpful in describing the issue and process for the repair. He is professional and personable and was efficient in getting the work got done, not to mention showed up at 8am the day after I called that s responsiveness! I would highly recommend using Graham Landscape for your irrigation work and hopefully you ll have a chance to work with Justin.

I have been so impressed by the productivity, care and professional service we get from all of the folks involved with Graham. Their crews, the irrigation Tech and the office staff have been so helpful. Nick and his crew are transforming our landscaping from a mess to class A.

Its been a while since I last reviewed Graham Landscape but upon rereading my old review there is not a thing that I would change. The quality of their work coupled with a genuine interest in their customers satisfaction all add up to a first class business model. Thanks once again to Dean who always seems to go above and beyond our expectations when irrigation needs arise. Highly Recommended. I want to give a big thumbs up to Dean, Mark and all the rest of the Graham crew who have worked on projects for me over the years ranging from irrigation and plumbing repair to construction of a beautiful patio and pergola which exceeded our expectations in every respect. Most impressive to me is their quick follow up when I am in need of repairs or want to start a new project. All of their workers seem genuinely happy to be employed by them and as a result do excellent work at all times. They really seem to take pride in what they do. Though they are probably not the cheapest outfit in town, this is one of those rare instances where you really receive outstanding value for money spent. Highly recommended.

Kudoos to Paul Harvanec for going the extra mile in following up on issues encountered during the spring turn on of our irrigation system. In fact, it was quite a few extra miles. In addition to replacing/repairing broken sprinkler heads and pipes, a normal part of spring start-up, he suggested a change from sprinkler heads to drip irrigation along a path at the rear of our home. Paul returned the next week to implement the change, which we hope will reduce maintenance headaches and water bills in the future. I particularly appreciated the diligence with which Paul pursued problems until they were resolved, and also appreciated the explanations of how various components of the system worked -- I got a lot of questions answered. It wasnt cheap, of course, but it could have been more expensive. We werent charged for one or two replacement sprinkler heads that Paul declared his bad, for the time of a person being trained that week, or a visit after the job was completed to check out something I was concerned about. And, while Im at it, weve had excellent (earlier) experience with Dean Wahrenbrock at Grahmans as well.

Dean and his crew did an amazing job irrigating our Oakridge lavender field. They were so accommodating when scheduling our project; they were professional; and their work was great! We look forward to using their services in the future.

I contacted Graham about designing an irrigation system for our residence. Dean came to the house an quickly came up with a plan for a sprinkler and drip system. He carefully explained all my options and gave me an estimate. Dean gave me a date for breaking ground on the installation. The date was about two months out. Not long after that he contacted me and told me they could move the date up a month. That was great. Paul and his crew showed up on time every day. They were very professional. They answered all my questions and were very courteous. The project was finished ahead of time and better than I expected. The price also never changed. Ive owned residential and commercial properties for over 20 years. Doing business with contractors in several cities. I can honestly say that the relationship with Graham has been one of the best experiences Ive had. Thanks guys!!!

I have had the opportunity to work with Graham Landscaping on several special projects and routine weekly maintenance at work. Over the last year Dean has become a resource for me, has taken time to teach me how to manage the sprinkler system at work and has been there to problem solve issues. Deans ability to communicate information in language I can understand is greatly appreciated. The professionalism and great experiences at work led me to call Graham when I discovered a leak from the sprinkler valve at our home. Dean quickly diagnosed the issue and scheduled Mark to complete the repair. Both Dean and Mark were very amazing! Over the last year, I have interacted with Jordan, Dean, Frank, Noe, office staff and several other staff members. It has been a pleasure and I go out of my way to recommend Graham whenever the opportunity arises.

