We hired CJ’s to mow for the season. They came out yesterday for the first time, the day after it snowed when the ground was still very soggy, and DESTROYED our backyard with mud tracks from the mower. They also got into the neighbor’s yard. Not only that, but we didn’t even know they were coming, and no one bothered to ask us where our property lines are (we have a pie-shaped yard, as we’re on a corner). My husband called and spoke to Chris, who said that the lines will just go away on their own (they won’t). We’re going to continue to follow up until this is taken care of. Absolutely horrendous service.
We have used CJ's Seasonal for years for both snow plowing and landscaping for my elderly mother's house in Willoughby Hills. The employees are always professional and thorough and do a great job on her yard. Regardless of the weather, they have always made sure her driveway was plowed and accessible. Highly recommend!!
