Very helpful, informational and knowledgeable! We stopped by, gave them an idea of what we wanted to do and the gentlemen that helped us told us what he would do if it was him and had a lot of ideas. He allowed us to make decisions but gave us tips and suggestions along the way, so he was extremely helpful. With what we picked, he would say whether or not it would look good, the pros and cons with it, the price, how we should plant it and the care it would require. We had an idea of a specific type of flowery bush we wanted, but wasnt sure what else we should do so having him help us along the way was very nice.

I m a bit late writing this, but that s okay. This summer, Bay Landscaping did most of my front, side, and back yard, taking out old and unwanted and putting in new, low-maintenance plants and trees. I have to say, everything turned out even so much better than I pictured. It s beautiful and I think next year when everything is fully blooming it will be even better. And with fall here, I m really looking forward to the lesser yard maintenance! So many thanks to Jack (for designing and putting up with all of my questions), and the crew that did the tear out and installation (Dean, Mike & Mike), Jerry and Wanda (for the gorgeous plantings in the new aquapots), and the rest of the Bay Landscaping family, and anyone I may have missed. A huge thank you to all.

Great counsel regarding type of tree for small yard. Delivery and installation was a positive, pleasant experience. All staff are kind and knowledgable. Trees beautiful and healthy. Have purchased here before, will purchase here again.

Bay Landscaping has done a great job at keeping our grass looking the best and the greenest. We often get compliments on it. They are wonderful to work with and always responsive. They have a great staff.

They have yet to call me back about a landscaping bid

We used to have TrueGreen for 10 years and we were very unhappy with their service. We have hired Bay Landscaping to take care of our lawn for the last year and a half and I wish I could send pictures because it is just beautiful. Anytime we had a question Bill would stop by and go over what we needed to do. He was extremely helpful. Thank you Bay Landscaping.

My husband and I both left multiple messages on getting a quote for a big job that we need done. Neither of us received a response back.

I paid over $10,000 for a landscaping job. This included a new walkway with stone blocks and decorative steps leading ito my front door. After 3 years all the blocks on my entrance have sunken in. They are uneven. My son in law stepped up and one block actually flipped off when he stepped on it. Luckily he didn t get hurt. If some one came to my door I could easily be sued over these uneven blocks. I thought they would be securely placed with masonry to hold them. Bug no they are all loose. I called about it last year and they told me that ants were my problem ...REALLY???? I think they should come out and correct this issue!! I assumed they would place a product down before the blocks in the walkway to prevent plant growth but apparently they didn t because there are weeds coming up between EVERY BRICK! ****. After reading this review the company called and made arrangements to fix. As of today they have resolved the issues I was having and it looks great. Thank you for your great work ethic and for standing behind your work. It is really appreciated

They came put hydro seed down in July and my lawn still doesn t have grass. They have no communication we always have to call them. I do not recommend this company.

Bay Landscaping did an outstanding job in correcting wash problems I had with my lawn. They were professional and courteous in every way. After the wash problem was solved, they gave me an amazing new lawn. Highly recommend them!

Not very happy with our new yard. So many weeds! Even after treatment. The grass does not look like Kentucky Bluegrass that we were told was going to be put in. Plus, when they seeded the grass, overshot into the flower beds and now my husband is having to pull all that out. Not the quality yard I expected and was told I would receive by friends and the company. Very disappointed.
