One Stop Mower in Escondido

Hate to write this but facts are facts. Max is a very nice guy. Took my string trimmer in on July 20. Told it will take one week. I called on June 26 and no answer, left a message and no return. I showed up at the shop on June 28. It was not touched and told it will be done on June 30 and he will call me. No call on June 30. I called in on Aug 1 and no answer but left a message. Max called me on Aug 1 and told to call him. I called in the morning on Aug 2 and no answer. Left a message. Max called back afternoon of Aug 2 and told me it needs a coil and the part is obsolete. He said he will look through a box of used parts but couldn't promise anything and would call me back. He never called me back. I stopped by the shop again on Aug 3 and he told me he didn't have a part for it. I scrapped it. If Max would just answer his phone and find out if he can get parts for it on day 2 or 3, things would be better. 15 days to tell me it cant be repaired. I can't tell you if they do good work or not. It was not repaired and very poor communication but plan on leaving your tool there for 2 to 3 weeks or longer.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They live up to their name, and can do it all.

Always friendly - always VERY late in getting repairs done. I'd rather have it fixed on time than have a smiling face. Plan on them being as much or longer than two weeks later promised. Read the other reviews as to tardiness. They don't answer the phone either!

One Stop Mower… Do not patronize. Advertises “fast turn around”… false advertising. 3 weeks my mower and Echo long hedge trimmer there. Stopped by each week… oh will be done by Wednesday 2nd week… oh will be done by Wednesday 3rd week… oh will be done by Wednesday So I asked to get it back so I could take it elsewhere… he said the mower was done… coming out now… NOT my mower… my mower had not been looked at. Can I get my Hedge Trimmer back… can’t find it… 15 minutes looking. It was at the front door with the garbage that he sells. NOTHING done. He needs to shut down and get the work done before he reopens…what a waste of time…

Max was great. He took time to explain what they do and the costs to get my lawn mower going again. Very friendly shop and reasonable, give ém a try!

Max and his brother were a pleasure to deal with and they made everything super easy. I called them on a monday and explained to them my problem and they were here that afternoon picking up the ride on mower. Max kept me informed every step of the way through the repair process and got it back to me on friday of the same week fully repaired and running smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