Edit: One bad employee does not a bad company make. The person who did our original work was new to Graham and not up to the job. After I posted my review Graham contacted me and had someone come out to make things right. I appreciate a company who is willing to reach out and take pride in the job they do by fixing a mistake. The person who came out expertly set up our system as we had seen in the past at no cost to us. The grass is filling in nicely and everything is working as expected now. Mistakes arent a problem, not fixing them is. In a day and age where many companies seem to have lost the idea of pride in their work, I will emphatically recommend Graham!! Original review: We signed up for Graham Landscaping turn up / turn down service a couple of years ago in a house with sprinklers plagued with frost damage every winter. They did good work and re-engineered our valve system, moving everything underground. No more damage! Fast forward to now. We moved to a new house with a new sprinkler system. We had Graham out to turn up our system. Immediately after the service I noticed one sprinkler head popped up but without water coming out. Another head failed within a week (the system is 2 years old so this was unexpected). Also, the system was left off after the service, but luckily I noticed and turned it back on the following morning when I noticed the grass wasn t wet on my way out the door for work. After trying to schedule a follow-up visit with Graham for a few weeks and not getting called back, I finally got someone to come out and look at the two heads not working (or watering my newly planted blueberries). When the technician came out to look at the two heads, we also had him add two more for an area we just planted tomatoes and didn t want to water by hand each day. He added the two new heads, fixed the other two, and left. It is unfortunate the timing of all this because it was the day we left for a week-long coastal camping trip. I say unfortunate because the tech left our system off again, didn t bother to put the cover back on our valve box, and killed big patches of our lawn and several plants. Killed plants? Yes. The week we were away the temperatures were near 90 the first 3 days and in the mid to low 80s the rest of the week. See the pictures attached to see the casualties of Graham s lack of attention to detail. Prior to this last visit our lawn was lush, and all of our plans were alive. I flipped my lid when we got back from camping to discover wilted tomato plants, huge swatches of dead grass in our lawn, and several other plants looking thirsty. I don t know what happened between our initial visit with Graham where they did amazing work and now, but I would NOT recommend them until they get their staffing figured out.

Very professional and easy to work with. Ive used them for multiple services, from back flow testing to irrigation repair and some things in between and theyve done a good job.The staff is polite and the technicians Ive worked with have been great. Justin helped me today and was exceptional. Worth the price!

Ask for chemical free and they listen. Jamie has been coming to the property that I rent and has been very cordial in respecting my requests for keeping it organic. I have lived here 11 years and was concerned Id come home one day and it would be destroyed with chemicals but hes kept all chemicals away. They told me they even have a citrus spray if needed to control any aggressive growth. but it hasnt been needed. My yard continues to be a habitat for bees, birds, dragonflies, animals while still looking well kept. Thanks Jamie at Graham for listening!

Graham came at short notice to install an irrigation system and drill post holes for a garden shed. They did a great job, took no shortcuts, and left the job site neat and tidy. The plumbing work was professional, and they were careful to let us know about additional charges for extras that we asked for on the fly. Were very pleased with their work.

We recently moved to Eugene and we are renting a home. The property management hires Grahm Landscaping to take care of the yard. I am used to doing my own gardening and prefer a more natural look. I spoke to Jamee and Maggie about that and they have been more than wonderful about not making the yard too manicured and yet very neat and tidy. I appreciate their knowledge when I ask them questions about some of the plants in the yard. They are excellent at what they do!

I happen to call Graham regarding a sump pump not working as my patio flooded during a downpour. The weather was such that workers were told not to travel and I totally understood. I spoke with Dean who put me in touch with Mark because he lived close to me. Mark immediately called me back and started to troubleshoot. He said he would be over shortly and ended up arriving within 30 minutes. He resolved the issue and we even talked about preventative measures among other things. The rapid response by Dean and Mark will go a long ways. Thank you.

We have struggled to get the company to finish repairing our lawn. We have spent lots of time and money to get it looking good and it still doesnt! They have done a good job on the rest of the yard although they do tend to leave too many weeds. On the other hand, the crew we have had the last few weeks, Maggie and Michael have done a wonderful job. Perhaps if they stay on our crew we will actually end up with a lawn that looks as good as the rest of the yard.

Graham Landscaping is amazing. Stop searching now and call them! Dean has been fantastic at both solving my irrigation problems, and helping me build a plan to improve my system as my budget allows. I have had 2 emergency repairs over the last year and their response was prompt and complete. I had one issue with their work, and they were out the next day to fix it. Before they left they made sure I was satisfied with the end product and understood how it worked. Finding a knowledgeable company that is willing to work with a budget, and delivers customer service at this level is an absolute jewel.

