Cutting Edge Landscape & Design in Eugene

This is the 2nd, YES 2nd, time I have used Cutting Edge Landscape & Design. Not many folks will repeat business with a company that fell short of expectations, CE exceeded mine ! Nick, Justin and the team executed the process creatively, expertly, on time, and within budget. The neighborhood has an HOA and they cleaned up at the end of each day, keeping disruption to a minimum. If you're on the fence (they do fences too !) about choosing Cutting Edge, do it, you'll dig (pun intended) the results !

Didn’t end up having services by the for the yard, but I really appreciated their thoughtful communication.

I had employed cutting edge for 10 years with rare complaints. They just canceled my yard service with no warning and refused to refund the last payment when do did not receive service. Do NOT use them.

They parked their truck and trailer IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD what are these people thinking?!

HIGHLY recommend! We were looking for an overhaul on our smaller front yard. I looked up local landscapers w/ design experience. Cutting Edge Landscape & Design was among the top suggested, so I clicked to find out more. Compared to other companies, I found their website precise and easy to follow. I especially appreciate their preferred contact method, by their contact us/ email platform. This allowed the owners to respond to me faster than leaving a voicemail at their office to be returned later. After a few emails back and forth with Nick about the scope of work we were looking to accomplish, he personally drove by less than 24 hrs later to give us quote on the discussed project. Nick, Justin and all their crew members were so nice, honest, fair, hard working, and followed through with our new beautifully transformed yard. Our family can now sit and enjoy the outdoors! We had Cutting Edge do a major remodel to our backyard. It was quite unusable prior to their work. We had a block wall & beautiful fence installed, as well as soil & sand brought in to level the yard. These people know what they are doing, are very professional & when they say they will be there, they are. Amazing & wonderful company.

I called and the answering machine said to send an email which I did, requesting service repair on my sprinkler system. No response after several days. If you're not interested in a minor repair at least have the professional considereation to call back or email and say you're too busy, or just not interested.

About 10 days ago I called Cutting Edge about getting a landscape estimate. The voice mail message said to contact them via email for a faster response. They never did respond. Not interested in working with a company that will not respond when I have taken the time to contact them. Mark S.
