The estimator, Chad, came when he said he would, listened to what the job was without rushing through, returned to double check he understood exactly what my vision was and kept within my budget. The work crew was equally reliable. They were ALL pleasant and worked diligently without wasting anytime throughout 2 very long 10+ hour hot days. Their work was thorough, and impeccably done. They would do anything asked of them. They kept the job site clean while working but also left the site cleaned up before they left even though they would be back to complete the job. I love the final look of the shrubbery beds. It was exactly what I envisioned. I was impressed with this companies professionalism, attention to detail and friendliness. If you hire them, you will not be disappointed.
We had an amazing experience from start to finish with the Di Stefano team. We had a large custom landscaping project to complete our outdoor space at our home. Not really knowing exactly what we wanted and both being very visual people my wife and I had the pleasure of working with the team on our project. They were very professional, great to work with, responsive and extremely talented design team. He took our ideas and also incorporated his ideas to help us create an amazing finished product. He had a pretty impressive presentation with sweet 3D software that allows you visualize and see what the finished product will look like, before it is installed. All around we had a really good experience, finished product was impressive, and we would highly recommend the team to everyone. I know they are super busy and we had to be patient, but the wait is well worth it.
We were blown away by the craftsmanship and professionalism of Di Stefano's team. We got a new paver driveway, bluestone walkway and bluestone-clad front steps. It was a fairly big job. Drew was our main contact (and was very patient with us) through the planning and execution, and Rick (aka Erik) led the work. Rick is the type of person you want on your job: a thoughtful perfectionist, a true artist, a master of the craft. He made sure everything was exactly right. It was a pleasure to watch this team work, and to work with Drew, Rick and Will through the process. Highly, highly recommend. Neighbors are all commenting on how nice it looks. Do we have the nicest driveway/walkway combo in town? It's possible...thanks to Di Stefano. (No, I was not paid for this review, we are just that impressed and happy.)
We are also having dI Stefano Landscaping supporting our snow removal needs. This was a no brainer since they provided excellent lawn services during the 2021 lawn cutting season. During a recent snowfall approximately 8 inches they were right on top of it plowing our driveway multiple times including our walkway to our front door. Once again I would recommend them and consider them for any of the services they provide.

Ever since we signed with di Stefano, we have been EXTREMELY satisfied with every aspect of our contract. The winter snow removal is always consistent and thorough. The summer crew are very good and thorough. We couldnt be happier with our service. The customer service has always been friendly and helpful. Every crew member, regardless of the season, has been awesome. Very friendly staff! Will be happy to recommend di Stefano! Drew has been such a pleasure to work with, whether for seasonal needs or or more recently, during our landscaping project. He has worked tirelessly with to capture our vision and we cant wait to see the finished design later this summer.
DO NOT BUY a truck from these people !! We purchased a 2011 F550 diesel truck from Distefano landscaping 2 years ago. Upon inspection one week later, the glow plugs were rotted out. We ve spent over $13,000 & two years and now are faced with having to replace the engine. Very deceitful.
Buyer beware! Do not pay your final bill until 100% satisfied! We spent more than $50K in July 2021 and after months, the owner Chris finally called us back in December of 21. We came to a mutual agreement on how to complete our project. It s literally been a year since that time and after emailing and calling to get in touch with Chris, he nor his project manager, Drew have had the decency to call us back. Drew even came to our house and agreed to the imperfections in our project. Keep in mind, the commitment made on how to finish our project was all Chris idea and not even the courtesy of a call back. It s incredibly rude and, of course, disrespectful. Save yourself the headache, go elsewhere!

He takes into account what the customer wants and marries that with what will work in your yard- so professional! DiStefano hires really great people and obviously has a great work culture- I could tell this by the incredible crew that showed up everyday to work very had from 7am to 5 pm. Any corrections were addressed immediately in a professional manner - all seemed to enjoy their job and being in my yard! My new house now feels like a home due to their work and it makes my heart sing!

David Burton at di Stefano Landscaping helped us design and install a Zen garden in our backyard in Northfield, VT. The design that David created mirrored our expectations perfectly. The choice of hard and softscape were consistent with our theme, varied, and easily maintained. David and his team installed the garden exactly as planned and it turned out beautifully. The landscape install crew came to the job everyday and worked through the rain and heat until the project was completed. I am so happy with DiStefano. We worked closely with David Burton for an istallation of dramatic front entry garden, and lanscaping on our retaining wall. Both projects went seemlessly.