UPDATE: The owner of Graham Landscaping, Jordan, contacted me after seeing my prior negative review. He could not have been nicer--- he was empathetic, reasonable, and eager to do anything to make it right. He offered to refund 3 months of my payments, which I gratefully accepted and he paid immediately. He did not seek any modification of my reviews. SO, the owner is a very decent, ethical person, and my new recommendation is to give this business a try and if you are not satisfied, contact the owner. I repeat that the crew did a good job on my lawns. Prior review: Companys service has deteriorated in the last 9 months. Had a written contract beginning June 2016 for weekly care for our tiny lawns and keep beds free of weeds for a fixed monthly fee. Gradually they stopped pulling weeds and it just got worse and worse. The supervisor Angela refused to honor the companys contract with me, because, she said, she wasnt working for the company at the time we made the contract. Im frustrated and DONE with this company

What I appreciate about Graham Landscaping is that all of the staff are very responsive to comments and suggestions and are sincerely interested in understanding your concerns, working to get just the effect you are looking for. Sometimes that takes persistence on your part because the chain of communication seems a bit weak, but I like the fact that they do not give up. It is a pleasure working with them, especially the most recent group, Justin and Crew #5. My messy yard now looks amazing.

These guys cleaned up my yard in a little over 1.5 days. I had bamboo, blackberries, English Ivy, and a surprise yellow jacket nest in the ground! They were great to work with, very pleasant and asked questions at key points in the process (like the nest discovery and when what I thought was one fern turned into two). Great experience!

regularly block our dead end street because they cant park on the correct side of the road. Its not like there isnt space. They are just to lazy to park correctly. One of these days they are going to block an ambulance and someone is going to die because of their attitude.

Ive said it before, and after working with these guys at our new home, I can say it again. Theyre fantastic! The irrigation here needs extra creativity in the design and they delivered. Problems arise and they are here within a few days. Ive worked with Dean Wahrenbrock many times and he is friendly, knowledgeable, and does not hesitate to help out and answer questions at any time. Grahams has been very responsive to the needs developing at my house with irrigation, maintenance and planning services. When I needed a little pad area made for a new heat pump, they came right out and quickly made it. They are always prompt and courteous and do really good work.

My wife and I hired Graham Landscape and Design to install a new paver patio off our existing back porch. They did an excellent job, and we couldnt be happier with the results. When I first contacted Graham Landscape and Design, it was Jordan who responded to my inquiry. He gave me a ballpark quote over the phone, then came out the very next day to review the site and provide a more accurate quote. Turned out, he pretty much had nailed the quote on the phone. While he was out, he took measurements, and talked to me about different options they could provide. By the start of the next business day, Jordan had emailed me the official quote. In the time leading up to the start of the work, and while work was ongoing, I exchanged several emails back and forth with Jordan. Jordan was always very responsive, and was great in helping us choose colors and patterns. Were not very creative with this type of stuff, so it was great to be able to rely on his expertise. The patio was finished faster than quoted, and the results are outstanding. In addition, the guys doing the work (Seth, and a couple other gentlemen whos names escape me) were very nice and accommodating. In fact, on the last day of the job, Seth spent about 30 minutes talking to my wife and I about other areas of our landscaping, and providing us with different ideas and options (with no pressure to use them). Some of the ideas he gave us were even DIY. I was so happy with the work this company had done, that we decided to have them re-gravel our driveway while they were onsite. Jordan was really accommodating here as well, and had the equipment and guys onsite a day later to spread 37 yards of gravel over a 150ft driveway in just about 2 hours. Overall, an outstanding company with great employees, that does excellent work. Next time we need work done, this is the first company well call.

We had an outstanding experience with Graham Landscaping. Our project was relatively small in scale, but complex. We also asked that the work be done on a very tight schedule. Jordan said they could do it and they did. Jordan and his crew (especially Rob and Tyler) redesigned our entry way, removed a tree, replaced a step with a ramp, installed pavers, rebuilt a fence and gate, and built a trash receptacle hideaway on schedule. Each of the crew members was a pleasure to work with. They displayed a commitment to quality and friendliness despite intermittent showers and our need for timely completion of the project.

I recently had Graham make two trips out to my house for irrigation line work. They were fast, knowledgeable and friendly, and took the time to show me how to complete the work myself.
